Just had to take time to say some kind words about Billy Jacks Panciteria and the staff- from back to front. You see, I’m a vegetarian, which, in the Philippines is like having three arms. I wanted so badly to try the local food but my body just can’t handle meat anymore. So I got brave and went here. Explaining “no meat” was about as challenging as I thought it would be, and after an almost comical all-staff meeting in the back, complete with both cooks peeking their heads out to see who in the world is ordering pancit with no beef, cracklings, balut, fish, fish sauce, oyster sauce or any of the other things that they probably think makes food worth eating, they delivered the all veggie dish I was hoping for. And it was amazing. And I thank them from my heart for helping me experience a little bit of their culture without laughing or pointing or making me feel any stranger than I already do here. I will be back.

The area is accessible which gives you ease going. With all the different choices of "Pansit Batil Patong" in Tuguegarao City, this one is a really something you wanna keep going to. The noodle is thinner than the usual noodle for "Pansit Batil Patong" and juicy if you are not into dry noodle.The quantity is lesser than the usual serving that other gives but it comes with a perfect taste, combination of toppings and all.The place is neat and conformable to eat with its dark theme and wall with semi vandalized wall.

It was my first time to eat Pancit Batil Patong so I was very anxious. The reviews were real, this place serves good pancit. I have yet to try other pancit places though before I can say that this is the best. I need a basis for comparison. I was traveling with family and we were all satisfied with the experience. Cozy ambiance, tasty food with friendly and courteous staff. Oh, and they have parking!

The pancit batil patung Ive gotten accustomed to is the traditional miki noodle dish topped with ground beef, an egg and beef broth. This panciteria breaks from that with a vegetarian variant and the protein-laden one before me, called the Dabadabest, crowned with carajay (crispy fried pork belly strips), Chinese chorizo, crushed chicharon (pork rind crackling), and chili oil apart from the usual beef-egg-broth-onion toppers. Kuman tam!

Medyo bitin yung P80 kasi ang boring ng mga rekado. Walang Quail Egg or yung mga laman niya parang kulang. So i suggest mag P100 nalang kayo. Pero bitin din yun kasi yung pancit same amount lang sa P80.

Dabadabest with sisig rediculously delicous. Your stay wouldnt be complete without dining here.

I was here for the Balut topping and I didnt get my Balut topping. I was really disappointed because this is the second time this month that they dont have balut. Im sure a lot of people come all the way here for that particular topping so they should monitor closely their supply. The pancit itself is okay. Its not bad but its not that good either. Their chorizo on the other hand has a slightly weird taste. The redeeming quality of Billys is the ambiance of the place which is definitely better than 90 percent of all the pansitan here in Tuguegarao.

If you are a rock music fan and you like to eat pancit this place is good.
