Suites add sitting areas and/or whirlpool tubs. Some have sofabeds.Continental breakfast is complimentary. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and a gym, plus a low-key restaurant/bar and a courtyard.
Great hotel, staff are brilliant and couldnt ask for a better location.
Great stay and great staff. The room is very spacious and so clean. The location as well is so good. Its not fair to call this hotel a 4 star it worth the fifth without any doubt 👍Second visit: the hotel is so good with great location and great staff. The staff are so supportive from doormen, reception to concierge team. Highly Recommended.
This property is centrally located near shopping and dining in Mayfair, yet tucked away for maximum privacy and quiet. Hotel staff are professional and really put their guests first (thank you to Jessica in reception!). The rooms are modern and very stylish. No pool on site is a slight let down, however, not a deal breaker.
My first time in the hotel. Its very good location and rooms as well.
Best location! Beautiful square close to Berkley Square and Piccadilly. Walking distance to many places in the best neighborhood. Beautiful facade and lobby. Nicely renovated hotel with great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms and beds. The hotel is pretty big, so I can’t say it is very cozy but we had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Overall we’re happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again .
One of my most memorable stays in the city of London (for that anywhere in the world). Its an outstanding property located at the most premium part of the city. Just opposite the iconic Grosvenor Square, within minutes of Oxford Square (Selfridges), Hyde Park and Bond Street metro station. Mayfair itself is a stunning locality. The hotel has just been renovated, so it virtually a brand new product within a heritage structure. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully done up. I stayed at the Junior Suite, which was so spacious that it was difficult to believe that I was in central London. The staff of the hotel is really what make the whole experience memorable. Led by a wonderful General Manager - Vella. His energy is infectious. He is always in the public area of the hotel, tending to guests (man... does he ever sleep). The team at the front desk, concierge and the doorman make a welcoming experience. The team at the cafe and the lounge are always smiling and chirpy. Ms. Mariana at the cafe is outstanding. I must add... that the sourdough at the cafe is probably the best in the world. There is just another element at the hotel which is like their best kept secret - The Pine Bar. its a petit little bar tucked away in the corner but what a powerhouse. The setting, live music, the cocktails and the whole bar team led by the wonderful Mr.Nerijus, will make you feel like you are in your own living room. Ms.Imogene is probably the best bartender I have ever come across (and I have come across many). Overall this has been the most amazing experience... Luxury sometimes gets on your nerves... but this hotel will give you a different experience
Excellent hotel. Breakfast is pretty basic and turn down service not consistent for the level of the hotel
The location and service are top top notch. The Lobby is small always crowded. My main issue is the room even the one bedroom suit has more a feeling of Hilton then Connaught. But for the price one of the best hotel in London.
The Biltmore won me over. The Biltmore at Grosvenor Park is a lovely little quaint hotel that tries very hard to impress. Great front office from bellmen and reception to breakfast staff and evening cocktails in the lounge. 5STAR service! Pros! service, location, refined, new or top line refurbished. Cons- small rooms (very small room that overlooked the parkand oddly enough low temperature hot water. Very well worth the cost, location was excellent, and we walked into many parts of town as the hotel was central to many neighborhoods.4 stars and not 5 due to room size. I originally requested a deluxe room w/ a park view and was offered an upgrade by email a few days before. (the upgrade turned out to be a room that was a tiny bit larger but the view was of A/C vents on a roof below and no view at all! So I requested they put me back into my original room which they finally managed to do but the room was the smallest room Ive ever been in. The upgrade was not really an upgrade at all. (I did bring all this to their attention and we given a $40 daily discount off the price of the roomMaybe the other park view rooms are larger? but I would inquire before reserving.
Good hotel. Good staff. Food is ok. Safe place. The doors close at 12:00am and you should ring the bell. Area is good so you could reach other places walking or by taxi. It’s a bit expensive.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , which was renovated to the highest standardTook pictures of the bar only )
Don’t bother even remotely with this hotel. The rooms are nice and the location is great but the staff and the general running of the hotel is an absolute *hit-show. Rude, incompetent, bags lost, room never made up even by late afternoon. Nobody cares. It’s 4 star rooms with 1 star everything else. Basically in tune with what everyone else is saying. Here now and it’s just not a great experience at all sadly.
