Contemporary European chain dishing up separate breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner menus.
Great atmosphere, good menu choices cater for vegetarians, vegans as well as meat eaters. Staff extremely helpful for anyone with food allergies and these meals are prepared separately to avoid any problems. Good prices and set menu also available. Also takes Blue Light Card which is an added bonus!
Great food, great staff, great atmosphere
Lovely food and atmosphere. Loved all the decor and it felt very cosy.
Every thing was perfect !We had a Sunday breakfast, place was full but we didnt waite for too long .Stuff were friendly, restaurant was very clean.Food was absolutely amazing but my husband didnt like his pancakes as they were tough , when she asked about feedback and I told her he didnt like the pancakes, she took it off from the bill immediately.
The food exceeded my expectations. The fondue in sourdough was lovely.
One of the best places Ive been too by far. Very nice atmosphere. Food was out of this world cooked to perfection. Staff couldnt do more for you very polite and very fast service. This is going to be one of our regular spots from now on.
Calamari white was good had a little spice, seafood linguine good taste reasonable portion, Goan curry with well cooked seabass was a nice treat again with a little spice. Immunity smoothie was good, coconut matche latte comes in a pretty glass cup. To round it off a lovely tasting lunch coupled with great service. Props to chef, management & front of house. Keep doing what youre doing.
Food excellent as was the service. I went to pay and only saw the 12.5% service charge as I was paying. Staff pointed out it was optional but nothing was mentioned upfront. Paid the charge but made the transaction awkward and the fact it wasnt mentioned means I wont be returning. I have little doubt it will be there in the small print but this practice is underhand.
Breakfast - Perfectly poached eggs, great atmosphere and service. I had the garden plate which had poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, mushrooms, fried halloumi, roasted peppers, beans, pea shoots. Great value and filling 😊
Friendly & welcoming staff, delicious 🤤 food. The matcha 🍵 latte with coconut milk was great 👍 Nathan
We booked a table online and I recieved confirmation to my phone straight away. The venue was cosy and modern, the staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. We ordered breakfast and it arrived at our table within a short period if time. The food was delicious and the coffee was on a par with Costa, which was a bonus!! I have no hesitation in recommending Bills for a tasty breakfast😁
My first visit to Bills and it wont be my last from the moment I stepped up to the door (Tuesday September 6th 17:55ishand received a warm welcome until the goodbye at the end the customer service was brilliant, warm and friendly! I commend both the front of house staff that I saw on my visit! The service was quick and efficient with my drinks brought out quickly! I opted for the super greens smoothie which was delicious, tea which was a good temperature and brewed to a decent strength. I was also offered complimentary water, I liked that touch. My food was also brought out in timely fashion! I ordered from the ‘set menu’ which I believe is available all day Monday to Thursday! The food itself was very tasty. I enjoyed my starter (chicken & sesame dumplingswhich were tasty on their own, but the dip made it perfect! After finishing my starter the main came! Santorini Salad it was the tastiest salad I have ever had, and the portion size was very generous. To sum up! The customer service and food quality made it easy to score my visit 5 stars.
Queue up to be seated, Only 3 couples in front and the restaurant more then half empty. Took more the 10 minutes for a staff member to bother to seat the first couple. Other 10 mins go by and all the staff seem to go into hiding. Despite the ever growing queue outside the restaurant. Ending up going else where.
Great service and tasty food, fit out cosy and clean. Nice place for a British breaky
I had the eggs Benedict which was nice , but very disappointed that they added a sneaky 12.5% service charge to my bill today, we were going to go again in a couple of weeks, but Ive decided well go elsewhere.
Party of 11 celebrating a birthday. Great atmosphere lovely staff great food all the meals were delivered together and were hot and well presented. Good value to boot.
Good service, good food, Bills is always a reliable option. 2 adults 2 children for breakfast came to £40, staff were attentive and quick.
Great food and atmosphere but unfortunately we were left with sour taste when we realized that were charged (without us being askedan optional service tax!!. We dont mind paying for service but the customers should be asked first and secondly why should it be a % of the cost of the food - does that mean that If I spend £30 on a meal and someone else spends more or less then quality of service provided would be adjusted accordingly. You have lost 2 stars for doing this as it spoilt our evening. Please change these practices!!
Stopped in for a drink & nibbles on a shopping trip recently. The food/drinks were lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive as always. Great place to eat.
Went in on Saturday afternoon and was served by the most lovely, accommodating waitress called andrea, she was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble, wish every restaurant had an andrea 🙂
Gorgeous food, lovely setting inside and out. Prices as expected. Lovely staff. Great for our friends catch-up x
Mouth watering delicious food and Friendly service. Highly Recommend!
Staff were amazing, food was excellent if not a tad expensive. The staff made this visit, nothing was a problem to them and exceptionally friendly. If you are at the Trafford Centre you have got to try Bills.
Amazing food , excellent service ,great atmosphere just perfect family day out . 100% recommend.
The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was delicious
Found this hidden gem when I went for Frankie and Bennys but now they only do breakfasts Friday till Monday which Im so glad of. My daughter watched pancakes on her birthday so types in pancakes Trafford center and it came up with bills checking the menu. It looked spot on, got there and was seated straight away. The stuff were absolutely incredible. So friendly and polite. Couldnt help anymore. The food I have had and seen has been top quality and I can say bills brunch is incredible! Would highly recommend this place
Try the full breakfast, Everytime I have come there it as been top notch.
