Bills came recommended and we were looking forward to a birthday meal for our grandson, food was delicious especially my dessert, I had the flower pot cheesecake, service was good.Wasnt happy for the service charge to be automatically put on the bill without asking if I wanted to pay a service charge, especially as we give a generous tip anyway and the staff member didnt tell us that theyd automatically included it. (He happily took itnote to self: always check the sub total.

The food was lovely and staff friendly but we booked our table for 7.30pm online and when our orders were taken we were told we had to choose all our food (ie desserts as wellas kitchen was closing at 8pm. Therefore our 3 courses were rushed through even though we asked if we could have a break before our desserts arrived. When we asked if we could have coffee we were told that was not possible. We were practically kicked out by 8.45pm. When we spoke to the manager she told us this was normal and it should say on website but actually you can book tables after 8pm on their site so not sure what she meant. So I would say it is worth visiting if you want to eat during the day.

Friendly service with good gluten free options. I would definitely visit again.

Went out for a meal with the family today and was served by the lovely Angela who made sure we were all happy with the service, I couldn’t be more happier to leave there with a full belly and everyone with me left there satisfied with the food and service, thank you bills for a lovely family meal.

Food was hot and tasty, but the service was cold and disinterested

It used to be my go to place but the new menu is so disappointing... truffle cheese was the best item. Tuna avocado and tomato tacos were tasteless. My pasta was overcooked and I could only taste tomato and sea bass was way overdone... So grilled that it became a crisp. We werent even impressed with the staff who were nowhere to be found when needed. I used to love this place but now I will not be in a hurry to come back any time soon.

Lovely relaxed surroundings with delicious food thrown in! Sugar free drinks selection poor though. I know its a chain, so come on bills buyers! Us sugar free people would love some non-caffeinated choices please?!

over priced burger joint. nearly £7 for a chocolate brownie like seriously? food is average but not as good as burgerking. some of the staff are nice but the rest aren’t. we had 5 different servers within 90 minutes which is ridiculous. will never return to any branch of this company

Food was excellent and staff were very efficient and friendly. Food came out really quickly even though they were very busy.

My daughter and I went to Bills for lunch today, I had not been before (my daughter hadbut I will certainly go again. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and really delicious food. I had the HALLOUMI SHAWARMA, it looked great and tasted even better. I can be very fussy and this dish just seemed to have everything I like to eat!

We had traditional English breakfast which was well cooked and not greasy, and Mediterranean which was very tasty and a great change from the traditional. The staff were helpful and friendly.

From the moment of arriving to leaving, the experience was top service.Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful throughout, we then had a waiter (possibly manager?Explain the strawberry cheesecake flower pot dessert to us and the best way to eat it.The food was incredible. Highly recommend the buttermilk chicken burger - the BEST chicken burger Ive had! Everything was piping hot. Calamari to start was beautiful and ended with the strawberry cheesecake flowerpot for my other half and banoffee split for myself, which is DIVINE.Thank you for the amazing service. Ill happily be back again!!

Easily worse dinner Ive had recently. Service was below average, waitress kept forgetting dishes and cutlery. One waiter didnt even know what dish he was serving (theres multiple chicken options so gets confusing). Worse bit was the charcoaled chicken, driest chicken Ive ever been served, EVER. Not edible, genuinely so bad I was surprised they even let it leave the kitchen. I get dry chicken, I really do, but this was next level dry.

We had a lovely meal, we did have a little problem but the staff were so brilliant and sorted it out quickly. I always think the best measure of a place is how they deal with a problem. We will definitely go back. Good food with great staff!

