A 3-course lunch cost £20 (service charge includedwith delicious food and attended service. There was no room for complaint.

Great place to have breakfast or lunch. Although it does get very busy and there isnt enough room between tables for highchairs. The tables are also too high for highchairs to be sat properly at tables. In general not very child friendly. However the food is brilliant and the staff is amazing.

I have visited Bills in Bracknell 5 times in total and the overall experience was horrific on 4 of the 5 visits.1Very poor customer service.2The food was undercooked on more than one occasion.3We waited close to 1 hour for the food to be cooked and served.

Great service and lovely staff working. They were all very attentive and hospitable. Especially Victoria, thank you for making our experience so nice and special.

Had a lovely evening in Bills last night with my Wife and 2 kids. Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. When I made my booking online I mentioned it was my daughters birthday, and towards the end of the evening Josh one of the waiters brought out a lovely little desert with a candle in it and sang Happy Birthday. Highly recommend this place. 👌

Were dining with my family including my two young Grandchildren.The food was good and personally loved the Brunch club sandwich with the best fries i have had in a longtime.The spaghetti veg meatballs was quite agreeable to the 17 month granddaughter, however only order it if you are happy for your kids to eat with their fingers! Personally pasta shapes might be a better option..The staff were welcoming and extremely patient.

Meal was nice though the restaurant was quiet for a Saturday night. I was happy with my meals although my friends thought they were large portions.

First lunch out without children in a few years and it was lovely, staff so friendly and atmosphere was perfect. Food was amazing and menu choice ample, price was very reasonable... We will definitely be back again soon, without the children.

The service is good, but, the food is a bit overrated, the quality of the food could be better.

Stopped for snacks and a drink during a shop. Staff were lovely, facilities were clean. Snacks were great.

Roof leaking water into our drinks and on our food, took 1 hour and half for our food to come out however when it did there was multiple mistakes. Waste of money and time.

We have always liked breakfast and lunch here, but dinner was really good - think they have improved the menu and it was really good

Wonderful ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. The place has a colonial coastal bar vibe going on. Loved the decor. Service was good and food was very tasty. Had a few flies hovering around, but that because one side of the restaurant was completely open to the outside because of the glorious weather, so it was understandable. We were sat at a 2 seater table near the bar. It felt a little tight, could have done with being a little wider, but I would highly recommend this place for lunch if in town.

Pretty disappointed, as this place has a spectacular menu and excellent location. We had to ask to have someone seat us. The host didnt seem too friendly or welcoming. He did state it was busy when I asked, so I understood. There were three occupied tables outside and we sat to the side in the shade. 20 mins passed, we were not acknowledged or asked for a drink order or anything. Server was bringing food and drinks to other tables in the meantime. Unfortunately, we couldnt wait any longer for a simple hello and drink order. Shame, too, because this menu presents with excellent choices. Maybe another time.

Went to bills today, Im not from round here and was struggling to find a nice place to eat, I wont lie I wasnt expecting it to be the best but qhen we got there jonny served us with a smile and was very friendly our server was called Sam and he made sure our food was correct and got everything to us on time, the environment was good and had a good vibe, it was quite so that was good calm music in the back ground, also wont forget about Gabrielle as he made me a amazing strawberry margarita, had a lovely time so thankyou to everyone who made it worth it!💗 also one more thing... really cheap considering we got 2 meals and 2 drinks one being a cocktail! So thanks again

Not eaten in a bills before today. But absolutely loved the Eggs Benedict. Staff have been amazing, very clean, tidy and love the decor. Well di w all keep up the good work

Burgers are amazing! Chops are fantastic. Service is great. Nothing more that you could want really. Highly recommended.

Shocking service! Ordered stack of pancakes came with a measly but of fruit and a small amount of syrup. We asked for a side plate, this took well over 5 mins to arrive, which is quite long for an empty plate. We asked for some extra syrup. This took just under 15 mins. What a joke. I decided to skip the drinks we had planned as no telling what time they would arrive. I refused to pay the service charge due to lack of service. I will not be going to any Bills restaurant from now on. Soo many better places and much better value for money and service.

