Blake's Lotaburger in Las Cruces

We have had several instances when we paid for extras (extra patty, extra tender, add baconand did not receive the extra item. Food is delicious but they need to improve their accuracy in filling orders.Update: I just placed another order via delivery. Ordered tenders with Blake sauce. They did not include the Blake’s sauce in my order. Very disappointing and they are obviously not trying to approve.

Burger taste: fantasticBurger size for $: fantasticFries: 10/10Side note: i had the NM style burger and although it was good it was as if the cook scooped up a ladle of grease and put it in the wrapper with the burger. I gagged because the bun was so soggy and doughy. I ended up eating the contents with a fork and knife and really enjoyed it after dabbing the patty with a napkin to get the copious amounts of grease off. Never seen that before in my life. I mean it was literally streaming out of the whole to-go bag and soaking into the fries.

Im So happy Blakes started serving breakfast burritos! The automated phone order system is getting pretty smart. Ordered online successfully, flawless.

Ordered an itsa meal, add green chile and cheese. Well that was all they put on the burger. Apparently to get the other toppings that normally come with the burger you have to ask. Fries were very over done. For over $10 youd think a tomato or lettuce would come with it and fresh fries should be customary. Bathroom had zero soap or paper towels, I sure hope they have a sink in the kitchen to wash hands before handling food.First time at this location, will be the last.

Got the New Mexico style hamburger very delicious. My daughter got the Lotaburger she loved it. Fries were very fresh service was pretty quick. Clean dining area and bathroom. Would definitely be coming back

almost always delicious but this time at this location left a lot to be desired we come down from phoenix az and only food on our mind when we do is blakes unfortunately this time our food disappointed us my wifes burger was raw inside and i am unsure of mine as i was super hungry and ate it quick the restaurant was not super packed and i was in no hurry for my food so i do not understand what the problem was only guesses would be laziness, ignorance, or straight up carelessness whatever the reason i will be weary of this blakes in the future.

Absolutely awesome staff and great wines and pistachios. James was a charming and charismatic tour guide and overall a great team of people working there.

They need better people running this place. They are over charging people & they are not trained properly. The girl at the register couldn’t even get our order correct and then when I told the guy about it he tried charging me 10$ for FRIES! & when I asked the fries are ten dollars he said yeah! These kids are running this business down to the ground. The food wasn’t even that great they messed up the entire order.

Service was VERY VERY SLOW. Hamburger and fries, good once you got them. Milk shake very good. BUT MENS BATHROOM WAS A HORRIBLE MESS. WASTE CAN FULL AND TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR.

No drive thru. I was handed a bag with Chilli all over it. The hamburger was just OK.

I always get takeout now because cleanliness is legit dicey. Food’s still good. They’re busy behind the counter, but pretty inconsistent in paying attention to order details. Increasingly finding I’m paying for little extras like salsa and coming home to find I’m not getting them. Uncool.

Had the New Mexico burger, very tasty.good eating. Will always go back. Just had to go back it was still great eats.

When you want the flavor of a "real burger"! Have it with the Hatch Chili. OMG! You can add chili to the small size too. They have awesome shakes and seasoned fries too. Yum!

Majority of the time, the burgers have been too greecy or a little pink inside 🤢 cant get to really enjoy because I have to throw most of it away.

This place had terrible service i had ordered a Lottaburger with no onions took it back they gave me the same berger after they offered to remake it...cold n nasty. Now they dont answer to replace it ..Hardley eat there payed over 30 bucks to wait for 30 mins to get my order wrong twice and To wait another 10 to be given the same berger twice...Should of went to McDonalds ..

We get nm Lota burgers at least twice a week. Waited for 5 call in orders to cycle through while waiting to order at the counter. When they started in two more just called in without taking our orderWe Left and went to Carl’s Jr where we really enjoyed our lunch.Will not be back

The food was surprising. Im from the East Coast but have had the bragged about burgers from all over, Cali and Texas being on that list. The chilli burger sets this place apart from other states beloved burgers. Genuinely different and delicious. A perfect spice addition I wont soon forget. I also tried the seasoned fries and oh my goodness they were my favorite kind a perfect crunch to them. I was only passing through but NM def caught my attention with this burger (thanks to my friend for recommending this place). My reasons for four stars is my burger patty itself was slightly dry (a personal preference issuea few of my fries were strangely soggy like theyd been fried differently and it took a little longer than I expected to recieve my burger. But the flavors and vibes over powered. Besides, as someone just passing through, that could have been a fluke. I can in no way speak on the consistency of this specific location.

Still one of the best places in Las Cruces to get a burger that melts in your mouth with some of the best seasoned fries as well. Typical no "thrills and frills" semi fast food restaurant. Consistently unable to get orders out to customers resulting in cold french fries and burgers. They get the burgers cooked and even with 4 staff they just can not seem to get the french fries in the sack and the order to the customer standing at the counter!!?? This is a consistent issue. Something we never experience at Whataburger!!

