Not related to the places products, just about customer service. I asked if I can redeem my Vodafone points for billing. (Before ordering the food). They said that the phone thats used to redeem the points is not charged. I asked if an hour would be sufficient to charge it, we will order food and eat meanwhile. They said "No" it wont be enough time :D.

I tried the "Blaze mix" dish and I reccomend it

4/5 because the network inside was so bad I had to get out every time i need to make/receive a call.

You must try there food and you must try there drinks hot and juices. Also, they have the best team working there and would like to help you and whatever you want and they always have the smile in there faces. Also, they have best team in shisha. When you need shisha just ask for Marwan, Ali, and there boss Micheal and you get the best shisha ever. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹💯💯💯💯 I want to thank Mr. Hossam Ruby for the food that I requested. Unfortunately I had a bad experience there. I orderd chicken alfredo pasta but what I found is low food quality (literally tastelessand small portions (definately unequal to the high prices). The restaurant isnt suitable for children too, it allows smoking even in the closed areas. On the other hand, what I like the most about the place is the cleanliness and the polite staff.

Very nice place, food and service were very good. We ordered onion soup, French toast, and baked cookie with ice cream. Everything was delicious. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the limited space that was non smoking. As someone visiting from the US, the amount of smoke was a little too much for me, but I do understand that smoking in doors is a cultural thing.

Very slow service, we had to ask for what we order multiple times.Poor quality of items we tried, tried Tres Leches but it had nothing to do with a real Tres Leches, it was very normal cake soaked in condensed milk with whipped cream on top.Coffee is good.Overall, bad value for money.

The place is nice .. there is closed area and open air area for smoking ..The food is good but could be better .. I tried smoked salmon but the bread was not fresh .. overall nice ..Drinks are nice .. cuppacino .. hot chocolate

The menu changed again but this time it is much better. They still have the boneless wings which is excellent also chili fries is very good. Service and staff is nice.

Such a lovely place to hangout at.. Lovely environment for all occasions; friends, business, family, work, etc... Good beverages, food & desserts... Friends seemed to be enjoying their Hookah as well...🎖🎖🎖🎖
