I think this is one of the most beautiful McDonalds out there.The building is outstanding.Had to come in for a Latte and a Belgian Chocolate cake.Surprised to see McDonalds cakes are now supplied by Secret Recipe.The packaging was good but the slice was a bit small... Only the box looks big..A marketing ploy perhaps?But anyway enjoyed the atmosphere here.Great to come here to chill...

The Indian staff so rude to other customer ...not to me but to other customer over there seen by me and I heard what them said

Cozy environment, nice staff, clean table. The only downside is, limited parking space and washroom need to be clean throughly.

This is my 1st time visit here. And the building amazed me because it holds historical data. You know old building during colonialism? Yeah.

It was good coz apparently Mcdonalds in these areas run out of cooks and you cant have hot meals. But this issue was not faced at this Mcdonalds good staff

Bad service, we want redeem the mcflurry but scan the app cant. Show no promotion. Then all staff no entertain all hid inside kitchen only

This is the second time of me getting different chicken. Been ordering regular chicken but i get the spicy one. Can they simply replace my order like this????? And plus at that time the people is not that pack for dinner hour. When i ask to replace back the chicken, they wanted to give me drumstick and wings which is the small part of chicken. And plis i didnt get sauce eventhough im ordering chicken. Why cant everyone pay attention to their order???? Please. We are all tired. Im tired of working, all i need is a warm meal of the day!!!

theres problem with machine, cannot use the promo mcd app code. Ask one of the staff but they left me hanging. Not helping at all

Im really disappointed in this branch. I ordered 3 pieces of fried chicken for take away. They give me 2 wings and 1 breast but no drumstick. I dont like wings,my favorite one is drumstick. But I didnt check when I was collecting. When I was home I found out there is no drumstick. This what they do with customer

This is the worst mcd ever, first the sprite taste like water, then second I ordered large porridge but it came with small one, and thennnnnnn thirddddddd the nasi lemak has no chickennnnnn lol, this really ruined my day and this is the last time I visit this mcd branch 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Better just close down your drive thru. What is drive thru and fast food? Bunch of useless staff working so slow that i have to wait in drive thru for 10mins! Quality of staff theseday are totally rubbish. The only reason i choose fast food and drive thru is because i want fast!

Ordered my meals via drive thru, wanted to have a quick fix in the car. Food was the usual mcd standard but wasnt given spoons for my kids corn cup and porridge. The apple pies that I had ordered turned out to be a banana pie which I didnt like. Checked the packaging, it was labelled as apple pie but inside was a banana pie.

Spacious. Very fast service. Suitable for birthday parties. Sufficient parking spaces.

Service getting worst n worst..Long waiting.. staff work slowly, not efficient.. always no place to sit, not because of too many ppl, but always close upstairs area..

I like the concept of turning an old heritage building into something like this.The space is big.Air-conditioning was good too.Parking lots are limited, can park at time square too.

The staffs are all so helpful and the place is clean and pretty. The manager also did a good job teaching us more about the app kindly.

Recommend to visit this exterior :The interior design is normal Mcdoanalds and food are normal though.

Always came here for drive thru. Usually places crowded past 7, but despite the long queue, I still managed to get the right order.

28/1/2022 drive thru..1x big mc ala carte2x spicy double cheese burger ala carte1x double cheese burger set1x Strawberry Sundae1x ice latte.Que for long and i did not get 1x double cheese set, only get french fries and the orang drink....After ordered food, wait after paid, manager/supervisor took our receipt for double check with their kitchen/counter....after received food and without Arrived home, only 2x spicy double beef and big mac inside their paper box....Oh, not the first time happened, always kena scammed at Sg Petani drive thru too....

Very very slow service. Ordered thru grab tooks an hour to get ready ONE set of meal. Even drive thru service is slow. And why is McD not giving out tomato sauce?

