Bill's Woking Restaurant in Yendi

Pretty good vegan options, but theres not much choice. Service was too fast at the start, too slow at the end, but the waitresses were very friendly. Very cosy atmosphere. The quality of food was actually really good, its just the service that let them down really. Would recommend for a small group prepared to wait a while for food.

Wow what a fabulous place to go for breakfast/brunch.Food was amazing especially the buttermilk pancakes with fruit and syrup.The staff were amazing and so friendly and attentive.If you fancy a cool environment with yummy food this is the place to go.Enjoy

What a fabulous restaurant. We had a lovely evening meal a couple of weeks ago. The food was delicious and we were very well looked after by our waitress Georgia who couldnt have been more helpful and attentive..Thanks ...will definitely come back.

Exceptionally long wait for the food, staff took one of our meals off the bill. Not an enjoyable experience. Will be a while before we return, shame as like the place to eat.

Last nite I went to Bills for sainsburys xmas party. Sadly it went horribly wrong when we arrived we were all seated when we were told the soup we had ordered was off, but there was an alternative, so we had that.1st my after dinner drink was served before my starter2cnd the soup was almost cold. Thinking it can only get better I waited for the main course3rd everyone else had got their main course and were happily tucking in, meanwhile mine had not turned up.we asked about it, and they asked what it was . They said they would go and get it . After 20 or so minutes it still hadnt turned up, and the rest of the party had finished, I had had enough and went to leave. On the way out I went to the kitchen hatch and 2 members of staff were standing chatting I told them what thought and left. What makes it worse was I had earlier left a family party, and had been praising them. This will take a huge effort to make me go again. not even an apology . And worse still the wife had organised the evening very disappointing

Staff lovely & helpful with deals though. 2 for 1 if you order same cocktail. (Just for reference- If you want same cocktail but 1 alcoholic & 1 non, you can do that but you get charged for alcoholic one.Recommend it -weve been there twice for as a place to meet group of friends..

Booked a table for me, my parents and my fiancée for breakfast. Easily booked on the website and sat immediately on arrival. Pleasant staff and nice, clean restaurant. Orders were taken pretty quickly and drinks arrived shortly after. The food came and looked great although the pancakes came out with bacon rather than the fruit as ordered. It was quickly resolved though and we ate our meals. I had the eggs Benedict which were very nice and th fruit pancakes, traditional breakfast and bacon roll ordered by others were also enjoyed by their respective consumers. Price was decent although didnt appreciate the 10% optional service charge added to the bill automatically; I would much rather add a tip on my own terms if I believe it is deserved. Overall though, very much enjoyed our meals! Thanks :-)

Lovely staff. There was a big group of us so had pre-ordered food but they were very accommodating to some last minute group size and food changes. Food and atmosphere was great. Sam was great help with the splitting of the bill at the end.

The ladies Heidi and Yuvela (sorry for any wrong spellingwere excellent when I was in the last few times. Ive also got nice experience with the bartender Gus as well! I popped by again recently and appreciated the humble nature of Immy (sorry for any spelling mistakes- she was lovely and I was glad to hear that she recently got promoted! =)

Had a lovely meal with my family. Was served by Eva. She was so pleasant and welcoming, really gave us a nice afternoon lunch experience. Eva made sure at all times we was happy. Great asset to the restaurant. We will be back! Most importantly, thank you Eva! Food was lovely as well. Nice restaurant.

Lovely place to pop in for a nice lunch or a dinner.The staff were friendly, happy to accommodate our special requests.Big plus: they have two types of non-alcoholic beers available. Also, I have heard that their smoothies are smashing.

Always make us feel welcome and provide great customer service. Let us have a table at the back, so we could be loud and not affect other diners. Food great.

Really good food and its always busy with seating upstaires and downstaires. Great if you are after a quick bite to eat pre theatre but do tell them as service can be a tad slow otherwise as they are so busy!

Polite and very friendly serving staff. Great atmosphere and delicious well cooked food and a great variety to choose from, for meat eaters, veggies and vegans. Had a lovely evening with 2 friends.

Really clean and cozy place. Staff act and look quite professionally and dishes are delicious. Usually, one doesnt need to book for a weekday lunch.

Really love Bills Woking. The staff are always really amazing and great with our daughter. The food is always perfect and we love the choice at breakfast and lunch. Brilliant option for a lovely breakfast and good location in town.

Had a burger with fries and a cinnamon donut for desert. Service was a bit slow. The female staff where very friendly, and male staff was much less. Burger was ok, nothing special, did not like the fries. The cinnamon donut lacked flavour. Food is ok, nothing exceptional. Decor is nice.

Really good, lovely food, very friendly. Also, very busy Saturday evening so slightly longer waiting times, although we were made us aware before we sat down. Definitely one of my favourites in Woking

Served my food cold so I had to send it back. This meant I did not receive my food until my friend had already eaten her meal! Still had the cheek to include service charge on menu and full price for the meal!! Guildford Bills is much better

Booked a table for 25 at 4.30pm on a Fri (Inc. 1 highchairand pre-booked all meals. Some were running late but they were happy to bring the childrens starters out first and then the rest when everyone had arrived. All food was as expected and all enjoyed. The macaroni cheese was of particular note. The set menu was good value and I really enjoyed my chocolate fondant dessert.The coped well with the kids being boisterous & used our names (which I had providedto distribute meals which made everything quite slick. A good time was had by all.

Food was very nice and they have a good choice of food and drinks, would give them a 4. The extra star is for the staff who are welcoming, efficient and knowledgable about their menu. Never been at bills before but i may become a regular now!

Cool atmosphere! The food is tasty. Unfortunately my chicken was very pink when I cut into it (twice), but the staff was very helpful and they changed my plate and then didnt charge us for it. Really like their homemade lemonade, specially for these hot summer days!

