Contemporary European chain dishing up separate breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner menus.
I have no idea why it took me so long to eat at this restaurant but it was worth the wait. Fabulous place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. I had the stack of pancakes with fruits and a cheeky portion of sweet potato fries. Let me not forget the infamous pink lemonade delicious. Worth every penny
Nice decor, service was good too. They have good options on the menu. We had the garden plate and no complaints. Flat white was good and the golden latte was amazing. The food could have been served warmer though. It was a little bit lukewarm and got cold fast.
Good Taste and great service to one waiter
We found this place for brunch since it was near the bus station and had good reviews. The photos of the food looked good so we went. Inside was quite spacious. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. We ordered the eggs royale with a side salad instead of fries, smashed avocado, feta, and poached eggs, and the pan fried chicken with wild mushrooms. My friends and I enjoyed the poached eggs. The side salad was also really refreshing. Unfortunately, my other friend found her chicken to be really dry. She said the sauce was good, but the chicken was so dry, it still didnt redeem the dish.I would definitely recommend the poached eggs. Its near the train station and we were able to walk to Buckingham palace after (though it is a pretty far walk).
Good food - also glutenfree menu. Friendly service. A lot of options for vegetarians.
Eclectically decorated restaurant serving a spread of European dishes.I ordered the burger of the week, which was a vegan soy duck burger. It was heavily spiced and a little dry. The bun was good though. We also got the olives and spicy tortillas and dip. The dips were very good.
Always very good food and great service. The Vegan Wellington is absolutely amazing!
Fun atmosphere. Quick service. Yummy benedicts!
This is a lovely restaurant with great food! The service was grand. I definitely recommend for anyone in the area or who are traveling and trying to find a spot to dine. The atmosphere is very comforting.I ordered the pan seared chicken with mushroom sauce. So good!
The worst experience I’ve had at a Bills ever. Used to such high standards but the service was unprofessional and the food was disappointing. My halloumi was stone cold, the chicken burgers were tough and uneatable and one meal arrived 15 minutes before the others. As well as this the waiter swore in frustration in front of us when he forgot to put our order through. Very disappointing given how great Bills normally is.
Can I give this place 200 stars? This was our first restaurant visiting London, and it was the best. The host was very nice and our waitress (I think she was italianwent above and beyond. We stopped for lunch while our toddler was sleeping in her stroller. The waitress was speaking very low to not wake her up. She indicated me I could use a special bathroom on the main floor if my kid needed to go.This is a truly FAMILY restaurants. The star of all, the food. Oh may! Im dreaming with that beef I had. It was just perfect size and cooked. The sorbet I had for dessert was delicious too.Im recommending this place in my personal Blog, and to all my american friends and family.
Good food & drinks. Friendly staff, great location
Location was great, staff very friendly and food was good. They did not quite get my order correct as I am celiac, I ordered the 10oz steak but it came with fried onions containing wheat. They took it away and brought me a fresh plate and deducted the cost of my meal from the bill which was good of them. As they realised it was their mistake. Good job!
Went here for breakfast this morning. I met my sister and niece. It was very comfortable, easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was good and not pricey especially for Kensington. The food came quite quickly but not so that we felt rushed. In fact we were going to a prom concert starting at 11. We were able to take our time and were given a complementary pot of tea. We then took a nice walk through the park to the Royal Albert Hall. Thank you all at Bills for making my day in London perfect!!
Very warm, friendly & attentive service & good food. Steak & chips with. Glass of very nice merlot was the special which was nice. The apple crumble desert which was recommended was fantastic! Reasonable prices, ecliptic decor with nice atmosphere.
An excellent service and food tast very good (breakfastdo not miss the homemade granola
Its probably hard to get excited about British food, thats only if youve never been to Bills. We had the nicest weight staff and some of the best and unique takes on British food that weve ever had! Five stars would definitely eat again!
Omg!!! This place was AMAZINNNGGGG.The tea was great! The food was some of the best we had in london! What I would do just to go back and get a scone from here.We spent all afternoon hungry and trying to find scones, totally gave up and were heading to our hotel to nap amd search for dinner places....while we were starving. WE landed here! Thank goodness!!!The service was also very very friendly. Our young waiter even helped and put his arm out for a very old lady having trouble walking. This place was just so sweet. Exactly what you should expect from England
Food came out quick (warning sign). Fries were soggy, steak cold, eggs overcooked. Not fresh at all... Burger’s chicken was overcooked and buns soggy. Only the grilled pineapple was tasty... What a disappointment 🤧 At least we had a nice table... I guess 😕 I came here before but the food was better then.
We loved this little restaurant. Love the ambiance and the service was really good too. Attentive and quick. We came here twice for breakfast and it was really good. The coffee was tasty but too cold for my liking, no big, I could have asked to have it hotter. Overall I would recommend and would return.
Quirky restaurant. Great steaks, very helpful staff. Good value for money.Would definitely return.
I loved it! The atmosphere is just awesome! The way they decorated is very nice!! To be honest if you dont like small places youd rather not go there because its a bit narrow there but in fact thats what I liked most! Feels like Home and sort of a parlour style! The Food was delicious. They make very nice vegetarian Burgers and awesome prawn Sandwiches. Everyone finds something that matches for him. Very friendly and fast service personnel
Bills is a really nice restaurant. Great food and amazing service. Only issue is that they discontinued the best sticky toffee pudding!! Bring it back!!!