Nice decor, pleasant service, food was ok. But £13 for a traditional breakfast and one cup of coffee felt slightly overpriced. Ive had more impressive breakfasts in better locations for less.
Service good, nice selection of food. The surroundings were cosy and it felt like a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the Trafford centre.
Really nice menu and very relaxed to say it is in the middle of the Trafford centre. Good for veggies
First time visit the service was very slow had to wait 20 minutes just to get a drink.Staff just walking around nobody came to us for our order had to attract a waitresses attention. When the food arrived it was not worth the wait over priced for the standard had better in road side cafes.Dessert was not an option judging by the mains. The table next to us got up and left due to staff not asking them for any order even drinks.Very poor would not waste your time save your money.
Amazing carrot doughnuts!!!🧡💚💛 very cool place with great design. I was feeling there just perfect!! For sure will come back!!
Been three times. Once for breakfast which was amazing. Once for dinner and I ordered the chicken skewers meal but I got a measly portion. The third was better with a chicken and mushroom dish which was good.Feel obliged to give a 12.5% service charge which they just add on, which I dont agree with. Also on the second occasion, I asked to replace the the glasses as they had lipstick stains on them, so I did refuse the service charge which the girl was surprised about.
Great service and excellent food. Nathan the manager was exceptionally helpful. We were late for breakfast but he was so accommodating. The chef rustled up breakfast. The service was great.I have eaten at other BillsWill definitely be going back to this one. Thanks Nathan
Lovely Eggs Benedict and a great size pot of tea.Staff were very polite.Service Charge added onto the bill automatically, which I like. If you dont look out for it.
Really good food and amazing staff! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything we ate was very tasty!
Great service, cant fault that. Menu is a little limited, and I wouldnt rave about the size of any meal. However, food was tasty, and value for money was average. We didnt like the first wine selected and they were very good about exchanging. 1 of the chicken dishes was under cooked, with pink chicken, but I dont feel that was normal and they were very apologetic took off bill offered to cook something else and gave free dessert. Only other comment is that we were the last table on a Sunday, and felt pressured to leave. Not a bad place to eat, and would go again if others were busy, but cant claim it would be first choice.
The food was good although the service was a little slow. However this is to be expected from a busy shopping centre restaurant and overall Bills is definitely one of the best restaurants the Trafford Centre has to offer.
First time here, food was great, staff were very attentive and friendly
For me, Bills is THE place to eat in the Trafford Centre. Whether its brunch or an evening meal, youre always spoiled for choice: the menu is end-to-end with delicious combinations which never disappoint when they arrive. The decor manages to be quirky, casual and cosy all at once, the staff are always nice, and for the high-quality food and drink that Bills offer... its never too much of a blow to the wallet. This is as good as chain restaurants get.
Fantastic breakfast :DAbsolutely love the breakfast here.Good bits:- home made hollandaise sauce (on request)- Not greasy- nice atmosphere- friendly staff- parking free & plentifulBad bits:- not cheap- only had the breakfast so can’t comment on much else
I had a buttermilk chicken burger and there wasnt much to it. Pretty boring, the batter on the chicken was soggy and the fries were normal fries. They say "rosemary salted" but this is literally just a few bits of rosemary thrown on the top it does nothing to the flavour. The coleslaw wasnt very nice either and the meal was over priced at £13. And a 330ml bottle of coke is nearly 3 quid. Hardly any choice of soft drinks or kids meal with only 4 to choose from. Seems like theyre trying too hard and missing the mark. My mum, who isnt picky at all and will eat nearly everything, said that every item on the menu had something in that ruined it. She struggled to find anything that she wanted on their menu. To top it all off they have the audacity to add a 10% service charge on to your bill, which many wont even notice! We asked them to remove it but Im sure lots of people wouldnt dare. I think this is very bad practice! And thats what took my review from 3 stars to 2 stars.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good however a little disappointed with the size of certain portions in regards to the price.
Good service and a decent dinner menu with an interesting variety of dishes.
Food was great and the staff where really friendlyThey found out it was my birthday and gavee a free desert and sang me happy birthday which was really nice of themThey offer chefs specials on the menu that change each day, I had the lamb which was the special that day, it was melt in your mouth good.Food was of a really good quality and the restaurant is a nice place to sit inWe had a seat that looked out into the "New Orleans" street and a candle on the table, it was a really nice eveningThe dessert was amazing would definitely recommend, I think it was the salted caramel and biscuit, it comes with a small bucket of hot melted salted caramel and a chocolate cover to pour it on
Very friendly staff and good was great. Will come again for Brunch.
Lovely food and very friendly staff here. First time eating at this outlet of Bills and I will be returning. We dined late afternoon so the place was quiet but we will looked after and served quickly. Chicken skewers very succulent and tasty. Well worth a visit
My kids and I love Bills. They go out of their way to make the food how you like it, but it could barely be better anyway. Lovely staff, great choice of seating and amazing ambience. A treat to visit.
Weve visited Bills a few times for brunch. Always a delight to eat here, with some great food and drinks available.I seem to always go for the pancakes which are always very filling!Having the app is very handy, as you can pay your bill with it. Just let the waiter/waitress know your code, and the bill is sent to the app.
I had an enjoyable meal here, very friendly and polite staff, good service. There were a couple of things not available on the menu (though I was dining later in the afternoon). Restaurant had a set menu and a la carte. The place has a relaxed vibe, not overly crowded but enough to give an atmosphere. Food was hot and tasty with good sized portions. Would definitely eat there again, lost a star or menu items not being available.
