They are rude, they dont care customers. we visited here, they showed us a table to sit, 40 minutes later, a very rude, blond blue-eyed female employee came to us and said get up from the table.she didnt even show another table. We talked to manager, he didnt believe us, it was our first time we left the place, I will never go again,

Most horrible experience I ever had in Doha. Waste of time, they made us wait by giving wrong informations. They were extremely unprofessional. Places such as these should be banned as they give their guests/visitors the worst level of experiences. Extremely dissatisfied.

Tonight my friends and i had the most terrible experience in this club, we were chased out of the club like dogs after sitting for an hour we were asked to buy a bottle of alcohol worth 1900 or we leave,,this manager is despicable i have seen many bad reviews about you and what you did to us and my friends karma will deal with you, there is no humanity in you and you’re breaking a lot of souls Allah will have mercy on you after karma deals with you,,,REMEMBER THIS DAY !!

Bad service and worst service at the same time the manager is very racist they chased us outside because he wanted to place people of his skin colour on our table…..that was very bad you don’t treat other people like that ….these are the people that make Qatar look like it’s a bad country because of people like him and his bad character towards humanity 😢😢😢😢😢😢.

Bouncers are being rude. They cant even care about the customer. We paid but we still werent allowed in. Its just not worth it. PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!

Bad receptionists, trash music, trash space

This place is wack. You need reservation before even showing up and you have to reserve the tables which essentially are the entire club. The cover charge is QAR150 after 11 PM. No where to hang out if you don’t reserve some type of table. It forces you to only mingle with people you came with. The set up of the club was very weird and tight. The music was awful. EDM dubstep is so decade ago. Catch up Black Orchid. Dj didn’t even know how to fade a song. Drinks were watered down.

Worst Club Ever! Do not go!Even if you have a reservation they always make drama. The manager is the rudest. He is arrogant and has no idea what is hospitality.. He let his own friends in, without asking ID.Mondrian Hotel should change this club management ASAP!

Worst experience ever from the entrance racism at its best like the hostess are so rude and they kept insisting they don’t have our reservation yet we booked a week ago.definitely the last time to ever step foot there

These horrible reviews about the entrance policy, door manager, and overall dealing with customers ain’t no lie. There were about 30 dudes waiting to get in, arguing and yelling about waiting forever. Luckily our friends made reservations and we were in the ladies night line so we got right in. Then they asked for an actual passport as we were just visitors and were unaware of the tedious, outdated, and controlling policies of scanning actual passports to get into clubs bars. Again, luckily our friends knew someone so we were aloud it. Apparently in Qatar alcohol is still a luxury and treat it as an exclusive ability. But i will admit once we were in the music/environment was great and everyone was enjoying themselves.

Very very very unprofessional !! Especially the one handling the reservation on Whats app. I have tried severally to reserve one week in advance but they always answer sorry fully booked of which i know its not true! Why put ladies night and you do not accept reservations?? Honestly did not expect this from a “5* hotel “!very dissapointed

Its 2022 and women are told they are obliged to have high heels on to get in, or for some women at least that dont fit into Black Orchids dress code standards. It is one thing not have open sandals on (although open high heels are ok, so zero logicbut its another for a woman on the door to tell another woman coming to party, so coming to dance, to put high heels if I want to enter the place next time. Nobody can force us to put high heels on, this dress code cannot be mandatory on women - its discriminatory and sexist. It would be nice for the club to review their dress code policies especially ahead of Fifa, where believe me, many women wouldnt be counting on dancing with high heels.

Poor Reservation….I messaged through WhatsApp for reservations unfortunately no response and I called through telephone one gentleman answered it and took my info but unfortunately one I messaged to reconfirm my booking surprise, there’s no booking…. What the ……. Poor management…..

Very bad experience and every day it gets worse to you my experience in Black Orchid I came on Thursday and the door guard told me that you can only enter by requesting a reservation and when I booked the next day he told me you cant enter until after 10 pm and then I waited when the time passed and I went to him he told me that you can only enter only with a couple I got very angry at the time because why didnt he tell me before and the manager is very rude and his voice is loud as if he is telling you to do whatever you want, you will not enter the club without any reason and I advise tourists not to come to it. from the door

It is a disaster place. Tonight we went there with a reservation and they didn’t let us go inside. But this is not the main issue. Moroccan guy who is the manager of place with gray jacket and glasses was very rude at the door. When I tried to speak with him to say ok we are late 30 min for the booking, he replied me “BRO” you are late and touched my arm. I said, first I am not your bro, I am a guest you cannot call me like this, second you cannot touch to me. You know what he did, he did it again :this is a really funny amateur place, even horizon manor hotel is way better than here and more professional. It is not SBE it is not ACCOR. They say Mondrian is a luxury hotel, this is totally unacceptable behavior for a manager of an outlet. I told him, I’m hotelier as well, so you cannot speak with a guest like this then he pushed me back. Touching a guest and calling as bro twice very amateur and totally unacceptable. He is not fitting with accor and luxury standards, I will never go this place again and I will share this incident with everyone. Horrible experience, disaster manager, doesn’t know how to speak with a guest, very rude. Krossroads way better than here I swear. Please check cctv around 23:50 dear hotel management. There is a mafia guy working in your property, tried to start a fight. Tomorrow I’ll open a case at police station as well about him.

Its poor service and specially the Arabic manager I think he is Moroccan totally bad attitude and he is acting like he is the owner he is not following any rules and any policy for the place ..He even let the singles men get in and the couples people not ..He is really not able to be in charge ..The place is good but they make it the worst place in Doha .

Black orchid ! Really bad customer service ! The entrance fee is targeted and charged only on specific people . We paid the entrance fee and received no receipt . Not to mention-really bad attitude of the ladies at the entrance counter .

The music is so bad. There is no build up. Its like the dj is just trying to play Qatar National Radio. I wish it was like in other countries where you feel the atmosphere building up.