Great private dining / meeting room for corporate events. Short walk from tube stations.
Hotel is clean with a nice location, some staff are friendly but some are a bit rude/discriminating lets say ,Already raised a complain with one of the team but no feedback yet .The lobby all tables were empty but when we reached they tried to move us around tables just to accommodate other people who came after us without having any tables reserved. Friends/extra tips whatever the reason is thats not professional. I really hope the higher management fix this issue which will improve service levels way higher.(To put in mind I am a diamond member in HH and still git this kind of service and treatment which was wierd.
Further to my earlier review, we now have had communication from the hotel, we have been offered 1 free night & dinner, so that we might now experience the true Biltmore Mayfair hospitality, I will post a final review once this event has past.
In my opinion, its the best hotel in Londonvery clean, perfect service, the staff are very kind and helpful.
Took two rooms from 9 to 18 July we are 3 adults & 2 kids. We were placed in different floors the refrigerator is not working & not fixed although we reported this few times. Not much options on breakfast & when we wanted to extend our stay we were given 40% higher price although it was one additional night. As it was hot we had to tip the room service to get us more water for night as kids get thirsty. Great location friendly staff but a lot needs to be done to gain a repeated guest. I took two rooms at Intercontinental Park Lane for same price with much better standards.Thank you for replying. Guess what I was charged full price & I look for a full service… if you are not properly staffed operate at 60% & give me back the value I paid for. It’s the session were you surprised being very busy …👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
In the heart of Mayfair London the best location minutes to Hyde park, Oxford street and Berekley Square where all best restaurants. The hotel it self is a treat and wonderful experience best service and food also luxury spa and hotel deserve 7 stars easily. Highly recommend
This is a relatively new property and while the rooms are very nice the service in this hotel is absolutely pathetic.Despite checkin time being 3pm I didn’t get my keys till almost 5pm!!One has to wait hours for housekeeping, laundry and even room service. The WC in my suite was leaking and no one bothered to fix it and the standard excuse that we got from the hotel was that they are short staffed.Hotel location is superb, breakfast is nice but why stay in a place that’s so terrible in service.
Poor Management. You call 20 times they answer 1 call and they dont understand the requirement and divert the call to an irrelevant department. Poor response. Poor hospitality system. The entire team doesnt have communication while shift change.
My sister ordered an omelette and she clearly specified to the food runner that she preferred it to be halal. Even after strict orders, she was served an omelette with ham in it. It is strictly against our beliefs and not only this her health deteriorated as a result. There was utter unprofessionalism displayed
My wife went for breakfast and ordered omelette without ham and she was served with ham. We are Muslims and ham is haram for us. She confirmed with the waitress 3 times and she even checked with the chef. But after eating she realised it had ham. The hotel doesn’t have capable staff.
I am a Muslim they fed me ham omelette even after instructing them no ham , after my breakfast came I asked them again they confirmed it’s no ham and when I ate there was no ham in it , I can’t feel the same they have violated my religion , the GM was so rude and his attitude made me regret staying here , seemed like he dint care , it’s a big no no for Indians , hMuslims Arabs and hindus I am going to make sure everyone is aware what they did , they are totally responsible for this
Great hotel with good locatiol. Helpful & productive staff, room service was excellent. Definitely would visit again.
Perfect location, very comfortable, but terrible service. We were able to walk to dozens of great restaurants, bars, & shops all within 5-10 minutes from the hotel and our nights were quiet and restful. However, the Biltmore had terrible service. Phones were hardly answered, breakfast service was slow and my daughter was given a dirty-used napkin as we sat down to eat. Concierge was rude and not very helpful. It was a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Mayfair.
Beautiful hotel with very passionate people who work there , thank you for looking after us ! Special thanks to front desk Francis and breakfast team !
The attitude of the front desk staff was so bad that I used my points to book a room, but the hotel didnt accept me.Im a Hilton Premium Member and I showed my diplomatic passport,I dont know why British service personnel can have such an attitude towards diplomats. What would they think if I treated the English badly in my own country? I hope the hotel will give me a reasonable explanation. I believe Britain is a polite country.
