Double or triple prices compared to other restaurants in the area, like Ego Pizza & Grill. Minimum order of 50 BGN which nobody told us about. A genuine tourist trap that looks decent on the inside and OK on the outside, but you should avoid it for anything other than drinks.

Came here for a late lunch. Prices are high at first glance, but once you taste the food - simply delicious! Unique environment. Recommend!

Cool setup, but the food is way overpriced for its quality. The pastas had literally no taste and the burger was even worse.My bad cause I didnt check the reviews first.

Best Hamsii in Bulgaria and the sauce that came with is absolutely amazing. The view is also a pro for this place. Limonade is a minus here, is just water with siroup and a slice of lemon.

I have a feeling that the strategy of this restaurant is as follows: "we make a nice place, a boat with cool lights and cozy atmosphere that attracts the tourists. And tourists come and go, these, who have already visited and wont come anymore will leave and tomorrow there will be other tourists".It is super overpriced for the quality of food they serve. The service is very poor as the staff is simply overloaded.If I could give an advice here I would advise to hire more people and to google a recipe of Ceasar salad if they decided to have it in the menu.

Cool concept but service and food was awful. Worst burger ever! Bread was awful, burger of some processed meat, hardly any garnish - way worse than any fast food burger I’ve ever had. Food did not arrive at the same time. Won’t come here again.

The food is good. The prices are kind of high, but hey, at least youre eating on a ship on land. It was a unique experience, not for the food but for the place itself.

We had a resevration, after half hour waiting without anybody noticing us, we stood up and left. No regrets anyway, very bed offer of food too preisy. The only good thing that i can say is ambient. But that doesnt do any good when you are beeing ignored.

Date 1st July 2022:We had a great experience. The view is great and the atmosphere is really special.We ordered pretty simple stuff, me a pizza margherita and my friend spaghetti bolognese. The food was amazing, we were both shocked by just how good it was. The waiter was very nice and although he looked stressed he didnt rush us. Came by several times to ask if everything was okay and when I asked for garlic sauce he got some within a few minutes. Im still dreaming of the garlic sauce by the way.Cant say anything about any other foods but me and my friend were sad we only tried the restaurant on our last day, otherwise we wouldve come back 100%.

Styr unna! Helt elendig mat og service. Stay away. The waiter seemed to be in a bad mood. When he took us to our table he blocked the way to suddenly clean a table. He spilled wine when he put the wineglass down on the table. Couldn’t Get away fast enough from our table after giving us the menu. My food (the chicken risottowas waaaaay to salty. When I told him and wanted to send it back it seemed like he was a robot who could not compute. He just stood there. Then he yelled at another waiter across the room, who just said that it won’t be better tasting if they remake it, and that I should order something else. Our waiter then came with a menu and just threw it on the table not facing us. Then started to clean another table, and dragged a chair on the floor across the resturant. Not lifting it, dragging a wooden chair across a wooden floor. When he took my order for new food he just waved his hand like «ok» while he walked away, and left the menu still at the table. He acted like this restaurant was the last place on earth he wanted to be. Anyway, wine was nice. Oh, and there were ants on and surrounding our table. Would not recommend!!

We would not go back. The setting is very nice, there is a good view, cool lamps with a good light but thats the only positive thing to say. The waitress was hard to reach and we really tried several times, the food wasnt great. We had fish and lamb. The lamb is definitely a no go, this dish should just be taken of the menu as it seems they dont bother with it anyway. The fish was ok, but they hadnt put spice on it, so it was flavourless.

Dont be put off by the reviews, the staff explained they had a tough year last year, some staffing issues due to coving. New chef in, the seafood looked excellent on the other tables, i had a tomahawk steak and was pretty good. Nice restaurant and nice views of the sea. Svetla the waitress was very nice and attentive.

Good food and fast delivery

Limonade was just water with syrop, greek salad was with too many oil . I dont recomand!!! Only the location is beautiful and the waiter very kind.

There was practically no service. We were seated and left there for over 30 minutes. The waitress passed by us a couple of times with no sign of wanting to take our order. When we asked to order she said she will come when she can .... and never came so we got up. Also the prices are way too high in comparison to all the other restoraunts in the Golden sands.. all in all not worth it.

Slow service, they bring main dishes 45mins after we ordered and before the salads; the food is bad and overpriced; Don’t recommend

So this place looks awesome ......but thats it .....i really wanted to have a last night in Bulgari but instead it turned out a big disaster .......they dont know what they are doing ,half of the menu was not availabe , the stuff was over theyr heads .....besides that we waited 20 min for someone to bring the menu and another 20 untill they came and took out order .....big disapointment .....food also disaster .....I dont recomand this place ....

Bad service- we waited almost 2 hours for the food and it came wrong. Food is good, not excellent, but very expensive and what you see on the menu is not what you get in your plate- a lot of ingredients mentioned are missing. Great location tough

Hello,It is a really pitty of this place.It looks so nice but the service is not good, half of the menu not available, waiting time for the order sooooo long even if there were only 2 tables in the restaurant... and finally the food is not eatable.. it is not that its not good, but you literally cant eat it.So yes, i close my argument saying what I started to: its a pitty of this place.

