Birdies Wings in Acworth

My friend and I ordered the new pretzel bites and they are the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I could literally eat them all day.

We love birdies! The food is great and the staff is always very friendly.

My husband loves their wings (I’m a big fan too!and I love their vineyard salad- they don’t skimp on toppings and it’s delicious!!

The service, the people and especially the Chicken. THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!!! Popeyes doesnt have anything on Birdies Wings PERIOD!!!

We had dinner delivered on 8/9/22The fried shrimp didn’t come with cocktail sauce and the potato skins had no sour cream. Someone should be checking the orders to make sure they are complete. I called the male manager and he asked if I wanted them delivered. I said our meal will be cold waiting on it since it took 40 min to receive our food. He said he would credit me a little container of cocktail sauce and a little container of sour cream which I thought was ridiculous! That means I’d have to order the 17.99 meal with the fried shrimp which wasn’t good. What bothers me the most is the poor customer service. If two entrees are messed up because you don’t get the good sauces that go with it, you compensate the customer with something other than a credit for little container of sauces. That’s called good customer service. It could have been a cookie or a piece of cake but after spending 75.00, I found the container credit an insult. I’ve been a repeat customer for years.

We just got home with our take out food and the restaurant burned my sons chicken nuggets and they knew it and still put it in the styrofoam plate Im upset and I want my money back and this is not fair and I may not be returning to the restaurant. This was only my second visit. and they serve me burnt chicken nuggets, seriously? I spent $45 for burnt food. Not good. Also my husbands hamburger was not cooked medium it was well done and two dry and chewy.

Always love coming here. Wings, seafood plates, etouffee and gator bites are always a hit, especially love the crispy fries

This place was okay with the fresh food. Really expensive!!! Not my type of wings, way too big, not much sauce. I will not be back for wings.

No frozen food made at this place!!! Boneless wings are made fresh NOT frozen! Owners are the most sweetest people you can meet. Good area! KSU student deals and all you can eat wings Wednesday. Literally come here!!!

I am from Louisiana and I am always looking for good gumbo. This was the best I have found in the area and the serving is huge. Good service, good price. Try this place.

We were passing through on our way home and got to our hotel late. We were starving and wanted to order from Birdies. First off we ordered our food for our group of 10 at 9:00pm and they close at 9:30. The lady that we dealt with was so sweet and accommodating. They stayed open to make sure we got our food and more. They offered us drinks while we waited and were so friendly. Then the food was delicious! I wish we were from around here bc the boneless wings we so good. We highly recommend you try this place out.

The food here was amazing! I got the wings basket meal and the wings were to die for!! The ranch dipping was 10/10!! I recommend coming here on the weekends for a nice meal!

Absolutely delicious wings and good hospitality! Wings are HUGE and have a lot of meat, crispy without sitting in sauce, and the flavor of the sauce is great. Fries also good. 10/10 would recommend the Hot sauce and Garlic parmesan.

Good chicken tenders and good sized, as well. Fries were exceptional, though the onion ring disappointed bc of no onion flavor. Thick burger on my patty melt, but Ill ask for extra onions next time.

The two young girls working were very friendly. The boneless wings were good. The lemon pepper was a little runny, but overall a solid meal.

Im embarrassed to say how often we order from Birdies, but we oder enough that I can say the service is constantly fantastic. Typically we call in and have our food delivered and 100% of the time, the person answering the phone is super sweet and the delivery drivers are quick and again, super friendly and respectful! Great customer services like Birdies is why we keep coming back!

Will not order delivery from any place else. Love the promptness of delivery, the awesome customer service, the menu has something for everyone. Quality and quantity of food is by far above every business around.. will definitely be ordering with them more than other businesses.Edit: the quality and quantity of the dishes by far outdoes any other fast food /restaurant Ive gone to . With that said Birdies is my go to for a quick bite. I spend the same amount of $$ and get better food and a generous serving of food. One platter from Birdies can be 2 servings . I can not promote this business enough.. love love love Birdies

The food was great !!! The service was trash. The manager took my order. She rushed me to give the order kept cutting me off when I was telling her what I wanted on my salad. And when I went back In to pick the food up she met me at the door. I checked my food and I had no silverware no napkins. But the manager packed my bag. By this time I’m bothered. I talk to the manager. And as a former restaurant manager I explained how I felt. In a nice tone. And she was rolling her eyes and huff and puffed. Won’t spend my money why there again.

