I waited 20 mins in line because I was with an elder, otherwise it would have been an hour. Nice place, though.

In general, for all animals, the cages and their habitats seem like barely enough space. It looked more like a jail than a proper habitat for some of them. The cages for the monkeys was too small. They were aggressive and seemed stressed. Also the juguar and puma cages were also very small and one of them seemed very stressed. It would be better to have half the number of animals in the amount of space they have there.Everywhere there are signs with "dont knock on the glass", but people are knocking on the glass. There is nobody to tell them not to. There were even kids annoying the bats with a bottle, and there was no staff at all to correct them.The only good part of this parc for me was that they rescue animals. Other than that, I didnt really like it

Went here on a Friday afternoon. It was a short walk done in a couple of hours. We saw monkeys, tigers, otters, snakes, turtles, capybaras, etc. Good place for kids to explore. Was not very full when we went. They have a restaurant on site.

A very interesting well maintained zoo with a great variety of all sorts of animals from Colombia. The only bad thing is that some monkey cages are too small and drive the animals mad.

Nice, clean and beautiful to walk in family

It is beautiful place to see a lot of animals and have a nice and peaceful walk . We really liked to see the animals like the turtles, birds monkeys, snakes, pumas and fish. The ottre was our favorite animal. We recommend to wear comfortable shoes and clothes to have a pleasant experience. The cost of the ticket is 15.000 thousand Colombian pesos which is like 4 dollars. This place is worth it to explore.

Its recovering from a hard time due to roadblocks on the way Bta - V/cio but their priority was the animals wellbeing; its worth givingem a hand.

Beautiful park and I love the fact its only regional animals and fauna. Its a pleasant place with a nice natural environment.In terms of English the park has dual language signs with all the information you need.

Wonderful place, we were surprised to see the variety of animals and the excellent conditions in which they are kept. Much more than what I expected! This place is a must for anyone visiting Villavicencio!

Well run zoo

This charming zoo is populated by wild species turned in by the police who has captured from poachers. The exhibits are well kept although some animals arrive hurt or with missing parts. We enjoyed our 2 hour stay.

There is no organization or info to visitors

We had a lovely family time here. The park is big enough to spend a day in it, we enjoyed the sight of all animals and the walk around the lake. We rented a water bike for a ride around the lake and watch ducks and fishes following the water bike, dont forget to buy fish food before riding!. Lunch menu was not cheap but we asked for an "ejecutivo" Dish which was a little more affordable. If the parking lot is full, there are other parking lots around and the fee is for the full day.