One of my favourite places in Bracknell! The service, food and its presentation, cocktails, atmosphere are all of the highest quality. I absolutely loved everyone who worked day shift today! Thank you guys! brilliant attention to details, the most greeting, warm and welcoming people!

Great service, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our breakfast was delicious. Would 100% go back if in the area.Only comment to mention is the disabled toilet lock was broken and on the floor. So couldnt be used. Fortunately, I dont have mobility issues so could walk up stairs to the loos.Thank you

The best calamari I have ever eaten in my life! Crispy soft and tasty! Eggs Benedict were also amazing. And the service was wonderful. All but compliments from my side :we are definitely coming back!

Terrible service, no food was served to our children, 6 and 9, after 1.5 hours of waiting, starters came for the adults but nothing for the kids as they ordered from the children menu….and the Mains never arrived for the adults either! Kept being told it will be just a few minutes. Manager was absolutely rubbish… only when we asked in a desperate plea to give them a little something did he manage to get us some fries while we wait for food…. In the end had to walk out as the food still didn’t arrive and we were still being told it will be another few minutes 😡

All in all, wow! We hadn’t been to Bills Bracknell in around a year, as last time we had quite a negative experience but yesterday truly turned out opinion straight around. We enjoyed a lovely spontaneous meal yesterday evening at Bills in Bracknell. We were greeted by Stephanie (?). She was so lovely and let us choose wherever we wanted to sit, which was a nice change from when we previously visited a year ago and were thrown outside in the freezing cold! She was so bubbly and sweet and gave us plenty of time to settle in before she took our orders. The drinks were really lovely and the food was amazing, especially for the low cost we paid. We ordered the white calamari as a starter, which tasted beyond incredible. For mains I had the lobster & seafood linguine (as recommended by another waitress who’s name I didn’t catch, but was equally as nice). My partner had the Bill’s classic burgers which he equally enjoyed. We really noticed a difference in quality from when we previously visited a year ago. As we were having a nice dinner out we had a few drinks, but I was feeling a little indecisive so I let Stephanie decide for me. She surprised me with two lovely drinks and stayed and chatted with us for a while while I enjoyed these!!! She explained how they had been taken over by the Ivy who had made some changes to the restaurant, and as noticed has made some improvements. We were truly impressed and will most definitely be visiting again some time soon. By far the best restaurant in the lexicon by a long shot. However the staff, and particular, Stephanie truly made the evening, and are and absolute credit to the team. 😊

We went to Bill’s today and the waitress is very nice and helpful. Really impressive. Food are delicious.

Bills restaurants always have a good menu and cool decor. I have had several tasty meals here.It can get very busy on weekday lunchtimes.I recommend the Bills flower pot dessert - its amazing!

I recently celebrated my birthday with a family brunch at Bills in Bracknell. The staff before and during our meal went above and beyond our expectations in terms of service and friendliness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorna and the team there and also the fantastic use of their private room upstairs.

had lovely lunch with friend yesterday and waitress was lovely and friendly. My only issue was a customer at the next table had her very small dog with her and she had it on the seats and was feeding it titbits on the table. Like the fact its dog friendly inside as I own dogs but letting them eat off the table made me feel physically sick and none of the staff said anything to her!

Visited with my partner for the first time today (11/04/2022), and was an all round positive experience! Staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. Thanks to the team for a lovely meal 😊

You do get fantastic food here but the speed of service has always been mixed. It can take too long to be checked on when youve finished a course so thatd be my only wish, that they concentrate a little more on this as its no fun waiting for a dessert menu for 15+m and then for it to arrive another 20+m. Nothing negative about the staff who are friendly and helpful, I suspect its a management/organisational issue. Food great, no question. Watch for the 12.5% tip which historically went to the company not the staff. I do hope this has stopped.

We took our daughter and a big group of her friends for brunch as part of a birthday party. The Bills team were fab - attentive, quick service, flexible with allergies and the food and drinks were superb. Special shout out to the manager, who looked after us really well, thank you !

