Great old cafe in the pijp. The lady owner is so hopeless that the gentlemans toilet is non functional. After some months she still hasnt fixed it. Its not so nice in the ladies anymore. Unbelievable.

For my experience seem quite expensive for a brown-bar.Almost 10€ for a pint of TAP BEER - Normal Texel beer.Im often in that area of the city and I paid exactly 9,60€ 3 weeks ago.

Very friendly bartender. Authentix atmosphere, nice folk games available for free. Be sure to come in the weekend for the fun bar nights

Gezellige bar met dito personeel, zelf muziek uitkiezen is top. Wel oppassen op de prijzen voor de drankjes, neigt een beetje naar overpricing.

De koffie en de appelgebak waren heerlijk en waren de 10 euro echt wel waard, maar om te plassen moest ik 0,50 cent betalen. Echt belachelijk!

Lovely place with a nice bartender and a lot of games to play. We loved it!

During our dining time there the waitress was always very rude and impatient. We were served what we didnt order then when we ask for a change we have to wait 20min+

My partner asked for a glass of wine and after some minutes she realized she got wine + 5 flies in it and when we informed the waitress about it she didnt even apologise, give money back or offer another glass with wine. Her response was that the 5 flies flew into the glass after she served it, of course. Very sad.

As cozy as a place can get, if cheap beer, good music, billiards and staff that looks like lives there, is your thing. Personally, I loved it!

Love the randomness and vibe of this place, including the cat which loves to join in with a drink at the bar. Stumbled in for “one” drink, ended up in there all night and enjoy a visit whenever in the area now.

Interesting bar with game boards. If you wanna play game nice place to go. Otherwise you can find a bit noisy with board games

Beware the unpredictable cat, it is prone to attacking paying customers.

Quirky and hipster bar. Popular bar amongst the older generation with live music on Saturdays. They have nice board games as well. Don’t go there if you expect fancy ambiance. It is a quirky little place for a nice relaxed environment and lovely people around

Very nice cafe

Play the game pisa. You put loads of little fellas on a wobbly board and the person to knock it over loses. Its a bit like jenga but for cool people. Also they have giant jenga. I saw Dutch guys get 43 levels. It helps that Dutch people are enormously tall. Likes its weird. Im 61" and Im normal height. Anyway, go there, its good craic.

In deze bar is van alles mogelijk ! 117 jaar oud! Gezellig personeel. Lekker jezelf zijn. Er is enorm veel te doen . Van live muziek tot sjoelen. Lekker Amsterdams maar ook heerlijke rock /blues .Met mooi weer live muziek op het heerlijke terras.Feesten en partijen zijn ook mogelijk .De recensie "nooit open" is echt onzin!
