Blend Country Restaurant & Pub in Knysna

Cant go wrong, we have come many times over the last few years and not once have we had a bad time.The food quality, proportions and presentation were great with consistent taste.There is a fire inside for the cold nights and stage outside for live music.With BetterLive doing amazing organised live music, some nights you just cant help to party.

I was there in March and it was a fabulous dining spot with excellent service. We had the specials of the day which were oxtail and the Thai green chicken curry, both of which were superb.

Tasty Sunday roast, with delicious dessert and complimentary wine. Great value and live music is wonderful highly recommend

Beautiful forest scenery with tables under the canopy of trees. GOOD FOOD!!!

The food is soooooo good! Reasonable prices for the times were in. We went for a Saturday afternoon live music event. The place was full but never cramped. Extra space under a Bedouin tent is made to avoid cramping anyone in.

The waiters are friendly and their food is amazing! Their pizzas are the best! You definitely wont be disappointed.

Food was nice but the service was dreadful and it took over an hour to bring the food out.

Enjoyed the short time of the Karaoke before that I had a lovely Hawaiian pizza which also was very nice.

Amazing people,music and food. Great for live events, their pizza is a must have and overall it was a great experience.

We had an amazing dinner at Blend. Seafood was really great and the deserts are incredible.

We went to see a live performance. The great pizza! It was a full evening but the staff were really helpful and made sure we had seats and got our food. Nice outside seating.

Best hangout on the Garden Route....we love it here but they seriously need to bring in some good vegan options. Great setting service and live music...a winner and would get a 10 if they catered for the ever growing amount of vegan folk, which I am sure they will.

Blend has a seriously fantastic outdoor restuarant vibe. You get to dine under a canopy of trees decorated with all sorts of fairy lights.They have amazing pizza, best Ive tasted; especially their seafood pizza. On wednesdays they have a half price pizza special which is just the cherry on top.Live bands from all over South Africa and a suitable, safe outdoor play area for your children.Its become one of my favourite restuarants, even though there is no ocean view... the foresty location more then makes up for it.Just make sure you bring some sort of mosquito repellent, although they do have some readily available upon request.Super friendly staff and an informative, patient and kind owner.Definitely enjoyed my time spent here. :10/10

We ordered a spicy chicken pizza, still looking for the chicken. Huge spots with now cheese. Definately not worth the money.

Nice atmosphere, good service but pizza was not up to standard. Very little meat, only one type of cheese so thinly added that there is blank spaces with no cheese. The manager said I was supposed to call him but why give substandard food and tell customers to complain. It must be right the first time. Person making the pizza work with the one cheese and capacity as supplied and instructed.

If you ever visit the Western Cape and not go to the Blend country restaurant and pub, your holiday isnt complete. What can I say ? Steller service , very very very delicious food( please try the Thai chicken curryand clean wonderful music . Great ambience .I had a great time and my twins really enjoyed themselves dancing , eating and making friends . Wish I could give you 10 stars. WELL DONE .

A potentially lovely evening ruined by owners publicly shouting at their staff in front of customers on more than one occasion. Terrible and off putting experience. We immediately requested our bill and left. Will not be returning.

Nice vibe, staff friendly, food ok.Smoking and non smoking areas are poorly defined.The main area is a Bedouin tent with open sides, this is the non smoking area, everything not under the tent is a smoking area. So we ended up 1 meter away from tables next to us that we’re smoking. This is like having a peeing area in a pool! In this case the non smoking section are the tables in the center surrounded by smoking tables, not to the side and not only on one side no separation , so no matter how the wind blows you get to experience the fragrance of second hand smoke. I choose not to subject my kids to this.Now I have no problem with people smoking it is their right, however sitting in this setting having dinner when the smoke physically makes one feel ill is simply not on?DONT GIVE PATRONS THE OPTION OF NON SMOKING SEATING IF YOU CAN NOT OFFER IT!!!Left the New Year’s Eve function before the countdown as for us it was unbearable, nor should we have been placed in this position.So not cool.

Fantastic open outdoor with limited indoor seating. Music on the weekends with live bands. Food is a wide range from Pizzas, burgers,fish,pasta, steaks etc. Wheel chair friendly. Friday nights tend to aim at a dance atmosphere where Sundays tend to be a lazy chilled music atmosphere

Blend is awesome, the staff are friendly and efficient. Youre always welcomed with a smile and the food is great. Best fillet steak, the chef knows how to cook steak.

Blend is very special. Wonderful service, Kevin and Cheryl continually check that the clients wishes are being attended to. Their half price pizza specials are real value for money. The bases are thin and crispy. I once said my topping was meagre but then they next pizza was very generous. They just want to give inner good service. There entire staff are very service oriented and it makes as visit there very special. I recommend a visit.

Lovely vibe with live music. Covid-19 protocol in place. Excellent service. The food was delicious! My hubby and I had the fish and chips and grilled calamari starter with chips. Both were tasty. We ended with a Nutella foccacia as dessert and took a Loaded pizza to go. Both were yummy as well. Definitely worth going to as you sit outside under trees. Very relaxing!

Very relaxing location, food was very nice. Have very nice cocktails and do quite a lot of music events and special hours! Prices are a bit steep but food was delicious only the draughts need to be colder as it was not cold enough other then that its a very nice little place in knysna.

Great service and food highly recommend the Risotto. Taking two take-aways home. Might not be busy but definitely worth it.