Cold food, overcooked.So sad to have such a lovely restaurant with such bad waiters, chef cooks.I ordered a bottle of white wine, and after asking for a bucket several times, the wine was hot... Spoil the wine.T Bone steak served with Ketchup says (!!!!!????And fish was so overcooked that it was easier to eat my flip flops...A tourist trap... Stay away

0 stars for food. You would expect good service and nice food due to the restaurants location, but the only positive part was the view. We ordered 4 dishes from the menu and NONE was satisfying. We even returned the fish back and we never did that before. It just wasnt edible. Chicken fingers tasted like ash, they were cooked in old oil seemed like. Chicken wings not cooked enough but burned on the outside. Cesar salad had so much souce the lettuce actually floated in the plate. Waitress was nice tho.It was so bad that my girlfriend started crying because of the expectations vs disappointment that came along with this experience

The food was good, tasty and it came quite fast (at lunch). We ordered seafood, burgers, pasta and soup and all of them were tasty. Drinks as well.The personnel is kind, communicative and friendly.

They get two stars, because the food was ok. The service is INCREDIBLY SLOW. Its almost like its everyones first time. Prices are high. They did apologize, but did not offer even the slightest compensation...

Food is ok (expensive for what it is), but the service is horrible. You wait long time, and then they bring appetizers and main dishes all at once. We were waiting for the check forever, and they started to move only after we started to leave (you can’t wait for a long time with kids). Staff wasn’t polite, basically pushing you on the stairs, so you give them place to pass.

Weve been waiting for half an hour for somebody to take our order. Nobody came and we left. We saw multiple groups leaving because nobody will take their order. I wanted to go to the bar to order something to drink at least and the bartender showed me 3 waiters that could take my order and that he will not serve me, after weve been waiting for them for half an hour. The customer service is down.

Wonderfully decorated restaurant with nice atmosphere and a gorgeous view from the terrace above. The staff was friendly and welcoming.The food on the other hand is mediocre at best for some pretty high prices.

We waited aroud 25 minutes after we got a seat only for the orders to be taken. After we eat, 30 minutes more for the check. The food is ok (dont expect anything specialthe prices are higher than in the surrounding restaurants.

Great location and a wonderful interior, great view.Good food and service, but make sure you are not there at the busy hours, because it gets really really busy😂

Positives: excellent atmosphere, clean place, polite waitress (which does not mean all staff is like this)Negatives: Terrible food, my salmon was overcooked, the size of the portion was unnecessary big and judging from other tables most of the portions were too big, instead of more reasonably priced at the right amount. Ridiculously long menu with 80% fried food, hence low quality of the products. Cocktail served was abominable.

Bad experience. Not recommended. They provide a service with hidden cost. They dont used to inform about it before making an order. I asked twice about payment with a card. They agreed, but due payment I have been forced and rushed to pay with a cash only because of low bill. Ridiculous. Customer misleading.Personnel are being rude. Only the boat itself is lovely.

It s a very nice place, with very good food and we were lucky enough to be served by a lovely waitress, BUT we had to wait 2 weeks to receive 2 invoices that we have requested from them for our meals. So, lovely place, lovely food, but poor, very poor management skills :).

Loved it! We were looking for a place to eat and we found this nice looking place. The services are good, its clean and the panorama is great. Recommend it when visiting Golden Sands.

Very good restaurant. It’s a new chef and the food is amazing! The octopus was deliciously and the portions were big enough!Totally recommend this ship!And the view is beautiful

Terrible food, terrible service. After paying they came back and said they forgot to add something to the bill and need to pay cash for it. I have asked to provide an invoice for business purposes and they have refused to provided it to me.

Great food but attitude of waitress and her services disappointed....the food was rushed on us, wine,starters and main course all dumped on the table together...had to eat quickly the seafood as by sending it back would loose the quality, spare ribs had to send it back and re-heat before eating it.we had to ask for wine bucket for our Rose,in addition instead of serving/topping our glasses which I ended up doing myself was told I spoiled the napkin when I dried my hands as it got wet reaching the bottle ..... While pouring the wine. My wife and I will never go back.

The food was mediocre and were pretty sure the staff coordinated the theft of our mobile phone. The manager of the evening was not helpful in any shape or form in resolving the issue. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The food is good, but the prices are a bit high. This is not the place to go for good food, this is a place of atmosphere and it delivers on that front. Also the service is very friendly and fast.

Party of 2 adults 9pm:An extremely attractive restaurant, definitely stands out amongst all the eateries. Servers were happy and very service oriented and nice. We ordered the spicy Greek cheese, Bulgarian salad, baby back ribs, chicken skewers. Everything was great except the ribs were mediocre in flavor, could have used a bit more flavor on the BBQ sauce, besides that the rest of the food was great.A bit pricey but I can understand as the atmosphere is so unique.

Inedit restaurant, with a great view and beer. The order was taken&delivered fast but i can say that i ve eaten better shrimps at home. As for the prices - medium. Enjoy

Really nice view... But thats where the great things end. The food was decent with small portions, didnt really taste very much. My "roasted potatoes" where store bought French fries and the fish were meh.3/5 because its not bad, its just not good.
