Pleasant restaurant in busy upmarket Pacific Place mall. Moderately busy at lunchtime with many seating options.Went for the $158 buffet which comes with tea or coffee. There are four or five salads, two plates of cold cuts, and various little bowls of olives, cheese, bread, plus desserts etc.The a la carte menu features mainly red meats.

One of the best happy hours in town……Around $130 for two cocktails, can even be different!there is a free canapés section at the dining area where they serve cheese, bread, ham and fruit.

Seems a bit pricey, but w 2 for 1 Happy Hour that includes a high quality snack buffet - actually a good deal!

Friendly place for all day dining, even happy hour drink. Very reasonable price.

I had drinks there. I had two glasses of white wine. I reckon good for money. They then started the happy hour. Unfortunately, I had to leave. Otherwise, I shall further stay to enjoy.

Is a good choice with delicious food, a bit pricey though. I like the happy hour offers.

A location good for meeting friends because it’s always not full. But staff is not attentive and unfriendly. Drinks and food is just so so.

1st visit.June 1 at lunch booked table for 7. team lunch treat. the meal should be open rice special meal 3 course meal around 180hkd.they have another lunch set meal of higher price which includes the salad bar. which fit us was not interested due to covid.everything was alright not really so special. the tuna for 3 of us that we order were either dry or over cooked somewhat. the food is nice just maybe the tuna was too thick.

Great Happy Hour with nibbles. Service was attentive. I love the white subway tile on the walls. Good brand for bubbles.

Very nice place and service! We got there because we were at another place inside the mall where they wouldnt serve us (Le Pain Quotidienand here it was so fast and they were super nice to us. We had wine, 2 for the price of one, and also we got some food from a buffet they had (it was all part of the happy hour). We had a very nice time there. Definitely going back! Very good!

I had an Vegan Burger and a New York Style Cheese cake. Both were very GOOD! The dessert is AWESOME 😍The atmosphere is nice, the seating is comfortable and the service quality is high. I did enjoy my dinner at this lovely place!

Fantastic food, in one of the best malls in Hong Kong. Lots of salad in the buffet and a hme made style food. Good transportation options nearby.

Healthy salad buffet is good. But American burger is not recommended. Steak is better.

Great location, cozy ambiance, good service and diverse menu choices makes this a nice place to meet up with friends or perhaps for a casual evening with drinks after a business meeting. Dessert are always my favorite perfect ending to a yummy dine out, see attached crepe cake photos :)

Too Much Salt in Truffles Fries..Totally destroyed what is otherwise simple yet decent piece of side dish. Amount of salt doesnt impact thirst for drinks much...otherwise, Wed night was a good time to go for a chilaxing time with friends, andShrimp salad was an amazing dish

We tried the roasted chicken, shrimp pasta and salmon. My favorite was the shrimp pasta, which was tangy and tasty. The chicken was succulent and juicy. Salmon was overdone. Bizou isnt too busy at night so you are likely to find seats for dinner. They also put out a mean spread of canapes for happy hour

For a truly casual early evening meeting place this takes some beating. Its simple, efficient for the most part except when they are very busy. The buffet at 4 pm onwards can damage your waistline but what the heck! Give it a go and enjoy with friends. Then repeat frequently. Thanks to the nice staff. Mr Happy.

Our family of 4 had a very nice early Saturday dinner here. The happy hour drinks were a great start with buy one get one offer and access to the snack station (olives, cheese, and cold cuts). We followed with starters which were big enough to be mains (soup, grilled octopus, salads). We also went for a pasta and a risotto which were both just ok (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). Overall a very enjoyable environment and nice food, backed up by attentive services. We will be back.

Good quality food! I take a soup and after Spaghetti with shrimp and was very nice. The soup was very taste. Everyone taka a plate and like! Even the Hambúrguer with mo meet! The girl from South Africa was serve us was very nice! Best service we had!!

