Contemporary European chain dishing up separate breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner menus.
Absolutely Fantastic Brunch and Amazing service, every member of staff we spoke to was Very Polite and extremely Helpfull,Coudnt fault them at all !!
Only one vegan breakfast main, apart from the porridge which is vegan and so tasty, and that is the Plant Plate. It was really nice. My mouth was having a party.
A group of 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was served quickly and was lovely, will definitely visit again
Went in today on a Sunday, burger was over cooked and no taste at all, chips were really greasy seemed like its been deep fried twice, service wasnt great, macaroni cheese was just about edible, usually have a great meal here, standards just arent as good on a Sunday, staff seemed like they didnt want to be there
The food is good but it felt crammed and rushed and that we were a slight inconvenience to the staff cos they were busy.
I like the menu at bills a d very accommodating for allergies with a good selection for vegan, gluten free and dairy free. The service can be slow when its busier and quite noisy at peak times so just plan ahead if goingStaff have always been friendly.
Not my best experience at a Bills. I think the menu could cater for a greater variety, especially at the weekend. Not sure about the logic behind the choices on the Brunch menu and the Breakfast menu. For example pancakes with bacon available for brunch but pancakes with fruit isnt.
Bills decor and lighting makes you feel cosy and warm. The menu is varied - good vegetarian options.Staff very friendly.I had a bloody Mary - it was spot on !! I usually have to amend or ask for no tobasco.Food came out at a reasonable time, hot and delicious.
First time of going there with my son and two granddaughters, both adults. It was magnificent will definitely go again.
Friendly staff, nice food and dog friendly! Only disappointment was their fantastic fish pie was not on the menu this time. Bring it back!
Always very friendly service and outgoing staff.Great place for a meal or a coffee
Chicken dumplings were good with the BBQ sauce, and the non pasta veggie lasagna was....interesting
Great place, friendly and professional staff. The food was lovely. If I were to have any quibbles it would be the portion sizes. The beans, mushrooms and potatoes were barely a spoonful portion each and when queried they said that was the right size. For almost £13 I personally think thats a bit stingey.Overall though, Bills is a lovely place to go to and I highly recommend it the food quality is very good and service was excellent. You may want to book ahead as it can get pretty busy, but definitely worth it.
It was a sunday and we came to Bills without a reservation. We were given a table and the food came in fairly quickly. The kids loved it, we loved it. The staff were great, although very, very busy. There was a point where my partner spilled a drink all over the table and it was difficult to get a staff members attention to help us clear it (we ended up doing it ourselves); thats the only reason Id give the place 4 stars. Otherwise, a great choice if youre in Reigate, with kids, and you want a decent meal without the agro of booking in advance.
Its a"designer" burger type family restaurant, but one of the nicer ones. Pleasant but dont expect novelty or haute cuisine. Prices not bad for London. My family spent a pleasant afternoon over a long lunch.
Disappointing restaurant for brunch. Limited brunch menu, food served cold, no bursts of flavour, did not seem as fresh as it used to be. Smashed avo & burgers were a real let down. Entry into the restaurant and the girl could not find my reservation at first. Was not impressed. Pretty interior but that was it. Would not recommend this location as had better service and food previously at other places.
The service here is always friendly and the food is reliable. Would keep going back when you need a bit to eat. The drawback is the noise... Its really full of echoes.
Great food, great atmosphere but above all - fantastic staff. Very rarely get excited about service and have pretty high standards, but they were exceptional.
The best experience weve had a Bills Reigate. Excellent service, the food is the best its been with a vibrant menu.We brought our two dogs and was great to see other dogs on the outside terrace.100% we will be back soon, maybe for my birthday at the end of the month.
Have eaten here many times. Had a nice speciality burger recently and a ginger beer . Very tasty.
Best place for a meal with family, friends or by yourself.
A bit conflicted about Bills. Great ambience, lovely decor, really good service (though did feel a tad rushed during my most recent breakfast visit). The disappointment for me both times Ive visited has been the food. Its not terrible, its just OK (its presented well though). On both visits it came out of the kitchen way too quick, which leads one to conclude that theres a lot of assembling and reheating going on, but very little actual cooking. And you can taste it.Maybe there are reasons for this - times are tough in the hospitality industry, theres a worker shortage, prices (of everythingare going up...So to end on a positive note, if youre not in the mood to cook, and are after a reasonably priced restaurant meal out in Reigate, Bills is an option. Just dont expect to be Wowed by the food.
Popped into Reigate looked at the reviews for Bills and was not disappointed. The Quality of the food was top notch, wife and I chose from the set menu, the staff were very welcoming the food came quick we highly recommend the salted caramel and choc tart absolutely beautiful A+++++ will definitely call in again.
Great cosy space outside at the back, great food and lovely staff. No vegan dessert option in kids menu, staff suggested to order the adults vegan dessert to share instead, which was delicious!
We went Im a group of 5 and despite how busy it was (it was fathers day), we felt very well cared for throughout. Each member of the party ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their food.
I must say I was pleasantly surprisedThe sandwich prepared was worthyOf a mention in Michelin guide. The service of a attractive waitress with a winning smile and a sense of humour made the visit a pleasure.
Nice atmosphere, food, and staff. There’s a nice area to sit outside behind the main seating area.