My daughter went to sing there as she is part of the award winning St. Annes Gospel Choir, she said the place was luxurious and the ballroom was amazing. Their service was excellent and she loved the experience.
Very good facilities and amenities in the room, perfect location, but staff service could be more attentive and prompt
Excellent property and location horrible service. If you pay for 5 star hotel service you will not get it.First room they gave me is with a broken phone I couldn’t call the reception or room service. When I asked for a room change they said they are full and when I checked through booking there were available rooms.Next day I spoke to the receptionist and they gave me a smaller room saying they upgraded me!!Even when we got the phone they still don’t pick up..
Passionate and caring staff from check in to breakfast.Genuinely care about customer experience. However AC in the room was not working till check out, even after an hr work from maintenance crew.
Thank you so much, the Biltmore! I attended an afternoon tea experience, and it was so delightful and so grateful for the occasion. Our waiter Sanj was excellent, and we appreciated his efforts, knowledge and patience, especially when speaking to us about the different tea ranges. The food was also excellent, and please view the pictures to see more of this.I came from Green Park Underground station and had a walk through Mayfair as it was a nice day. Bond Street is a little closer also if wanting a shorter walk.He also met the restaurant manager Asif who was friendly and took his time to chat, which he enjoyed.Solid A*****LDT x
We had to wait 30 Minutes for some eggs and 40 Minutes for a coffee at breakfast - after assigning a table took another 15 Minutes. For a hotel with this price not acceptable.Everything else was fine.
The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so comfy. All of the staff are lovely. Gino the concierge was very helpful and the staff at breakfast, especially the restaurant manager Asif, were very nice. I would definitely recommend the fresh pastries.
We had afternoon tea - the food was incredible but the real highlight was the service. Impeccable. Friendly yet incredible attention to detail, you felt totally looked after, pampered - a real luxury oasis. My young daughter loved it, the staff take such care and attention of little visitors! They are such a credit to the hotel. Simply wonderful. Thank you, we will be back x
I stayed at the hotel for a few days, amazing experience! The people are helpful and careful. Hotel is beautiful, well located, rooms and restaurants with great services. I highly recommend.
Attentive and welcoming service. Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Breakfast was really good too. Location of reception a tad confusing.
Went here as a post-proposal afternoon tea and it was a great choice. Due to the restaurant manager being absent they did take a little bit long serving the first serving but they provided us with complimentary champagne twice as well as an offer to have another afternoon tea on the house. The food and tea was perfect - definitely better than most (if not allupscale afternoon teas I have tried before.
Sunday breakfast visit again. Absolutely amazing staff and service. Great selection of food and good quality ingredients and presentation. Will endeavour to visit for the Saturday brunch menu soon.
Other hotels could really learn a thing or 2 from the Biltmore. The staff really went above and beyond, especially the kind doorman who arranged to have my car charged while we went shopping and to the creative barman whose imagination with cocktails seemed to have no limits. The junior suite (room 135was perfect if you are a light sleeper or have issues with light/sound.We were very grateful for the special touches that were laid on for us as we were celebrating a special occasion.
It was good from location wise and rooms interior. However, the housekeeping was really bad if I didn’t call to ask them to clean they would never come and clean.Furthermore, whenever I am calling the receptionist to confirm something or to even have an inquiry they give me the worst experience. If I will be ever back to this hotel it will be when they work on their costumer services.