I dont believe this place is open anymore. If they are still open, then I would be very surprised! I called numerous times during their open hours (according to their website), and left a couple messages because I wanted to buy wings for a party I was having with 40 people. I got no reply. Not once did they answer their phone.There was a time, years ago, that this place was phenomenal but now, if they are truly still open, they appear to not want any business.Ricks Wings on Highway 41 in Acworth is an very good alternative! The place might look like a dive but they answer their phone and their wings are excellent!!

I dont understand how this place get all these great reviews. This was my 1st time ordering from this place. The bread on the poor boy sandwich was terrible. The bread was old and falling apart as you bite into the sandwich. The chicken wings were old and over cooked. Fries was old and tasted horrible. Just a waste of my money. $37.00 just down the drain when you have to trash the food. What a bad experience. I dont think anyone should sell a custom bad chicken, or bad food in general.

This place was amazing. My fiancé and I had plans to go to the movies (amc is right behind themand wanted to eat before going, we happened to stumble upon this place and so glad we did.My fiancé ordered the wings basket- it came with 5 wings (he ordered sweet heata heaping handful of fries and coleslaw.I ordered the catfish nuggets basket - it came with about 10 nuggets a heaping handful of fries and coleslaw.Everything came out fresh and all of it was delicious!On top of that the place was really clean, bathrooms clean and service were really friendly and great!A must try if you’ve never been!

One of our local favorites.love the food as well as the staff!!The Cajun menu is delicious but true to form., it is spicy.Delicious etouffee and gumbo as well as the shrimp or gator poboys.

Absolutely delicious wings. I got the honey BBQ and the lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was a little to much seasoning but they were still good.

Ordered take out on Saturday night. The wings were so over-cooked and tough, my family and I ate less than half of them and threw the rest away. Cheap, crinkle cut fries were mushy, obvious they had been sitting for quite some time. $72 for 30 wings, awful fries and a cheese quesadilla. Giving two stars because the employees were friendly.

My first visit to Birdies and it was great! I got the Lemonyaki (lemon pepper/teriyakiwings and asked for them to be crispy..theyre nice and meaty and very good. We also got the fried shrimp basket, and really enjoyed that too...their cocktail sauce is very good, and the coleslaw is perfect and delicious...Ill definitely make the trip to go back..they have a lot of other items on the menu Id like to try too.

Last time I got the wrong flavor wings but both times I got bleu cheese when I specifically asked for ranch. Asked for no celery but got double last time. Right flavor wings and only carrots this time but bleu cheese again which makes the whole meal not worth it. Leah on the phones when I called was amazing, I did not ask for a refund or replacement but she listened and cared about my lack of satisfaction

Loved this place but they keep cutting back on menu items while increasing the price. Wing basket used to come with 6 or 8, you could get two flavors and it came with slaw and celery with carrots. Now theyve removed the celery with carrots, and you cant get two flavors and theyre claiming theyve never done it like that before! It was good while it lasted :/

Very friendly and clean place. Nice size wings. I tried Cajun. Nice scent but I expected more flavor. Other than that it was a great experience

I have to say these are some of the best wings that Ive had. I got some sweet heat and some of the Cajun dry rub so. My wifes favorite were the Cajun and mine were the sweet heat. They were crispy without being overcooked and not overly fatty. I will definitely be going back for some more Wings in the near future. I highly recommend trying them if you are in the area.

Birdies I order wings from you guys all the time. Your wings are good, but I do have a complaint. Today my wife ordered 28 wings and out of 28 wings we only received 4 flats. I know people order all flats and you have to sell your chicken. But 4 flats out of 28 wings is outrageous. I gave you 3 stars because your wings do taste good. But come on Birdies, yall can do better than this.

We are not from the area, but, our son had a soccer game and we saw the sign for Birdies Wings. We stopped in for a late lunch and it was delicious! Definitely will be back for wings and Cajun food.

Amazing food and quick! We had a large to go order and not only did they get it 100% right, it was absolutely amazing!

