Bistro Junior in Buzau

Good food, good prices and it’s quite a clean place. The only disadvantage is that waiting times are beyond acceptable… Waiting 40 minutes just to get your order picked is not OK.

One of the best places to go in Buzau, a nice restaurant with good food with good prive and a plus that in the 2nd floor you have a games room with bowling too

It used to be amazing place to eat , good food and great price.We ate 3rd times in a row and the food was really bad - taste, smell, plating:((!Sad because the place is really beautiful , but I will never go there !

Rude staff, not a pet friendly restaurant. We couldn’t have dinner here with our little Yorkshire Terrier. Not even on the terrace.A place to be avoided.

Nice service, very tasty food, large terrace to sit outside and very good atmosphere. The portions are quite big& the prices good.

The place was quite nice, even though the food was rather mediocre until.... THE MUSIC STARTED. LOUD. MIND-CRUSHINGLY LOUD.We were sitting at a far corner, in the middle of our meals. Within minutes, my 7 year old daughter begged to go out, it was so painful. We abandoned the food and asked for the bill, which took quite a long time to arrive.By the time we paid the bill and left, my wife and i too continued to be tortured by the decibel attack. Today, the next morning, my mind still jangles from the noise i withstood yesterday night!We went there seeing the reviews on Google. But it was a terrible experience for us, not just money ill-spent. To be avoided... Unless you only want large portions of food!

Serving was fast enough even if was crowded.The menu was various including local cuisine, international well known dishes, fish and sea food specialities.The taste and flavour are excellent, the portions are big enough.The quality/price ratio is very good.

Nice place, very delicious food with large portions and it is not expensive.Time spent there felt like beeing on a vacation.Some tables could be replaced to improve the looks, but when ypu taste the food, you forget about that.

The venue looks fantastic. Lots of room, long bars, open kitchen, leather lounges, the lot. We did not have time to order food, but from what Ive seen and heard from people from other tables, it should be great. As other reviewers stated, although there were plenty of waiters, the service was really slow. And a bit uncomfortable, it was like we bothered them from their free time. And this is after a few months of lockdown, they should be hungry for tips. Such a pity.

This place is amazing. There are so many delicious, mouthwatering choices that youll have a hard time making one. The prices, compared with the quantity and quantity of the dishes, are beyond reasonable. With just 10 bucks you can make your stomach burst. Because it is such a good restaurant, there are a lot of customers, which means you might have to wait a little for your order. But if you choose to wait, your patience will be greatly rewarded.So if you are in town or just passing by, and you want something to eat, this is the place you must try. And enjoy.

Beautiful restaurant wiyh very accesibile prices

The food is good and the dishes are quite big. The music is nice and the atmosphere is geting very cosy. Its the perfect place to go with friends because they got many offeres including some beer and some side food. There are also separate stands in the restaurant where they prepare you the salads, the natural juices, the cocktails and many more.

The food has almost no taste. Its too much to eat too. Id rather have smaller portion but tastier.

Service here was the lowest i have ever met, the waiter throw the menu on the table an left without saying anything. The food was also a disappointment, the stake was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. It even smelled very bad.

You can eat there but also play bowling or billiard. They need to hire more waitresses. We had to wait over one hour for our order. Food came cold. It is not acceptable for me.

Very nice local with good food and good prices too

I had a chicken snitzel with fries. The snitzel was meh and the fries were horrible, they werent fresh French fries, they were frozen. My brother, on the other way, had pork ribs with polenta and country potatoes. His dish was delicious!! I recommend also the spicy sausages, they are pretty good! Also the pancakes were decent.

I only had a bottle of wine there, the service was very prompt. One of my friends had a beaf soup and she was pleased, bottom line - everything was OK there. They could modernize the place and add some modern decor elements, everything looks oldish, but its very clean and nice, the prices are low, I would go back there when I have a chance.

The menu is really varied. Too bad the food is not that great but at least it is cheap. A big plus is that the place looks awesome, very nice decorated. It even has tanks with beautiful fish. The staff amazes me, because some employees are great at their job, meanwhile others cant even bring you the right kind of tea that you ordered. Open until later hours so thats another plus. All in all a good experience.

Very crowded. There are way too few waiters so you will wait a lot for your order.The music is too loud and there two different songs playing from two different places.

Still one of the best places to eat in this town. Cheap and delicious food. Not to mention the quantity. If you are hungry and want to burn some calories after, you can play pool or do a strike on the bowling alley.

Great food, big plates , tastefull, beautiful place...always crowded and noisy though... The waitresses were...not so helpful...like they preferred doing smt else that time . Do they pay them a few? Who knows...

Huuuge and delicious portions which dont cost you a fortune. Appealing interior and friendly staff. Just make sure you decide whether you pay together or split before you order food, later its not possible. ;)

Very nice place with good food and good drinks. They have open space kitchen which is very good looking and the food is very tasty. The waiter was a little busy and forgot to bring us something once but the rest was good and the stay was very nice. I recommend tuna salad - very tasty.

I came here as we found on Google this place rate with 4 stars , but I think from my point of view 1 star is more than enaught ! First the waitress she brought the water and we put it by ourselves in the glasses ! Then we order the menu of the day that in the end more than half of the things from the menu was not available or was replace with something else ! Soup was cold as well !so after all of this 1 star is more then enaught .

The place looks really good. Its clean and nicely furnished and plenty of space to move around.Food looks good and tastes good and it comes quite fast.You can pay by card.Only four stars as the place was very noisy because of people and music.

Good service but kind of slow sometimes (even if the place is not crowded), excellent dishes (though the vegans will be disappointed), nice atmosphere.Some recipes need improvements and the overall attention to detail must be enhanced, but otherwise the experience is nice, plus you can see your pizza/salad being prepared live

Food and drinks are decent. Recreational zone and personnel need to be remanaged. Waiters tend to laugh and make fun of people who speak other language rather than romanian. Had to talk to a manager about this issue. After these two are fixed, a solid 4 star is appropriate grade.

Nice place but very limited parking spots. The service is very slow. They need more waiters and better qualified. Stay away from fish menu, not always fresh.

Waited for more than half an hour for some not so good tasting lemonades, and still waiting (after 1:30 hoursfor some desserts which we were told that were already prepared.Another "nice" thing - there is no AC inside.I would not recommend this place in busy days like today (its a national holiday).Later edit: we were announced that there are plates left for our dessert, so they will bring it on a big platter instead of individual plates.Later edit 2: The desserts were apparently "out of the oven", but instead of being streaming hot they arrived slightly warm.

Its good food , big portions , nice decor , but sometimes it takes 1 hour and a half to take your order. Its depends on the day the staff has.

Great atmosphere, wide selection menu and amazing food. They employ good ol ladies, food tastes homemade. Had a 800grams of roasted chicken(romanian stylewith polenta for only 16lei(about $5).

Pizza came quickly and was good. Selena that size matters, sincer portions are so oversized. Though, very good value for money.

Good place to eat, just that the servings are huge (500-1500 grams). I gave it one star because I couldnt play pool because the table was occupied by some people, after I bought it, then the friends of the occupants paid the table and I was refunded.

One of the best places in town. Good food and low prices comparing to Bucharest. Nice place where to spend some quality time with friends too. 5 stars :)
