Bizu Patisserie And Cafe in Manila
Description
Poor customer service, they walk past you and no one pay attention, then she forgot to bring the drinkThe cake was ok tho
MoreHight price. Not same with the menu any more. And price is not including Service 12% And not showed in Menu. 2 of disc about 1800PH
MoreToday purchased only a cake but the cake was packed by beautiful case and enough sized bag.I think the sweets of this shop is very good for souvenir.
MoreNever dine in before and just take away a sugarless choc cake yesterday, taste not bad and not that sweet at all, will try to dine in for their main dishes in the future :))
MoreThe chocolate cake was sooo good. I enjoyed it and their chicken pesto pasta was also good, the only thing I didnt like about the food I ordered was the sandwich, I forgot what its called but it was tasteless and some part was bitter (burntso dont order the sandwich with egg on top.
Morepoor air-conditioning inside the restaurant.
😋😋😋
A great chill place. It tends to be crowded during lunch or dinner. They have an afternoon tea set - great for Titas of Manila. :)I like their breads here, and dessert. Their macarons are nice too, but some find it expensive.Overall, great place. Watch out for their 30% discount breads.
MoreAircon is not working. Pricey. Cakes taste ordinary
Super yummy food!!!! Cooked to perfection ❤️🥰😘Staff were helpful especially the supervisor who offered to take pictures of us. 🥰
Moregood food & well knowledgeable staffs
Good macaroni patisserie in Makati, i wanted egg Benedict breakfast and i had it good. They sure has to improve the serving times: 50 minutes to be served after ordering is frankly too much.
MoreLove the elegant and peaceful ambiance amidst the crowd in Greenbelt!
After a big meal at nearby Cyma, we had dessert in this charming patisserie…trés French! The cakes and pastries are petite sized but never underestimate it as they are so full of flavor!Moi had the Naomi cake (a heavenly creation that must be dedicated to the goddess Campbell!with coffee (decaf, of course!and what an intoxicating combination!Looking around the place makes me want to stay for hours (the display of tempting pastries and the colorful macarons plus the whimsical Christmas decors they have already put out!)While the colors of their upholstery are eye candy, it may need a little refurbishing (or dry cleaning or steaming might work!). Menus should also be upgraded…a little too worn out already. But a sweet way to end your dinner (which you could also have here, by the way!)Bisous, Bizu!
MoreSo surprised with how responsive their customer service agent was! I wasn’t expecting anything when I told them of the issue I encountered with my order. They did something that’s common here in Canada. Definitely ordering from Bizu again.
MoreThe macaroons are amazing and well worth the price!
I love your food. I love how you have ample outdoor seating for pandemic safety. HOWEVER, your service is LOUSY.I was waiting for FIFTEEN minutes and the waiter had yet to come back to take my order. Mind you, I was at the time the ONLY CUSTOMER.Quite simply unforgivable.
MoreDelicious meal and great service
Very friendly staff and delicious macaron~
Looooove their mixed ravioli. Perfect for a light yet filling and satisfying lunch. The ambiance is also really nice. Very classy and European.
MoreCake was nice taste but not worth for 750 peso per piece
Sitting here now and am always so happy to walk in to this cozy and decorative place. The staff are friendly, the coffee is fantastic, and I personally love the Pork Loin Tocino breakfast. It’s my go-to spot when in Makati.
MoreVery refined coffee and cake stop! Get the Venetian feeling in the heart of Makati! Coffee is excellent and the selection of cakes stunning! Even sugar less selection. A bit pricy but worth the treat!
MoreThe brunch meal I ordered of smoked salmon was super oily and there was an aftertaste. It should have been paired with achara or olives. But the ambiance is good and the bread sold outside was very nice- soft, organic and w/ reasonable price. Although choices inside the restaurant are quite expensive...
MoreWe ordered only French fries and mushroom risotto which both arrived cold and the quantity for one person is a shame.Fries are industrial.Really I do not recommend it !!
MoreExpensive but willing to spend for their fabulous Samba cake. If you are a chocolate lover, this will definitely make you fall in love 😍. Cappucino is also really good. Great, cozy ambience. The place smelled like freshly laundered linens like a hotel. 👌
MoreI went there several times and always had good food and good service! Please try their macaron. They all have good taste ❤️
MoreNice food, nice service, superb deserts. If you come here, treat yourself to one of the delicious deserts they offer. Some of them, like the profiteroles, take some time to prepare (~20 minso it may be a good idea to order them before you finish your main, so that you do not need to wait for too long, although the wait is totally worth it.
MoreFancy resto. No wonder its a bit pricey😅
Sunday, June 23/19, my doctor group of around twelve (12had breakfast. The service (length of waiting was too long, some of us had to have our orders packed for take out. The sunny side up eggs were overcooked. We ordered the usual bread basket, the last was simply 3 pcs of old wheat bread. My group used to go to Bizu Greenhills, we can say it’s totally the opposite of Greenbelt. The waiters were ok👍
MoreAlways visit Bizu but this is the first time Im rating them.Food is always superb. You might want to try the macaroons like vanilla and some special flavors like kalamansi, durian, malagos (chocolate).Staff are accomodating. Kids will love it here (and the young at hearts too;)Worth a visit if you are just around Greenbelt area.
