真的难吃，定价跟jialu餐厅一样，出品却没有别人10分之一，老板出来打拼30年了能不能研究一下如何做饭？ you call this is Chinese food? Go back to China again to learn how to cook. Do not cheat foreign people and Chinese people.

不推荐，不好吃且贵，装潢阴阳怪气，有损中华美食的形象。希望店家能改进。

可以说是又贵又难吃了。气氛阴森，小作坊，做饭不戴口罩，大家避坑、避坑！Just so so！

Giving them 5 stars cos this just got the spot. We had the streamed dumplings, the kung pao chicken, the lamb with onion and coriander and the chicken fried rice. The food was prepared by the gentleman who appeared to be one of the owners. It was very home style cooking. Hearty and wholesome! A nice change to have some Asian food! Dont expect the best Chinese food but definitely expect honest tasty cooking.

As a Chinese, the food meets my expectations, so does the spice level. You can request for extra spicy or less spicy. The portions are generous too,1 bowl of rice is good for 2 pplA bowl of soup noodles is literally a bowl, filled to 8/10 of the bowl.Language is not a problem, the chef can speak 3 languages or more, English, Chinese and another native language.Quite sanitary, the waitress wiped down the table after other people left using those spray soap and a cloth.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and my husband & I were craving Asian food. The price is reasonable and the portion of the dishes were good. The hostess/server was friendly and spoke English. The service was fast which was great since we were starving. The dishes were delicious.

Sehr leckeres Essen, etwas kleines Lokal aber dadurch gemütliche/intime Atmosphäre. Wir wurden leider ein bisschen gestresst beim Bestellen und Abräumen. Werden es jedoch sicher nochmal probieren.

Essen sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Roch bei unserem Besuch stark nach Fritieröl im Restaurant.

Es war sehr lecker, super nettes Personal und man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Immer wieder gerne:)

Not authentic, tiny portions. Portion size is equal to left over at other restaurants. The other one star reviews are absolutely correct. Im surprised this restaurant is still in business after all these years. It appears nothing has changed.Service is non existent, waitress is rude and refuse to speak in English. Table was not properly set and took a long time to get cutleries when asked. It took 20 minutes to get our food, yet after only been eating for 5 minutes, multiple folks tried to clear our table while we were still eating. Cheap decor and the atmosphere felt like a cheap motel restaurant.Pricing is $$$, expensive for what you get. For the same price, you can go to any of the lake front high end restaurants and actually enjoy your meal with proper service. Nothing is included in the already over inflated price, everything is extra, i.e rice, water, etc.The entire dinner experience for me felt like a tourist trap. Like you accidentally walked into a scam and have been tricked. So save yourself, run as far away from this place as possible.

Freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung. Nach schmackhafter, scharf-saurer Suppe wurde uns das Rindfleisch nach Szechuan Art serviert, das zart, gut gewürzt, und lecker angerichtet war. Gute Portionen. Danke.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I have eaten at a LOT, seriously, a lot of Asian restaurants in dozens of countries. I can tell you here they have created a one of a kind hot and sour soup and fried rice for example. I spoke with the chef and he actually experiments with flavors based on customer feedback and observation. The service was great and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. I am very happy we left the shopping area to dine here. Next time I have generic Asian food I will reminisce and surely ask my wife if she remembers how good it was at Bing Haus.

Sogar, wenn es mit dem Lieferdienst (ubergeliefert wird, ist das Essen hervorragend und schmeckt, wie im Restaurant. Eindeutig das beste chinesische Restaurant in Luzern PS: das mongolische Lamm ist exzellent.

Super tasty and delicious food! Very nice and friendly owner, I am looking forward to dining in house again and try more of the great home cooked food!I can highly recommend the wun tun and dim sum as well as the house specialty (mongolian lamb).

Im a student who living here. and I can say Dont go there. The lady owner is so rude, we standing and waiting for minutes to her bring a chair for us. she pushed us, three people, to sit small table probably for one person. She didnt bring us cutlery set for three as well. We ordered three menu but she forgot one and when we ask, her attitude was like we didnt order but she will accept one more order. the price is also too high than the dishes taste. Its much better to go restaurant apposite of it. If the opposite restaurant was not closed that day, I would not go there. And now I will never go that restaurant again.

It was a rainy day, with a family and small child, looking for something we would (couldall eat.I went in and looked at the menu. Being Gluten Free due to celiac disease I was worried what I could get. I spoke with the owner (it was slow and he had time to work with meand we decided the best he could do was fried rice with various vegetables. It wasnt on the menu--at least the way he made it (he added different vegetables to make it more hearty, more like a meal than a side dish)--but it was great. It took him minutes to make, cost only about 16 CHF, and I was out the door quickly. I ate it in the car. Which is to say my 5 year old ate most of it, two bites to every one of mine, surprisingly. I ended up going back in and getting two more to go. My wife ate the ham sandwich at the bar British bar next door (she said it was awful, just awfulbut we ate well. The next time we passed though Luzern we got a couple more to go.The owner was the best! And very thoughtful. I appreciate the time he spent with me making sure that I could eat it and wouldnt get sick (due to gluten).Authentic? I have no idea, I just love it.

Lovely foods & friendly

The food were tasty for me although not so authentic. The portion was as you can see in my photos. I spend CHF 50 for the set menus including a nice jasmine tea.The staff that I guess were the owners were really friendly and helpful.

Authentic, small, delicious Chinese food. The chicken with green curry was delicious and just the right amount of spicy. Our kids liked the sweet and sour chicken. Reasonably priced for Luzern.

BEST atmosphere in Luzern lunch. Really good black beans paste

There was nothing interesting about the food or service. The decor is quite interesting and it is in a very old building. The service was not anything of note. We were checked on on occasion, but not with a smile or any friendly interaction.The food was alright. It was nothing really exciting. We had ordered Sweet & Sour Soup, Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Noodles & An Egg Roll.We might be back.

Ein kleines, aber feines "Restaurant" (wobei es der deutschen Seele eher einem China-Imbiss gleichen könnte). Sehr nette Bedienung und zügige Zubereitung der Speisen. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis...für Schweiz! eventuell genügend (für mich persönlich eher nicht). Da die verköstigten Speisen sehr lecker und authentisch waren, ganz anders als die "chinesischen" Speisen die man sonst so in Deutschland findet (als chinesische Speisen getarnte vietnamesische Speisen), vergebe ich 4 Sterne.

Had very bad experience there. The dish is noticeably small and the taste is soso. Worst is they charge for water and ask for addition fee if pay by credit card.

Very good chinese dishes. Feels authentic. A bit small maybe, but the taste is much better than other asian restaurants. If you like chinese food, go there.