Bijou is at a great location in Pacific Place Mall with a area outside the restaurant to watch all the mall traffic. We stopped for happy hour there. Great drinks and a nice assortment of appetizers as part of the drink price.

Good food and high-quality drinks overall. Really nice trading set and super-fresh oysters with a good selection of toppings. Service was somewhat slow on a slow night even, bit otherwise this is a recommendation if you like high-quality American fare.

Understaffed. Slow.Ordered two burgers, one without cheese. Both came out with cheese. Asked for it without cheese, took half an hour to come back.One was supposed to be medium rare, came out well done.Cost - pricey.Will I come again? Nope.But they gave us a free coffee so Ill feel guilty giving them just 1 star.

They have promotion on every Monday. All the main course are buy one get one free. The pork chop is really really good. Salmon is very fresh and tasty.

Some oysters and wine before my flight home... Oysters tasted great but the service was a bit slow...

Mixed feeling here as I quite like the HH here but yday’s brunch got me food poison. My friend also got the same feeling after the lunch. We think the food for the salad bar is not fresh. Won’t go again for any salad buffet.

Lunch here today. Reasonable service, reasonable food, reasonable price and quite comfortable setting. Value for money in a prime commercial area.

Went there for Happy Hour, and its supposed to be 4 till 8 where they offer buy one gets one free with free canapes, but they started removing all the canapes at 7pm, which was rather early, as there is still an hour until the end happy hour. Other than that, drinks and canapes were very decent.

Great place for after work drinks. Great place for not working drinks. Happy hour special works.

12oz steak with truffled butter and asparagus as side dish, a glass of malbec, steak was properly cooked to medium rare and well seasoned

Nice decor. Nice service. Don’t like that they don’t ask you’re willing to “donate” before they add it on your bill. Food was ok.

Decent drink selection during happy hour,. More on the expensive side but uncrowded environment made for a conducive talking environment even for a group of 8.

Went for dinner. Not full. Service was attentive and quick. The swordfish and steak were both cooked very well.

I was invited to a lunch here yesterday. We ordered for a buffet lunch at @$160 pax. It turns out to be a salad bar mainly with leaf and potato salad plus only one kind of pain cheese and some iberico ham, desert, etc. Two of us ordered soup of the day, which was said to be sweet corn soup, and I ordered artichoke soup. They turn out to be same thing, sheer watery, and sold for @$150. I dont know what to say apart from feeling so much dismayed.

Staff have poor communications and different waiter has different meaning for Happy Hour. One waiter said the cheese table is available for non alcholic drinks. After we ordered, they said the opposite, so I have to watch my friends getting their cheese while I sat there sipping my tea!

I have visited Bizou, Pacific Place a number of times during the Happy Hour (4pm - 8pmand have to say that this place offers the best deal in town during their happy hour! Wine prices range from HK$75 up: buy one get one free, plus on top of it you have a variety of free snacks! There is plenty of space, nobody is pushing you around spilling their drinks on you and the staff is friendly! The only one thing they could improve is to add some extra smaller tables when using stools. Otherwise, everything else seems to be fine regarding the Happy Hour!

Slow service. Appetizers were ok, but entrées were horrible and tasteless.

Waited about 40 mins for our food (light lunch). The salad consisted of plain leaves and thats about it. The chicken breast wasnt too bad.

Poor food and poor service. Came here for lunch on a weekday. We ordered the "buffet and burger" set and the "buffet and sandwich" set. Promtpty went to the buffet which was more of a salad bar. Was decent but nothing better than what you would find from the supermarket or cafes near by.Poor service starts here, we saw everyone else getting their main course while we waited a while. Asked one of the servers and it took them another 5 minutes to come back only to ask us what we ordered.The food came, the burger which I ordered medium was well done with burnt edges. You can find better burgers easily in the area. The sandwich was disgusting. Bread was hard, mushrooms had a strange taste to them.Asked for the bill and they again took minutes to come back to us to ask us what we ordered! And they took even longer to come back with the bill.Super bad experience, for the price there are much better options around here. Not coming back ever.
