I waited over 3 hours only for the driver to steal my food, Alicia G was the drivers name. Do not use this food service unless u want to pay for a horrible person to eat your food.

Worst food delivery service. DO NOT USE. If you like late delivery, screwed up orders, and no recourse once they have delivered the wrong food items, then this is the place for you.

This was a great service at first. Until all their fees started going up so I cancelled my unlimited delivery. Yet today, there was a charge on my bank account for it. I have emailed but thought Id warn people on here too. I want my money back.

If i could give you no stars and still right a review I would. Your website menu ordering sucks. Spent half an hour filling out order just to have it dropped. I live like five minutes away from the restaurant I know Im just being lazy. But come on! How does your business make money.

Arrival time changed later and later. Finally called the restaurant and they informed me that someone did pick up my order ten minutes prior to me calling. I live four minutes from the restaurant. Food arrived two hours later.

Orders consistently incorrect, from multiple different restaurants on different occasions. App states driver will check order for accuracy but upon further investigation, Bite Squad informed me that its a verbal accuracy check with the restaurant. So its pointless to advertise as such. Live rep ended chat before we were done as well ... Equivalent to being hung up on. Very unprofessional. Also they state they only will refund errors to your BS account and not card you paid with... Why would I want to keep using if its often wrong? Overall, Im stopping verbally promoting this with friends.

Charged my card without permission or purchase! make sure to delete your card or they randomly charge you! Made my bank account over draft too! CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS AND WATCH OUT!!!