Never do this. But been to Woking Bills several times now in past 3 mths. Weekdays. Always great staff and very good value, good quality food. Recommend in particular seabass, fish pie and mushroom on toast.! And wine. And pud. And coffee!

Great sharing boards, deserts pretty good (and generous portionsbut ropey sirloin steak. Service hit and miss, didnt come back to take top up drinks orders when there were empties on table. Wasnt a busy time.

Bills has a really nice atmosphere. The staff provide great service and they have a good, varied food and drinks menu. I think its a bit more pricey than some other Woking restaurants but the quality of the food makes it worth paying more for.

Contemporary European Restaurant Chain serving a meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is standard, not exciting and service patchy. Modern design. Had breakfast there this morning. Well present plate but it was not special compared with the neighbouring restaurants in Woking.

Good food, lovely staff and all in all I nice meal. I would definitely come here again. Even the little one was well catered for.

We love bills. Every time we go (Which is mainly for breakfast i must addwe enjoy our food. This was no exception to the rule. I had the pancakes which a side of bacon. They pancakes were light and fluffy and the fruit was fresh and tasteful. The best bit for me is the crispy bacon this is amazing! The other half had eggs Benedict which she said was great.

From the twinkly warm white welcoming lights and shabby chandeliers, leather and wood decor, quality tasty food and friendly staff I would recommend this place to eat out. Firstly WE were 20 minutes late for our Bills booking dragging two tired kids along in our party. We had special dietary requirements and needed to be served quickly to make our theatre show on time after dinner. Nothing was too much for this quality restaurant team. Food was lovely. Steak was melt in the mouth, kids took doggy bags of food which went down really well in the theatre even giving us a totally faux smug parent moment when other parents at the pantomime commented on how well we prepared the food for our kids in the interval. 😬Ha ha. Thanks Bills...😉

I was delighted to see 3 vegan options on the menu. Not so delighted to be served a large slice of fried cauliflower with some grains. Very unimaginative! Apart from that the staff are lovely and friendly.

I like Bills. I like the inside, the people serving there are very nice. I had a meringue there that had rosemary cooked into the meringue. That was very good.

I want to like this restaurant. I really do. Weve been there several times but each time the same dishes vary in quality, and theyre really not anything special. Run of the mill fayre which we can all cook at home. Waiting time for drinks is farcical

The first thing to hit me about Bills is the smart rustic decor. It cries out "sit down, relax and get some food down ya!" I ordered a coffee, which was served in an ornate espresso glass.The staff are well organised, chatty and very helpful. Bills is tailored less to the casual coffee drinker and more to the breakfast consumer, given the level of service.

It was a change from our usual haunts, the service had us seated quickly. I had the 3 stack buttermilk pancakes with banana , strawberries and blueberries which were fantastic. We can highly recommend the Bills breakfast and Bills vegetarian breakfast.

Lucky to get 1 star. Long Wait & Poor Attention. Arrived with 3 children around 7pm, no thought given to the waiting time by the staff. Over an hour before our mains arrived, the "Something for the Table" would have fed a dolls table, what tight wads!When the food arrived one resembled sick in a bowl with a wrap (apparently a flatbread!).Kids steak not great and sweet potato fries luke warm.Bills sucks, unless youre drunk or being trendy.Second visit, same experience.....I bet Bill would be astonished.Oh and Woking staff, if you were busy....how come the upper floor was closed? Busy, my arse.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic tea and English breakfast. I recommend this to anyone. Shame they do not do this all day. It ends at 12pm

Decent place for breakfast - service was very quick considering we were one of the first people in there, though it was about 5 past 8 when they let us in. Definitely recommend for the cooked breakfast.

Five of us had a very pleasant lunch here today. Although the restaurant was very busy, the waitress gave us the table of our choice in the upstairs part of the restaurant overlooking the square.. The staff were very friendly courteous and helpful. The food arrived in reasonable time considering how busy the restaurant was. Unfortunately one of our guests meal had not arrived on time and the waiter apologised profusely. A few minutes later the meal arrived, the waiter again apologised and said there will be no charge for the meal that arrived late. When the bill arrived the manageress said again there will be no charge for the meal which came late or for the lager, they also removed the service charge from our bill.Altogether we left the restaurant feeling happy and pleased at the way a minor mistake had been professionally handled. . We will be definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

I took 5 people for lunch, the restaurant was not busy, the service was very average, the food looked good but was only warm when it arrived, considering the restaurant was quite we were surprised, when we mentioned this they seemed to ignore it?The worst thing of all is that they add a 10% service charge to the bill? I wasnt aware of this until after I left and went through the bill, I had left an additional tip on top of that but it was not pointed out to you by the restaurant staff, they just took the additional tip without saying a word, they should point this out.

My partner and I went for breakfast on a Saturday, late morning. The service was okay, if lacking in attention. However, when our food was presented to us it was stone cold. After looking around I realised that Bills was extremely short staffed and, both my partner and I noticed that the chef (as we were sat next to the kitchen and a 30th birthday party, yeah, a 30th birthday party in the morning?rang the bell indicating that food was ready for pick-up. This happened 5 more times over a half an hour period therefore its understandable that the food is cold but not acceptable.I will go back, as this could have been a one off, or at least a bad day for the poor staff...

A friend booked a table for a Sunday lunchtime meal. We normally have a more traditional Sunday lunch but he thought this would make a nice change.The service was very good with the waiter being very attentive. Unfortunately the food was not, it was very much average.The atmosphere was good and I could imagine a good night out could be had here. Shame about the food though

Great food, well priced and lovely setting. Staff very efficient and friendly. Love it! Try the breakfast pancakes and the lemon meringue cheesecake. Superb!
