Very bad cafe... I had a worst experience over there although cafe condition was good but was more expensive than we thought. ..A 50 rs pepsi can is sold for 220 rupees and is mandatory to buy one and ordinary sheesha is also expensive as compared to other higher cafes.. pls do something about it

Super loud music. Upon request the lower the volume for a minute.Went their to relax. But came back with severe headache.Bill had a chicken of 600 and they charged us 1000 for the stake as it is written in their system and menu prices are different.

Worst place to be plus looting people. 50 RS soft drink can in 220+tax plus service charges. If you want to order sheesha you need to order soft drink too. Just ridiculous. There are many other good options available in E11

The warm welcome and service was just fantastic, staff are well trained and present good communication. Shisha came in fast despite the traffic, not only that, the pipe was an absolute joy!I havent been to other places but Id definitely recommend Black Rock by far. Truly a pleasure to have visited, would love to come again!!!Really appreciate the staff always going back and forth making sure the shisha was keeping well!

Exotic place to have a nice meal with dim lights and great atmosphere.You would enjoy your meal here. Plus the rates are very reasonable.

The place is not for family... Only good with friends.. They dont follow the SOPs for covid.. If you want to have sheesha, visit the place. I ordered pasta. It was half boiled.. Steak was just ok.. They claim that they dont charge for decor of celebration etc.. But the decor was totally rubbish. Its better to charge some money if they cant give good quality free of cost...

Nice place but beware of the trap. They offer you a special flavor amd later charge you double the price. Reason they tell you is that its imported. Well all the flavors are imported here.

One of the best cafe I have been to. Food here is the best best. I have tried steaks from almost everywhere in Rawalpindi Islamabad. None of them came even close to Black Rock Cafe. Writing this review made me hungry again. Gonna come again tonight lol

Rs.1300 for a regular shisha compared to the 2000 charged by the cafe in F7. Customer service okish but not all that. Overall a good cafe to visit!!!

Good vibe. Food was okay. I ordered Salad and it was full of cream. I didnt like it and they were nj e enough to change it for a good grilled chicken sandwich which was really good. 👍

BLACK ROCK CAFE E 11 2 ISLAMABAD.Their burger "Black Rock special chicken burger is 2.5 inch burger (too small like macdonalds kid burgerfor 650 Rupees plus tax. Total 750 approx. No taste. Never go there. They are looters.Soft drink for 200 rupees plus tax each for 250ml can.100 rupees service charges which were not mentioned anywhere beforehand.Worse experience no quality no taste.HIGHLY NOT-RECOMMENDED

This place sucks... So pathetic and waste of MONEY and time....They suck you and they do rape you and i mean it ...and they are bent upon doing everything to f*** you.... Please dont take their tea or anything else .... Prices surpass Monal and any other good place while food and drinks are low grade beyond words...sorry for all the harsh words, but a genuine disservice and money grabbing demands genuine review