Extremely disappointed with the poor food and service yesterday. Wasn’t busy when we came in but the mains took a very long time to arrive also the service just wasn’t up to scratch at all, not sure if the guy was new but not what I expect from Bills.The chicken was so over cooked and dry and was disguised by putting the tomatoes on the top, we tried to get someone’s attention and ended up what g the burger.Yes the food was removed from the bill but no pudding or drink offered as they could see we had shared a main course.We’ll be sometime before I return 😡

Absolutely brilliant service on Mothers day and we were quite a demanding bunch requesting pancakes that were not on the menu for the day. Exceptional service and patience! Everyone was courteous and made us feel very special, we will be back l. A star service, thank you

Delicious food and great service. Table for four as a joint Mothers Day/Birthday Meal. We shared Calamari to start on the table. Then we ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Burger, Half Roast Chicken, and two Seabass. Then shared the Apple Sundae and Bills Flowerpot. Cant find any fault at all. Thank you Bills High Wycombe.

(Visited on a Monday so it was quietThe staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. I had the dirty vegan burger which is great, my friends had the Fish Pie and the Beef Burger which they also said was tasty. We are already planning our return visit to try the vegan wings.

A solid 4 and a half, maybe a 5 so I rounded up.The beer, perfectly crisp and fresh, pipes looked after and maintained to a high standard. A slightly rustic look for the place but thats certainly not a bad thing.Excellent service, a very nice gentleman tended to me frequently but not too much, felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire visit.Bangin!

A nice location and friendly staff. The food was generally good except for the chicken skewers main course which was underwhelming and dry. Drinks were also expensive and there is a service charge added to your bill. Overall it was a nice meal.

I was never a super fan of Bills, until I had dinner here last night, and can genuinely say I’ve never had a more friendly waiter. There was a mix up with the order, and they were absolutely fantastic. Even refused a tip! 10/10

Great atmosphere and okay service; waitress was very nice and friendly but she kept forgetting things like cutlery and parts of the food order. Be prepared to walk upstairs if there is no room downstairs. I personally preferred the view by the large windows from upstairs. However my sister has a bad hip and this was a problem for her. It should have been mentioned during the booking but the toilets were also upstairs anyway so...The main meals were also very tasty, there were 8 of our family and Im pretty sure every plate was empty at the end. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent vegan burger!The desserts were not so well received. Ice cream based stuff was good but apple crumble had lots of liquid under the nice crumble which spoiled the whole thing and no-one liked the brownie...unusual for my family. Still I would go back again for that yummy vegan burger and the view from the top...just steer clear of desserts.

Terrible food at our office Christmas lunch, truly awful. I hadnt been there before and I will NEVER go again. Soup was watery and flavourless, main was overcooked and generally terrible - both were barely edible. Admittedly, the chocolate brownie pud was brilliant but I guess that must have been bought in.Regret going there, which was a shame as wed waited 2 years for that team lunch!

Excellent lunch with friendly service, definitely worth a visit.

Good food, service a bit patchy. You can get your order quickly but then sit around with empty plates waiting for someone to collect and let you pay the bill. Food always really good though, love coming here for brunch when we’ve been out for a few drinks the night before !

I went to Bills for first time during the weekend & it was great 😊Had a lovely catch up with friends, delicious Goats cheese Beetroot Risotto & Brownie ice cream. Cosy relaxed setting that was ready for Christmas. They had lovely Gin mixed cocktails decorated with Rudolf face & glacé cherry 😋Only criticism was we had to wait quite a while for them to come take our payment when it wasnt extremely busy toward the end of the night but otherwise waiting staff were attentive & great food. Would go again 👍

If you have any food allergy, youre in incredibly safe hands here.Special shout out to Franco who is the most attentive, caring and considerate manager/waiter Ive ever come across. I have multiple food allergies and it was no issue to him to spend time talking through a customised menu to suit me.The food was delicious, ambience lovely and all staff incredible. Cant wait to come back :-)

Very new to me, found myself revisiting just after 3 days. On both occasions, the service and friendliness of the staff is unbelievable, inspiring would be the best way I could describe. The burgers are amazing and the eggs Benedict was the best I have ever had.