Good value food, very large portions and friendly staff.
A fabulous menu and a beautiful place full of amazing decor. Lovely staff. My only comment would be dont order from their Jubilee menu as it has the same dishes as the normal menu - but for a vastly inflated price.
I’d definitely come back for the nice atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful outside seating area. However, the menu seems cut down and didn’t offer much I would have wanted to order. The food was okay though.
Bill’s was so lovely to accommodate our bachelorette / stag and were so patient with our large group. The inside of the restaurant was so cute and they have outdoor seating as well! Thank you again to the kind staff 💕
Our waitress was friendly and very patient (we took a long time to decide on the foodshe deserves 4 stars. Im giving 3 stars as was a little disappointed with the menu choices but am sure its just the summer menu. Not as good as other Bills Ive been to recently.
My new favourite local! Staff are all so lovely and on it - makes such a difference. Food is excellent. Great for veggies and vegans 🌱
The have reduced their menu and got rid of the Salmon from their brunch which was sad. Service was a okay, it didnt feel as good as it used to but nice enough. Their smoothies now have ice in them which reduces the amount you re getting and waters them down. Overall they have made cuts since Covid and it shows.
I visited with a friend for dinner and we had the set menu. Everything was really good and worth the price for the set menu. The cocktails were nice as well. The service was great too!
We booked a table for family meet up. Food was very nice and the staff were attentive and helpful. The menu had reduced options compared to the website due to reduced staff issues when we went, but there was still plenty to choose from. Very enjoyable.
Lovely food accompanied by great, knowledgeable staff. Visited on Mother’s Day weekend, so only the Mother’s Day menu was available. Nevertheless, the host and waiting staff went to every length they could to make sure we had everything we needed. It was my first visit to Bill’s and safe to say won’t be my last. The food was delicious, plated perfectly and exactly to my liking.
Yummy breakfast in great surroundings. The place was busy, busy, busy - but the staff coped well and we were well looked after. Would recommend for Sunday brunch anytime!
We had a lovely Mother’s Day breakfast at bills with excellent service and amazing food. We had the pleasure of having George as our waiter who made sure all of our needs were met and was very smiley and officiant which made our experience the best it could of been.
An excellent meal. Stellar service, good food and presentation. Interesting menu dishes with attention given to detail. Also, a decent and mostly affordable wine list. Glasses provided for each differing drink (we had table and sparkling water, white and red wines). Shall go again.
Lovely place with a cosy atmosphere and a lovely buzz! The staff are wonderful, specifically want to mention our waiter George who was so attentive and polite! The food was lovely too of course! Will definitely visit again.
Went there for breakfast, three had the traditional breakfast, 1 the pancakes. The pancakes looked nice and apparently were also nice. The breakfast were quite honestly quite poor - quite small considering the price, the mushrooms tasted somewhat funny, the eggs dripping in fat and the additional avocado had seen better days. All that for the steep price of almost 60 quid, adding a couple of coffee each. Really not good value for money
Cosy restaurant with lovely staff who were very attentive. Great place for catching up with friends 😊 Sharing platter was good along with my dessert however, I was disappointed with my burger which I was looking most forward to (it was chewy, rough and lacked flavour).
An amazing experience at this restaurant! Fantastic management and staff who were attentive from the very moment we walked in. We were celebrating a birthday and the manager gifted the birthday person with a bottle of Wine! Lovely service, I have already recommended to many and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
My first time at this Bills having been to Horsham and Lewes. I would definitely return. Its a beautiful restaurant and the service was friendly and efficient. Food was high quality and has an interesting and fun menu which is actually a efreshing break from the norm. The choc and salted caramel tart was out of stock, but that will be my excuse to return soon! My friends were delighted with the special offer they had on Rum Cocktails.
Fabulous. Good social distancing measures, temperature taken at entrance. Staff friendly and efficient. Desserts are to die for!
Love the breakfast. Good choice. Always friendly staff and service. Like the style and atmosphere, like the industrial combo with shabby chic.
Beautiful breakfast. Lovely service and delicious coffee. Just what we felt after spending a week eating croissants and cold meats and cheese for 2 weeks in France. Some bloody good bacon and perfectly cooked eggs! Delicious smoothies too ❤❤
Great lunch at Bills in Reigate, Surrey (April 2019- Simple tasty food thats all freshly cooked to order which perhaps explains who it takes 25 minutes to process an order. Leaves you in a rush to est your food if you have a one-hour lunch break!Suggest they do a rapid menu for the working community?Staff in this branch are very friendly and do actually offer a level of service which sets them above others in the Bills chain.
Ive always enjoyed Bills as its ever so slightly up market with regards to the food without being overly lacking in size. Food is always presented well and the taste is fantastic. I would strongly recommend visiting for a coffee or even some breakfast. The price is moderate for the general selection of plates and the staff are extremely welcoming and cant help but their politeness. I took my two year old and he suddenly became picky and didnt want to eat his pancakes which was frustrating but the waiter we had was ever so polite and understanding and gave him something else without charging us for the neglected dish.We didnt ask nor suggest such a thing but he did it for us and thats the type of kind action that makes me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer and thats why I would always visit again. Not to mention the fantastic food and coffee!
