Biloela Caravan Park - in Biloela, Australia
Toilet dirty, fridge dirty, floor dirty....Bed was clean..wasnt game to have a shower.Worst cabin I have ever stayed in.
Very friendly managers. All basic amenities nice and clean. Enjoyed camping here
Shabby, no toilet paper or handsoap in the mens for over 2 days. Mentioned it to management she said "Oh I havent been there for a couple of days" Low rating also due to relatively high price compared to cleaner, better maintained caravan parks in Queensland.
Needs a lot of work done to the amenities to merit the price charged. The actual site was very good.
Friendly staff, a bit out town. Good price. Facilities ok.
We stayed 2 nights in a cabin during the Flourish Multicultural Festival. Managers Mary & Jack were friendly & helpful. The only reason I havent award 5-stars is the somewhat noisy a/c in the living area. The bedroom unit though is a split system & quiet. The cabin was clean & well equipped.BTW, the free festival event was excellent & well represented the wonderful community in Biloela.
A small park but good sites, friendly management and clean facilities - and close to town centre / shops and pubs. Great o/night stop.
Owner extremely rude to my husband
Awful place but what you expect from a town like this who give illegals a place to stay. Dirty town, dirty place, dirty people.Get back in ya boat go home
Well set out. Clean amenities.
Great place to stay right on the Highway but you cannot hear the traffic.
Stayed in a Cabin. Bed was very comfortable facilities all very good.Managers Jack and Mary are absolutely wonderful, so helpful.
Lovely quiet location.
Biloela Caravan Park is now under "NEW MANAGEMENT "They are Working Hard to improve the Caravan Park, so All Travellers and Workers who are Travelling Through Biloela please be Patient and Still come and Stay with us Or Even Boomerang Caravan Park . Thank you for your Patience. New Managers. ๐๐
Not impressed at all!!!! One made up bed short, couldnt or wouldnt supply any linen at all, even though there were two spare (Unmadebeds in our cabin. Could Not be less helpful, if he tried. This business wont catch me again.
Very run down. Seems no attempt is made at maintenance or cleaning. Generally everything was way below what one would expect. We stayed 1 night on an unpowered site. Facilities could use a fire hose clean or alternatively demolish & start again. Wish we had known other parks were available in this town.
Single room with ensuite. Clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Just a pity no hot water. But all I needed for a place to crash
Caravan park owners very rude and unwelcoming
We were just visiting our friends who were Staying there. They like it very quiet spot just on the edge of town. Good amenities clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.
Would never recommend this caravan park! Owner/manager rude to the enth degree!! Place filthy, unsafe (ladies bathroom only has sliding gauze door, pool gate permanently open). Dont go there!!
It was ok but cabins need updating. Untidy around the grounds
Not enough towels for number of guests. No cutlery in one unit. Manager difficult to deal with over phone.
Pretty great...overnight stay. Clean, tidy. Pool. Im gonna stay again. Nice spot.
Fairly quiet and clean. No issues.
Excellent spot, 1km from centre of town. Settlers pub 5 mins away and so is Queensland Heritage Park.
We enjoyed our overnight stay. Owners went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. Bed was comfortable and towels were so soft. Thanks.
Nice people nice place nice cabins and a good place to stay
Stayed in the budget cabin, as a budget option it is basic accommodation, reasonably clean, and suitable for an overnight stay when passing through. The park grounds lacks love & attention.
Much better than Boomerang Caravan park. It is slightly out of town but the park it quiet and not too far to go and get dinner. Park manager is pleasant helpful. Cabins are well appointed and actually have 2 rooms a small living room and a bedroom. Priced well for quality of cabin
Amenities are clean and fresh. Manager runs things very well and is friendly. Pool looked inviting. Good location. Great for nomads.
Very run down and not maintained. Ladies toilets had no screen doors with only 2 toilets and 2 showers operational. Very disappointed ๐
Friendly owner Terry. Stayed in a cabin this time..comfortable and clean.
We came to tent at this caravan park. Once i paid our unpowered fee we got sent to the far site of the park. When we used the kitchen the owner confronted us that we were not allowed to use the facilities since we only paid for unpowered. So I offered instantly to pay to be allowed to use the microwave. There is not even a stove to cook a proper meal on. The owner may want to explain his guest upon arrival what the different options and rates get you rather than attacking them in the kitchen. Very inhospitable.
Needs a huge cleanup some ugly permanent sites not a view I enjoyed. Ammenitys need a whole make over no smellies in ammenitys grotty showers
Great park, although the manager needs a happy pill.
Little dated but very comfortableEverything we needed in our basic cabinAll cleanBed good.surrounds surprisingly quiet
Fantastic park cabin and service would go nowhere else. Perfectly modern clean cabin. Surrounded by Green grass and plants very serene quiet environment which was important to me. Highly recommended.
Cabins are infested with ants and cockroaches, drinking water tastes like chlorine and the manager will hit you with fake charges when you leave.
5 stars. Enough said. Very nice place very nice people.
Always very good. Cabins are always presented well. Been stay here for over 5 years. ๐๐
Caravan Web site said $98 for Villa Plus $8 per extra person. 4 of us were charged $136 on arrival after booking over the phone. Not real happy about being charged and increase in their advertised price and that the undocumented annual increase is 12%
Clean tidy cabins, helpful friendly staff.
Manager is an animal hater.Couldnt be bothered to book us in hed rather watch TV.Facilities discussing.Go to any other park in town except this one.He charges to read power. Which according to the RTA its illegal to profit from power.Wouldnt give it half a star.
Clean, sadly late arrival there was no milk in the fridge for coffee, bed was terrible, cheap inner spring. Was expecting a little more for 86 a night single adult.
Well priced cabin.Clean n tidy. Will stay again on my next visit. The manager is very helpful.
Stayed for around 5 weeks! Very friendly staff and service. Nice walk from the town and lots of greenery. Plus free roaming peacocks! Super adorable
Old park, good for an overnighter, amenities old but clean, Park manager frendly & helpful at $30 per night reasonable value
Amazing time!!! Came for a night stayed for 3. Feeding the peacocks clean and tidy everywhere . Terry and Annie we great hosts who went above and beyond to make our trip a great one. Will defiantly return one of the best parks we have stayed in thanks heaps Emma and Wayne
Great, friendly service. Nice cheap accommodation on the outskirts of town (nice and quiet). Shower/toilet block could probably use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works well - awesome gushy showers!
Great Park. Never had a drama. Very sorry to hear that the park got flooded in the last cyclone.
