My friend didn’t like the food he ordered, and barely ate some of it, but not because they didn’t make it right, it just didn’t fit to his usual taste. The waiter asked what’s the problem, we told him, and a few minutes later came the restaurant owner. He asked why didn’t we like the food, told him, and he asked if we would like anything else, and brought us a cheesecake, which was amazing. Neither the cheesecake and the main course was on the receipt, it was a very honorable gesture. 10/10 recommend.

Cheap, convenient and extremely generous and delicious portions. The service also great, very helpful and nice.

Burgers were undercooked (IMO)... "Bacon" was slab of nearly raw fat. Bacon cheddar French fries - - cheese was cold.Atmosphere was nice. Good location. Friendly staff and owner.

I’m 100% American, previously worked in the US at burger restaurants and have some pointers for this place to make it actually American.- Change up your onion rings. They were def prepackaged frozen and bought in bulk. If you make shoestring style or the super thick kind, battered and prep’d on site, it would be much much better. Also no American eats them with a wooden fork pick thing.- The cheese burger is a waste of space. Add a classic burger no cheese then the leave billy burger. Both should come with LTOK. Obviously.- The burger itself has no flavor, no char, no pizazz. It needs some salt and some cooked flavor from the grill.- Though they made the right choice in using fresh cut fries with skins still on, the oil wasn’t hot enough so they were both brown and soggy. Needed salt- can’t not salt fried stuff. Can’t not.- Unlike most Americans I ordered it med-well, it came med-rare. Surprising bc it’s not very easy to get meat undercooked in EU.Also how you gonna give free lollipops and not make them Blow Pops or Tootsie Roll Pops? It’s American food. Don’t you dare put a Chupa Chips in my face.2 stars bc service was speedy and friendly. The good reviews mean nothing bc these people haven’t had a real burger from a real US burger place.

Billy is a rockstar! Best burgers and salads Ive had anywhere in europe! After a long day on mondello beach I think it took me about 30 seconds to finish my bacon cheeseburger and you better believe I came back the next day for more!

Some of the best burgers Ive tasted in a while. Mushroom burger and bacon cheese burger are phenomenal and Billy is the best host! Will try to come back to Mondello for Billys Food!

Huge, tasty burgers. You can draw on your dining mat with crayons, it appears that the best ones are framed and put on the wall. Really cool idea! Having a big american burger was a nice break from the (deliciousSicilian food we have been eating all week, Billys Food made it feel like we werent committing a crime by doing so!

We were there today from Hungary. Amazing place with soo delicious and huge meals. We had luck and we could have a little talk with Billy and he is really kind and nice person. The waiters are very polite and kind as well. We were there 3 times in a week. Thank you so much everything! :)

Legitimately great American food. The burgers are amazing, and the owner is incredibly friendly and entertaining if youre able to catch him. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a break from the local fare, or just want a sampling of authentic, casual American food.

We chose this spot for our last supper in Sicily and its a welcome change WITH fresh italian produce!! Very tasty, good portions and decently priced. The vibe and setting is also very pleasant and pleasing on the eye! And... they give you crayons to draw on your placemats!!! 😍

Best hamburger in town

It is OK. Youve got to see the sea from your table, and the food is actually quite good. The problem is that the waiters and waitresses are, in my opinion, incompetent: I had to wait a hour and half only for a sandwich!

The place was pretty good with amazing American food. The burgers are large and it will fill you for sure. Recommending it!