Very good experience: I was first a bit „turned of“ to find the restaurant at the entrance of the subway but once you are in, you forgot it right away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was extremely good and well presented and priced. Would recommend it definitely.
Me and my best friend love Bills restaurant. The service was great and we are really like the style of that place. Well done 👌👍
First and foremost this place is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is very bright and happy, so I was very excited to eat here. This restaurant is a chain, so you can find other locations all over London that are equally as pleasing to the eye. Although it was very busy for breakfast the service was great, very attentive and cheerful waiters. I had the pancakes with fresh fruit and it was very delicious. I loved the strawberries and blueberries they were both ripe and tasty. Went there with my partner and his family, they didnt seem impressed but they all got eggs with toast & bacon as well as coffee. I probably was the only one who loved it there but it was honestly because I loved the vibes and pancakes. We probably wont go back, but I think its a cute/fun place to meet up with friends.
What a surprise coming out of Kensington station and finding Bills. Just Superb food, service and an amazing eclectic interior 👌
Fast service. Good coffee... interesting menu.... seating can be off of youre up the back.
Love the ambiance here, blue 😍 and all the vintage eclecticism. Staff is pretty nice and friendly!
Tasty food, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely go back.
Really great staff and service, the food arrived quickly however it was luke warm at best. By the end of the meal it was all really cold. Was asked by a waitress how the food was, advised that it tasted good but should be warmer and she kind of looked like a rabbit in headlights, she didnt have a clue how to respond. Welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. Would come again.
We had an amazing brunch with our friends on the weekend. The food was delicious. I had to have a real English breakfast before leaving the country. My plate was filled with stuff. The ambiance inside the restaurant was really nice and the server was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
Love the atmosphere here, could have a nice easy date night. There were ten of us celebrating a birthday, therefore we where seated upstairs. I felt being upstairs slowed down the service as the waiter had to climb stairs. However the food was decent I had the steak and the rest order the Christmas burger everyone enjoyed.
Bills is quaint with a shabby chic appeal restaurant near the entrance of Kensington High Street Tube of London. Food is good especially the pork dumplings with sesame that goes well with its barbeque sauce. Their steak and fish dishes and mini sausages are a must try, too. Place is clean and cozy and have wide selection of cocktails as well. Sunny, will attend to you with a ready smile that will brighten up your night or day. Prices of food are reasonable. Restroom old looking but with modern well kept facilities and nice smelling, too. Service is fast and attendants are genuinely warm and friendly. Read the catchy notes on small boards and enjoy your meal alone or in warm company of friends and family. If you are new in London and dont know where to dine...try it here.
Very good food, a lot of vegetarian options that sound lovely. Waitstaff is very attentive and polite. Food arrived promptly, drinks were served fast too. 12.5% gratuity was added to the bill (even for 1 person diningwhich is great, no need to leave another tip. Handy for foreigners who are not sure of tipping customs in UK. Bathrooms were a bit small (the stallsbut very clean. I liked the decor, it was quite quirky, homy and casual. Excellent all together for this type of chain and prices.
Notre only the food but also the staff is amazing! You really feel at Home. Spécial thanks to Jade, incredibly attentive to all details to make sure you spend a good time!
Went here for a family breakfast, brilliant for all ages, clean and friendly. Vegetarian breakfast was lush.
nice place to eat with family, good price, good food, good service ...
The banana, strawberry and blueberry pancakes were amazing!! Lovely staff, quick service and amazing food. Will definitely be returning.
Stable breakfast place! Most of the food is good. Friendly service.Scones are not the best though.Kids / family friendly.
I love this place. The food is amazing and the staff are really helpful. The prices are also reasonable. The place has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
Great place for breakfast. Food was nice and friendly staff.
The staff is just lovely, everybody is so gentle and caring with customers it’s amazing! Also Good quality food and cheaper than your usual cafe ;)
Super cheerful staff to greet you right as you step into a warm and cozy atmosphere. Minimal waiting time and yummy food ♥️ had Eggs Royale and Bills Breakfast - so goooooood
We had a pushchair with us and being a relatively small restaurant I was unsure if I made a good move, however the staff were extremely accommodating and found us somewhere to sit. The food was pretty good, the lamb burger wasnt out of this world but the crab cakes Im told were good and not dry as a husk. Overall the price was average for what you expect in London but what stood out was the chap that seated us.
Very nice 👍A great restaurant that can sit outside and a healthy pillar is a good typical decor and I recommend it.
Average food at best, particularly for the price. Terrible service - not the staffs fault but just never enough people to serve tables.
Food was OK but APPALLING service during my visit. First the staff took no initiative to get me a table even when he saw that I have been standing there for a while but instead waited till we spoke to him. Then the managerial staff who took my order (looks like it as he wears something differentcant even remember three dishes as he repeated our order. We tried to order scones too and he just said order later if you want dessert. How impudent! The only thing he remembered though, was to ask me three times, No starters?.Also, I asked if they can ask the kitchen if they still make Pancake which isnt usually available after 1pm on weekends, he did not even bother and just said No! He couldve just walked away and pretended that he asked... the attitude of these slack off staff is as disturbing as the absurd exclusivity of the infamous pancakes!!
Such a cute restaurant and the music was great. The meals were incredible I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately although the service staff were all lovely, it took forever to get out meals and to be served when we wanted to get dessert.
The stuff is nice and the food is tasty. It was a bit to much, but this doesnt matter. The price was good, not to much and we are all very happy Here, tomorrow we would come again! ;)