Stayed here for New Years Eve with my wife. Beautiful hotel located on grosvenor square, refurbished in the last 2-3 years and it shows. The lobby area, the bar, the restaurant and surrounding areas all furnished very tastefully and with privacy and comfort in mind. Definitely 5 star worthy.Check in was completed without any fuss or delay and the staff were all courteous and efficient. We were given a free upgrade being Hilton loyalty members which was very much appreciated. The room was truly beautiful and opulent. Everything in the room was tastefully done and exceptionally clean. The view could’ve been better but as we were staying one night only and didn’t plan staying in the room for long it wasn’t an issue for us but I’m sure had we asked for a room with a better view the staff would’ve happily accommodated us.Bathroom was lovely and clean with a Japanese style toilet and rainfall shower. There is a nespresso machine for the coffee lovers and they kindly left some fruit and festive shortbread biscuits which were appreciated.Hotel is located close to a number of London attractions with Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street, South Molton Street and Piccadilly nearby with plenty of designer shops and boutique bars and restaurants. Hamleys toy store is nearby too for the kids. Nearest tube station is Bond Street which is under 10 minutes walk away.Would definitely recommend this hotel foe those wanting to spend a few days to a week in west end area of London. We have stayed in a few of the Hilton properties in central London and this one rates very highly as it’s a lot more personal and the service is impeccable.
Whilst the hotel was nice, the afternoon tea was lovely and the bar staff wonderfully friendly. The delay in checking in and the complete lack of communication from the staff, to the point we were blatantly ignored and left to stand in the lobby looking and feeling awkward cast a lasting shadow over our stay.Nice hotel, good amenities and location. Terrible reception staff!
Having not stay at The Biltmore before (we usually stay at The Ham Yard in Soho for overnighting in the West End), we are very surprised at the overall quality of the hotel and will certainly be returning. Service was faultless and the on site Valet parking was a great help. Location is also perfect with short easy taxi rides to pretty much anywhere in the West End. Rooms are brand new and well appointed, a touch on the small side, but for only 1 night this isnt a problem. Arriving back from some shopping on Saturday to walk into an impromptu rendition of "The Nutcracker" by ballerinas in the hotels lobby was just amazing. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful high tea experience... definitely going back. Restaurant manager and his entire team make you feel extra special. Booked ourselves on a festive afternoon event, which had a Father Christmas visit, personalized gifts for kids, sugar plum fairy and ballet dances. Unlimited food, tea/ coffee and all the delicacies around it pampers you to the core. 🙂. If you are looking for just a pamper, special birthday or a simple treat please visit this place...as it has a lot to offer.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The vibe is great. I had stayed at another LXR property but I didn’t really like. However, the changed my mind about LXR properties at the Biltmore. I am a diamond member with Hilton and needless to say they made me feel truly like a diamond member. The staff was very friendly and helpful, showing the true London hospitality. It’s location is just great. Rooms are spacious and elegant. My new favourite hotel in London. The only downside to this hotel is that it doesn’t have a spa for massage and treatments.
This is a really beautiful hotel, understated and elegant with wonderful staff and a warm welcome. The location is superb and the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard.Front desk is lovely and in general all the staff are friendly and helpful.
This Hotel is one of a kind!Weve stayed in some of the highest end hotels in London, and the service and accommodations at the Biltmore are second to none. We highly recommend staying here! Its in a great location as well. We look forward to returning here again on our next trip to London. Wishing much luck and success to this beautiful and welcoming 5 Star Hotel and its friendly and gracious staff.
This is a beautiful hotel and well worth a visit for lunch, dinner or drinks. I had a coffee with my daughter and we were very well looked after and the coffee was delicious, probably one of the best coffees I have had. Looking at the lunch menu the prices were very reasonable and surprised me at how cheap it was in such luxurious surroundings. We will be returning for afternoon tea which we hear is again very reasonable and delicious.
I had a wonderful stay here from July 1st to 4th. The reception team were more than accommodating and allocated me a most beautiful suite which was perfect.Every staff member was polite and professional. The restaurant staff were also just great. One night I returned quite late and was waiting for the main door to be answered for quite a while and was a little scared outside but the reception staff apologized for this and all was well.Room service and dining was slightly delayed on a couple of occasions but we are in a pandemic and taking that into account The Biltmore met and even surpassed expectations.Breakfast was just perfect in every way. The dining area picturesque and the drinks were also lovelyAs a suggestion, nuts or other sundries should be made available (for purchase or complimentary with drinks. I asked one night and my friend who was visiting asked again another night but were available as when we asked we were advised no sorry. We would have drank much more should there have been savoury accompaniments to our eveningOverall You truly feel like a valued guest here. I would recommend it as the place to stay in London! Lovely hotel staff and location