First time had breakfast today and wasnt disappointed. As always lovely staff and delicious food. Definitely recommending this place to everyone 👍

Staff were not paying attention to service due to some match happening , the second the manager left we waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get our bill. Completely ignored , the service was poorly, we asked for some extra tissues and they forgot to bring them, we had a prawn pie and the prawns were not cleaned , they still had the s*it duct in them. Completely put me up my food and the menu variety is poorly. Not fair to pay £100 for such bad service. We were regulars but we stopped going after these incidents. Really disappointing

The service was really good. All staff were really friendly. Food was delicious and came quickly. Would definitely come here regularly. I could easily take home a tub of their delicious salted caramel ice cream, it was one of the best ice creams i have had in a while. It was an all round great experience

Visited here with my Goddaughter for our usual catch up.Requested for the yolk of my poached eggs to be soft. I was told by the waiting staff that they do not take any requests for eggs. So I endered up being served something that resembled a hard boiled egg. I dont understand why customers cannot have their food cooked the way they wish.This used to be a great place to eat, not anymore

Really lovely Bills restaurant. It is very clean, welcoming and inviting. Lovely ambient music playing to make you feel relaxed. You aren’t rushed and you’re left to enjoy your meal. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Thank you team and especially Franco

So impressed today! Me, my husband, 7 year old daughter and 11 month old boy had dinner at 4pm today and it was brilliant. Couldnt have been made to feel more welcome. Food delicious, perfect background music, service excellent - really good. Thank you! Particular shout out to all the staff - every one made it special and went the extra mile.

Love this place for a Sunday Morning Breafast! Was introduced to come here and now Im doing the same. VERY POPULAR PLACE and would recommend booking here. Staff VERY Helpful and menus explained in detail by staff. IF you have never been here, please let the staff know! Busy location and the decor is relaxing with background music to suit all. Children are welcome and a VERY Family place to come and use ever as a meeting point. Disabled Access is very good with room for maneuver around tables too. Nice layout in all, unfortunately I can say what the Toilets are like as I never used them...price is a little on the expensive side, but you do get your moneys worth here....ENJOY PEOPLE 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Stopped for a quick breakfast. It was great! Contemporary or classic, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices - nice to have such choice. Staff was very friendly too!

Bit of a story here but hear me out. We tried this place out originally in January before a movie. We gave ourselves two hours and only got our garlic bread in that time. It was dreadful, not only slow (painfully sobut with no communication either as to the delays. Wasnt a good evening. But then the manager took my email and promised to contact me. Honestly I was so disappointed I felt like reviewing with one star. But I kept an open mind and when the manager did email it was to invite us back for a complimentary dinner. And it was wonderful. They really put so much effort in to allay my disappointment. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. They even went beyond my expectations and gave us a free meal for three and not the two whod originally gone. The manager was also there and came to greet us too, and even helped out the serving staff. As for the food, it was amazing, too much to mention but the halloumi sticks, mini sausages, Caesar salad and wild mushroom chicken was especially good! Managed to photograph those last two before they were gobbled up! Whats nice is that the guys went out of their way to repair the damaged impression we had got. And I was very very impressed! Im not going to hesitate to return as a paying customer. Well done Bills.

Sometimes I eat vegetarian and Bills did not disappoint! It was absolutely phenomenal. Ive had a few things on their menu now and each time Im impressed! Breakfast on Saturday was a long wait, but worth it!

Have been here multiple times. And each experience is simply as rewarding as the previous.I prefer their breakfast menu over their lunch menus. The avocado on toast is to die for! They do not skimp on the avocados and the poached egg is always perfectly done.Upon one visit, I asked the waiter if they served iced coffee. He said they did not but was happy to enquire if they could try make something for me. I was delighted when the waiter brought out my iced coffee it was a perfect brew!Always a great meal. Highly recommend.

Food is ok, service was very slow, and we were waiting for drinks for most of the meal. Dessert was magnificent. Have been a number of times and at times turned away as dont have a booking... even though tables were empty...