For the las 2 time that i stoped by Breakfast was cold the hashbrowns and eggs uncook and the tortilla was very hard. The quality of ingredients has lower way to much... but the employees are always nice

Me and my father came for lunch we both told the cashier 2 lota burger meals medium...we both told her the meals...she said okay and then proceeded to ask us if we wanted to try their new ice coffie and we said no to the ice coffee then our total came out to $15.45 we payed and the cashier said okay well call you name out....then we asked about our drinks and she said of you guys didnt want any drinks I asked you if you wanted them you said no....and I was fustrated because she said ice coffee not drinks..plus we said meals medium so obviously drinks come included I guess she didnt hear us and then said you didnt want drinks... We said no to the ice coffee not the drinks ... So we payed for our drinks separately which should of been charged with our order ....so me and my father will not becoming back to the lota burger on main anymore bad service...so I recommend you make sure to speak loudly so the cashier can hear right and ask them to repeat the order so they dont mess up.Ps. When I was half way thru my burger I notice it was pink I mean pink unacceptable like they didnt even care to cook it all the way

Always delicious! This time three stars because I called it in, went to store in time. Three orders went out in front of me. Mine was under the counter as I stood there for thirty minutes, which I tried to avoid! They happily made another fresh, cuz you gotta have it fresh. But kids gotta be more aware.

The Manager was horribly rude. Not to mention how its always dirty. The building is hot, muggy & musty at times. With the company of flies as you eat your meal. Thats if you even find a clean table first. Having no ac unit causes concern whether or not the restaurant is fully clean. Since bacteria loves to harbor in warm muggy areas. Someone get a hold of the health inspector immediately. Its sad that this restaurant over recent years has declined. Its obviously not the lack of business but the lack of maintenance

If you like spicy and wanna feel some heat try the New Mexico Lotaburger or the chill dog! Shakes are awesome! The pumpkin pie shake has pie crust in it!😍 And season fries are the way to go.

The Lota burgers have definitely gotten smaller over the years but still were delicious. Green Chile had the perfect amount of heat. Seasoned fries were good.

So far as Im concerned, this small burger chain is an iconic part of New Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The burgers are great every time. Green chile cheese fries were impressive and basically a meal by themselves.

Very good breakfast burritos. I got the #1 breakfast burrito with bacon and green chile sauce. Recommend getting a burrito here!! I also got an extra side of green chile to go with it. Price was good too.

What can I say for a burger joint that kept that old small town feeling? The people were nice, the food was delicious, and the order was made quickly. My only complaint is that they didnt have pumpkin anything yet.

Took forever to place our order. Only 2 ahead of us. No air conditioning inside. It was hot. The food was good , hamburgers were put together sloppy and didnt get enough ketchup.

Its as if there is no district management involved with this store at all!I ordered a Lota-combo.There were no french fries with my order, but I got an apology. Big-woo.Turns out they do not have a working deep fryer.THEN, Another sorry for there being no drinks as their fountain is broken too!Im surprised they are still open!Forget about any type of comp. for inconvenience and dont bother calling as the number provided is highly inept.I tried to call and the computer must have been programmed by first graders leading me to hang-up.HOWEVER,The crew and store manager well deserve much praise for even working in such condition and still very professional as the Lotaburger served me was the best Lota- burger Ive ever eaten!It was THE BOMB!No soda, no fries,......Ill be back again for that burger❤️again!

Stopped for lunch 1130 am on a Saturdayfor lunch. 4 employees Talking about their Friday night adventures. Lobby was filthy. Had to walk past at least 10 tables before I found one that someone hadnt sat at before. Also full of flies. After 20 minutes of waiting for my order got a refund left. Is gotta refund a left. Latq Burger has great food but youre a its great food but your employees reflect the service the service this location was disgusting. Employees showed up and wiping down the tables and sweeping the floor instead of chatting about last night

The food is always made fresh and taste great! It’s one of the best burger places in Las Cruces. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for their new ordering system. I was trying to order over the phone with the new system and it went bad quickly. It didn’t understand what I was saying and got my order so wrong. I tried speaking with a live person and no one would answer. The online ordering isn’t any easier and it’s not very convenient to wait 10-15 minutes when you order at the restaurant. I wish there was an easier system.

Great burgers , I ordered the NM style combo it was great. MY wife had the lot a burger combo it came with season fries and large coke everything tasted amazing 👏 100 % recommend . Order ahead its faster 🤫😎

The food was great. As most reviews indicate, the green chilli cheeseburger (Blakes Lotaburger, NM Styleis the thing to get. Their seasoned fries are also delicious. Service is slow, but worth it; a few customers got a little testy about the wait. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Been coming to this store when I was a kid and it was originally on Three Crosses, great food then and great food now. This will always be my favorite store and Ive eaten at several across New Mexico, Texas and Arizona.

Food is always hot, fresh and made to order. Small wait but management was really friendly and nice to speak with.
