Biryani House Restaurant in Manama

Firstly they dont pick up calls or there is no one attending while you go and pick up order from the restaurant, server isnt bothered to come out. Secondly if at all they receive the call manager/ owner of the outlet dont speak pleasantly to the customers, to top it off the servers speak in the same tone. Today while picking up my order, I told the server, least you can pick up the call or attend customers outside, instead the reply I got it, why havent I transfered the amount first if I was in such a rush, to which I told him, no one would come to this place if it wasnt for the food since the service is quiet unpleasant To which I got a reply, saying than I shouldnt have come at all.Also to let biryani house know, customers dont take food for FREE, we pay.Food is good (only & only have picked up chicken biryani).BUT the person running the resturant/ whoever sits at the counter and their servers NEED to improve their communication skills with customers which is terrible to say the least.1/Oct/2022Since the time the above review was posted, there has been an immense change in the way the person at the counter/ owner and their staff have dealt with my order. They are pleasant, calls are answered and no more rude replies which was the intention to post the previous review. Well done Biryani House for the change keep at it and keep getting better with each order, customer.

I am a fan of this restaurant food from 2011 to 15, I am back here after 7 years …I think and feel taste changed now but still not bad. Owners and staff Attitude remains same :.. Fridays they are not allowing to dine-in...its only take away/delivery...

Found the food average, dint expect certain ingredients in the dish I ordered. As ther original does not include that.

Best Real Biriani in Bahrain

Came with family for dinner on 12th Aug. It was one of the worst restaurant i have experienced in Bahraini. Especially the old man who sited on the counter. The way he speaks and handle the customers. I was literally surprised to see him in the front of house and talking to the guest. He dont deserve to be in the hospitality industry.

Quality of food is ok, but very bad service…dont give plates when dine in…need to eat from a pack…delivery is also bad…not ready to deliver within 2 km radius

Back in 2012 their Chicken Biriyani was the best in town. Over the years the taste went bad and the owners attitude as well.However, now (2022their Biriyani is back to being good and the owner attitude is also changed (for the good). A must try for biriyani lovers. Their mutton fry (talawais very tasty & can be a good side dish.

… so basically I visited Bahrain and was looking for proper Hyderabadi food & visited this place …. Food was bang on and the service was exemplary.It’s a must visit place and can easily added to the list of places to be visited in Bahrain

This place used to specialize and only offer biryani from Hyderabad with chicken or mutton and its spicy. Now they offer a bigger selection of dishes like chicken makani & others. Really worth a try

The restaurant is below Average!The OWNER curses his employees and customers. A old age person didn’t have the change so the restaurant owner insulted him & asked him never to come his restaurant. THIS MADE ME LEAVE before even ordering.He might be over confident cause he has business. But such business don’t make it in long run. MOIC should take action against such practises. 👎🏻

Ive had the worst experience ever at a restaurant,Alhumdulillah food was much delicious, Ill give 4.5 rating out of 5 but the Dine in service is the worst, I travelled all the way from Ksa and was traveling back to ksa, So on 15th of November 2021, i Had the dinner at biryani house. I read the previous reviews and the owner himself stated that dine in service has been improved, It might have improved but its not improved upto the markI asked for the plate and they denied by saying they dont have it😑 they gave me Aluminium food packing box for eating 😒Why the hell you guys keep the dine in service then??People like me who travel from outside or bachelor who are willing to have dinner or lunch inside, Its really a tough time for themThe place is also soo Much conjustered from insideNot even Sitting arrangement is comfortableI strongly recommend to the owner that to improve the dine in service immediately, Anyone willing to have food inside, Its a tough time for themI dont have any complaints regarding food, It was Ma sha allah soo Good AlhumdulillahBut i am not at all satisfied with the dine in service, It was the worstEither you guys improve the dine in service according to customer satisfaction or remove it

Disrespecting Customers who visit door step of this restaurant is the prime motive with rude and arrogant behaviour of owner. Staff seems good but they have been trained to follow the footsteps of owner to ill treat the customers. Im customer here for 10 years and it has been decided not to return henceforth. Food you can get anywhere but if the basic respect deserved is not entertained, there will not be a satisfaction of having food whatever may be the taste...ones attitude doesnt deserve any respect.

Really bad quality for Biriyani, didnt value for the price which is comparably higher than all other famous restaurants . Raw smell of Masala, too much salty. very much disappointed.

Must try biryani in Bahrain, ordered special Tihari biryani as well so good , must try their special food on Sunday and Wednesday,The owner was straight and he never compromises on quality , that the way it should be to serve the customers ,I tried many restaurants in Bahrain for biryanis , my search for best biryani stopped at biryani house , for almost two years I am taking parcel here , I never see a change in quality or taste , such a consistency the owner is preparing food.Note : I am not favour or promoting any restaurant, I am just a food lover , where I want share the best experienceFor the owner I understand, for quality is more important than his profits

Is this called Hyderabadi biryani?I ordered chicken biryani and it was a disappointment for us.Mixing rice with chilli powder doesnt make them tasty. Id never visit again.02 stars because the staff were very cooperative and nice.

Hi Biryani house I just want to complain that If you dont have any driver you must shown inactive or unavailable in Talabat. Because It is kinda frustrating when we are waiting for our order for almost a 30 mins already but then when we found out that you dont have available delivery rider.

This restaurant has lost its taste from couple of years , I tried biryani about 1.5 hrs back & it was like masala rice. I never returned & yesterday I thought of trying to see if it go better. I ordered for a chicken biryani & I got a red chili biryani 🙁 it was super spicy. You cannot enjoy this kind of food.... rating of 4 is too high it should not be more than 2

I always have dishes and biryani from this place and its very tasty... But todays Mutton biryani was spot on ... what superb taste... just loved it... Their chicken 65 was the worst in town. They serve old dish micro waving. Could not have one single piece. Even roadside 65 tastes good. The owner is merciless. Only rates increase every 4months by 100-200 fils.

Sorry! Taste like if you mix the chilli powder into rice and frozen chicken shows one of worstest taste I ever had..and price is much higher..try not to waste your money..hotel service and environment is so nice

Difficult for car parking , situated at very narrow road. Food quantity is good but food quality is not good. The food is not authenticate and doesnt deserve the recommendation. Restaurant is nice, neat and clean. Staff is also cooperative but food is not worthy. May be in near future they can improve the quality as well. All my best wishes with them.

Original hyderabadi biryani with authentic spices. But the problem is, they only accept cash and there are parking issues. Also they refuse to deliver orders less than 5 BD

I have been trying Biryanis in many parts of the world and I must say that Im very impressed with the quality and the authenticity of the taste of the Biryani House (this is the Hyderabadi dum Biryani).The owner Osman is a very humble character and would always offer the best advice.I have tried their chicken Biryani which was fantastic and also dont forget their mutton Biryani (sadly only available on Saturday lunch timeit was absolute heaven.

One of the best Indian Chicken Biryani Restaurants in Bahrain. No other biryani have been able to match their taste. Though they have minimum order limit for home delivery (which they follow very strictly), but its worth . Highly recommended.