MoreI have been coming to Bizu for several years now, especially if I’m meeting somebody early in the morning as it is open from 7am. The interior is a bit girly being pink and very quaint but I hope men don’t get intimidated because they do have a variety of food in their menu and they really do make it well. It is on the pricey side but you get what you paid for. As I have been a customer for several years now, I wish they put back some of the best items in their menu like the Le Parisienne or make the fluffy eggs like they use too. The lobster sandwich is very expensive but oh very delicious, all the salads are great. And anything that has truffle is a must try. I think the only item in the menu that has failed me is the lengua.
MoreBecame known for their macarons before the other patisseries came up with their own. Good for breakfast or any meal for that matter..not just for dessert and coffee
MoreJust a humble traveller, spoiling himself with an awesome muesli and a cup of coffee. Service is excellent here with friendly happy staff, which makes eating here a relaxing experience. Cheers guys.
MoreGreat food and ambiance. The egg benedict is a MUST everytime I come here.
1. Salmon cheese and caviar appetiser. Overbearing cheese taste. I dont know what I should be tasting . Feels like a cheese starter. The caviar is bought in cheap supermarket. Dont expect proper caviar.2. Prawn pamelo salad. Good3. Lobster cabonara pasta. Good but oily. I cant handle oily stuff so its just me. I did finish the dish. Lol4. Chocolate souffle. As good as it gets. But Im too full.If your bored and have 7 hours to burn. This is a good place. Steep on the pricing. The above was around P3500
MorePOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER come back at this store.I was looking for a cake. They only have few selections and not sure what should I buy or should I check the other shop so I asked for the best seller. Then this guy, I think he’s the manager approached me. He said the opera cake and the other cake are their best seller. Then he also told me that some of the cakes were 30% off including the opera. Then I said I will just get the opera, the bigger size then he told me that it was not included in the discounted cakes, only the smaller opera size, as if I couldn’t afford to buy one. Maybe for him it’s too special 1,900 pesos, I agree it’s more expensive than an average cake but for me I could even buy 2 or 3 of them! My point is whether it’s only a macaroon or a drink or whatever a customer is purchasing, dont treat them as if they couldn’t afford to buy. Their job is to assist the customers needs. He’s intimidating and made me wait for toooo long to transact ONLY 1 cake when the shop is nearly empty, only 2 customers including myself. To the management, train the people who’s running your shop. Please train them proper customer service. They’re the one who’s interacting to your customers every single day, they should know how to handle and treat customers well. You’re not goldilocks or red ribbon.
MoreOh Bizu! I cant stop myself when I am in Bizu.
I bought the birthday cake from Bizu, the taste is so sweet and tasty, the price for medium cake is PHP 895-1125, the large one above 2k peso. The help us to write the name above the cake and gave us one gold small candle. The service is outstanding!
MoreWe love their food especially the roast beef, burger and the heavenly cakes and macaroons. We also like their ciabatta and its discounted prices at night.
MoreWay back 2015, I ordered a chocolate cake here for my cousin and it tasted really good. Last year, my partner gave me a dozen of macarons from Bizu and I can still recall how delicious they were.So last night, after our dinner, we looked for a place with a relaxing ambience for us to chill and to share life experiences and Bizu was the one that came into my mind.Upon entering, everyone gave us a warm welcome. The place looks elegant and will make you feel like a princess. The desserts are so colorful and inviting. We seated on a very comfortable purple couch and a very accomodating staff provided us an excellent service. I forgot her name. She wears eyeglasses. We had Sencha Créme Cherise (Green Tea with vanilla, cherries and rose creamand 3 Macaron de Paris (Pistachio, Coffee and Caramel). It was a good combination. The caramel macaron was the sweetest among the three which I really dont like. Pistachio and Coffee tasted really good.Overall dining experience was great! Plus the ambience is so perfect for serious conversation like what we had.
MoreBizu has a Alice in Wonderland feel to it. It is like they are producing cakes and tea from the mad hatter’s tea time table. They have glorious personal cakes that is so rich that a couple have to share it. They have great coffee and a wide selection of tea. They also sell freshly made bread and cookies. The bread is always sold at a discount when 8 pm hits to ensure the freshness of the stock. The staff is very courteous and gives great attention to the people who are dining. Good for family and kids. Old people finds it difficult to reach the bathroom since it is located in the mezzanine.
MoreI always enjoy Bizu, particularly the Greenbelt branch, not just for its continental menu, but for its brightness and richly colored interior design. While I find them expensive for regular meals, the occassional treat is worth it.What I like best are its sugar-free and flour desserts. They have two or three cakes like that and a chocolate treat but they are quite pricey.I also love their Ciabatta, WholeWheat and Regular. Their coffee is Lavazza which is one of my favorite brands.
MoreMacarooooooons! 😍😍😍 Their macarons are really good, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside (as how they should be). They offer some goodies for sale too!
MoreThe bakery that comes closest to Parisian tradition. Had their truffles with an iced Americano, the truffles were good but not as good those at the Peninsula. Good taste but the filling was not as light and the shells not as thin.
MoreBeen coming to bizu since 2013, love this place! Great coffee tea and food, the staff are just fantastic and will go above and beyond with there service. As always a special thanks to kuya jay and ate pearl hope to visit again soon. Janet and Rob
MoreLove their french macaroons and arroz caldo. They also sell good foccacia bread. It is a bit pricey for locals but good quality.
MoreExcellent breakfast, you get good combinations for a decent price.
Service was great. Yummy sweet treats 😊and I fell in love with their wasabi tea.
MoreThe food was decent. It took about 15 minutes to get my omelet after I ordered it and there were only a handful of people in the restaurant.