My husband and I stopped in the Kennesaw location to check it out. With the wing shortage, we’ve had a hard time finding someone with wings. We ordered the sweet heat wings and some fries. I could not believe the size of the wings, they are huge! But, much better than that was the cook and the taste. I’m not particularly fond of chicken skin so I typically peel it off. These wings were cooked to perfection. Just crispy enough, without being overdone. I ate every last piece, skin and all. The fries, our favorite, crinkle fries. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. We were quite impressed with our meal. We are so happy to hear Birdies will be running a kitchen in Cartersville this fall. We cannot wait to patron the pool hall.

I have loved this place for a while now quick delivery and great food and service. I give this five stars for that reason but unfortunately tonight I tried to order and they changed their mileage radius and my house is .2 miles out of it. I order over $100 worth of food every Friday night to be delivered because I do love them so much and after a long week this is what we like to have. I know multiple people in my neighborhood that will be very disappointed by this as well. Again this is a great establishment but I think this was a bad move on their part.

The food is amazing! Always greeted by friendly faces. Turns out they make almost everything from scratch and go above and beyond in the work they do! Walter runs an amazing business and I would not be surprised to see Birdie’s Wings expand!

Juicy fresh-fried wings, other places the wings are half the size and have the "heat lamp" taste. Great buzzing atmosphere with its decor and employees, reminds me of the College wing spots in Atlanta we used to frequent before Tech football games. And as other reviewers said, you get three meals out of your to-go orders new Fave.

Found my little hidden gem! Pleased with online ordering, pickup when ready and delicious food. And so much food you can get 2 meals out of 1.

Hit or miss. We’ve ordered several times from here and sometimes the wings are excellent and others dry and over cooked with little sauce. After tonight’s order that we could barely choke down, as they were so dry, we won’t be returning. For the price it’s not worth the chance. Good luck to you if you order food here.

I am very very picky about my fried wings bc I make them pretty well myself. But these wings were amazing! They werent all small and dried out. They had a nice size and they were cooked to perfection. And the Philly cheese steak was just as great. This was my first time trying it but definitely not my last.

Just did a pick up order from here for the first time... AMAZING! large wings (buffalo wild wings who?Deliciously cooked, perfectly crunchy and spiced. (Got rubs not sauceand my son got the chicken tenders and they were juicy.WILL BE BACK! best wing place I have been to in atlanta!

We just placed a last minute order tonight and WOW!! First time ordering and will NOT be the last this may be our families new go to place my 3 year really enjoyed him self the shrimp PO boy was shockingly great! (Only shocked because its a wing place lolthe burgers are real hamburger meat and my husband loved his steak,Philly the sweet heat was the best flavor for the wings WOW so,good!

Birdies is amazing. Some of THE best wings I’ve ever had, and every time we order delivery, the food is still piping hot (which is important.We always get the sweet heat wings with every order, and the consistency is unmatched. So good. We like to try new things, but with wings as good as Birdies, there’s no reason to switch it up 😋

My go to wing spot! Tasty wings and fantastic service! Long time customer, my boys grew up loving their wings!! Mom enjoys their House Salad, so fresh and delicious. It’s hard to find good wings but these folks have them. My wife and I got multiple flavors and loved them all. Potato skins were excellent as well. Priced reasonably. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Alright I only ordered from birdies cause the food was phenomenal the first time I had it. This time though, these folks hit a complete 180. The wings I ordered were Horrible!!! They’re still in the fridge from yesterday, and I love wings so that’s saying a lot. They were “Very Lightly Dusted” with seasoning and they tasted like dung. Complete waste of money. Then I had ordered gator bites with the wings, they were pretty good but I told my friend who used to work there about my experience with the food and come to find out, those “Gator Bites” are chicken!! This is legit false advertisement. So I wouldn’t even recommend this place. I got taxed $12 for one BS boneless chicken bread, that’s heavily fried and it was soggy by the time it arrived. So this place is a definite no.

My husband and I really enjoy this place. I love the hamburgers here and Im not a hamburger kinda person. The wings are delicious. The service has been good since we have been going. We found this restaurant on Google while wanting to go to a new restaurant. I would definitely recommend it. My husband likes the patty melt and wings.

The Hot Wings are to soggy dont taste like they are very well done, the french fries are not seasoned at all and very disgusting as well, I shouldnt have to come home and re fry my French fries because they didnt cook them well enough. the lemon pepper wings were probably the only good thing I got out of my order.