Always likes to give wrong order, while buy at drive thru. Dragging time with 1 customer until breakfast time closed. When I approached without guilty said times up. Totally passed off. Please manage time accordingly. You guys should hire mystery customer to see the outward show

A very cool-looking outlet, theres a lot of seat inside and outside.You can park at the dedicated car park for customer right beside the outlet and mall, or just drive thru.

After waiter asked either we would dine-in or take away. The waiter never explain clearly and literally bring us into the seats and bringing us inside then take order via app. This could makes ppl feel uncomfortable as ordering via app will exposed ppl privacy such as credit card information. Which this is highly possible that violate PDPA. In additional, while the waiter is guiding us to take the order via app. How could him just sitting at my seat and let me standing aside?Is that because Im younger and he deserve to get my respects? Interesting...Besides, as I have something to query and I was already standing in front of the cashier counter and waiting for the cashier to response. Theres another waitress still telling me if I have question, I may go to the cashier counter for that (such a pointless action)Thanks a lot, thats making me feel so "warm".Lastly, when we ordering the food via apps. The waiter claims that they dont have any fries but end up when my friend ask again if he could change the snacks due to the corn seems is spoiled and no longer fresh and secure to consume. Immediately he gets the fries as exchange.Whats the point making such lies to customers? It was raining and the drive-thru lane was being used for unloading goods. Yet, the good-hearted workers were operating from the main entrance, and still able to deliver food as fast as possible. Kudos to them.

A fancy building, nice location and spacious. But the service was so slow, waited for about 10 mins for only 2 items ( an apple pie and 1 Mc Flurry). Maybe it took some time to prepare the apple pie. Located next to 2 Transformers, besides Penang Times Square.

Actually i want to rate half of star because it was too bad service. I wait for more than 30 minutes, i wait Infront of the pick up order counter. No one of the partner there ask i what my order number. Im really mad because I see they was packing other orders first. After i ask them where is my order and suddenly she say "kak order number berapa ya, takde pon kertas order kak". I became what seriously! I have order 30 minutes before. They not packing my order yet. After the order has done pick up, she never say sorry maam for late services. Really upset because of the services. I will never come to the outlet again.If one of them say sorry its will be nice.

Very slow response and poor service everytime. Either long waiting time even though no queue in line or forget to give sugar/syrup/butter. Totally different experience from greenlane branch where service is fast and efficient. Had us waiting for so long even though we were first in line for drive through and when she passed me the meals without drinks, i called after her. When she didnt respond, i had to honk. She had the nerve to tell me to sabar je. 🙄 Didnt get her name. This incident happened on 28th November 8am. When i reached home, guess what, gave me the wrong order AGAIN! If your employee cannot multitask, please retrain! The food given was incomplete. Thinking back, they accepted cash without giving receipt. Something fishy is going on in this premise🤔

This place would have to be one of the flashiest KFC all McDonalds I have ever been to with large transformers out the front definitely worth the visit.

Went for drive thru only not dare to dine in due to the covid spread. Had our fries at the car park. But my kids love to pose with the transformers. Good effort👍👍

Love this Mc Donalds so much! They are located in a very strategic location right beside a very huge shopping centre in the heart of the George Town. The menu is vary from burger to fried chicken. The price is average, not so expensive but not cheap as well. Their spicy chicken is the best thing I had in Malaysia!

This is so beautiful building of McD.It’s really looks like so old structure reconstructed to very beautiful McD building . 🍟They have drive throw option also.It’s I open for 24hrs.The only reason I came here was for Wifi 🤔.. but it really works slow 🤦🏻‍♂️.But other then wifi ?? All so awesome 👏🏻Having big space to sit with your friends or family or even come here for date, as they have private section also for 2-4 sittings. 😂You can order by yourself throw screen the have provided outside counter door and then you get a tag with any No. and wait at any seat and they will deliver your order at your seat.And also you can order directly at counter but you have to carry you order by yourself.AnywaysIt’s good choice 👍🏻

The food and drink offered is the same as other McDonalds. However the building make it so special that worthy to stop by.