Popped in here for a quick Friday evening bite to eat. Had the haloumi and avocado burger (with friesand a Bills lager... all delicious. Decent atmosphere, nice and clean and tidy, and good service. Only marked down to 4 stars as there were a couple of things off of the menu.

Great brunch. Friendly, efficient service. Gluten free option catered for with a smile. Everything was flavoursome including the egg - delicious. All four of us enjoyed our plates.

My wife and I went for a Friday lunch and took the 2 combination menu from starter/main/desert. I think each was about £15. The starters were very nice. The fish and the steak were OK (both too cooked for our liking).However, one has to look at the experience as a whole, and although the mains were slightly disappointing, when considering the very friendly and professional staff, the great ambiance and the price....well, all pretty good👍 !

As always, very good good. The festive burger actually looked liked the picture. Bills also has a very good drinks menu. Mocktails and cocktails are amazing.

First visit to Bills and the food was very good and prices were quite reasonable. The service was generally good as well. The only downers are the automatically added 12.5% service charge and the staff didnt check at any point for allergies we may of had. Otherwise very positive experience 👍

Some friends of mine booked a surprise birthday breakfast for me today. As always the Bills staff managed to make it a memorable occasion, singing me happy birthday and making sure the food and service was excellent.In all my meals there Ive always found the staff super friendly and helpful. So thank you again for making my birthday surprise so special.

Lovely food, beautiful setting and staff very friendly and attentive. Doesnt look like a child friendly place but is very good with kids. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Great selection of allergy friendly food including a full gluten free menu and allergen filtering on their website.

Went for another good breakfast, very filling, nice staff, fast service and tasty food, especially if you add the fried potatoes which are yummy

Made a phone reservation for same evening for 4 persons. Full covid measures adhered to with temperature checks on entry and good table spacing. We chose from a specials menu with 2 courses for around £15. Had a cracking sirloin steak, fries and salad followed by chocolate fudge tart and coconut icecream. Very good. Sad bit is the restaurant will be closed for 4 weeks over the lock down. Optional service charge of 12.5% added to the bill which was ok as the serving staff were attentive and friendly.

Very tasty food and a good gluten free selection. Cocktails were well made and service was timely for a large group. Prices were reasonable, so overall a lovely evening.

Food was perfect (eventually). We came here on a Sunday night and we were seated very quickly (after some mumbling from 3 staff behind the bar). We ordered drinks then food, on a small 2 seated table and after pouring our bottled drinks the bottles werent taken from our table until we ordered more drinks. One meal we asked for no coleslaw on the burger, but on the side. When delivered the coleslaw (which is bright purplehad clearly been scraped off the burger into a small dish. It was saturated into the burger bun. A fresh burger was bought out fairly promptly. The food eventually was brilliant, starters and main and the manager took 50% off the bill for the burger issue. Would eat here again, because food was perfect eventually and the restaurant resolved the issues.

Tried at random on a search for a nice brunch.. The choice was interesting, the portions reasonable, the rosti really well cooked and the bread was proper sourdough. Recommended and will go again.

Good food and atmosphere. The service was spotty as we had a change of server halfway through our meal and wasnt sure whose attention we need to get. Our servers were friendly but they seem unavailable. They keep disappearing just as we need something. We could not get water replenished unless we hunt down our server and catch her attention.We came as a group of six and some had starter plates and some dont. We had the Bills Sharing Plate, Fried Calamari, and chicken dumpling to start. They were delicious but the portions were entirely too small for the price tag.For main, we had Pan Fried Sea Bass, Asian BBQ Ribs, Sirloin, Duck Pie, and Fish Pie. All of us were satisfied with our meal. We did not try the cocktails, beer, or wine. From the look of it, service for that was slow too. We watch as a beer go flat on the bar counter before it was taken to the customer.As a visitor to UK, I have way too much to try to warrant another visit. Unless a place is really good, I would not return during the same trip.
