Contemporary European chain dishing up separate breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner menus.
The food is amazingggg, big portions, service is good but they have less people to manage it all so unless called no of times no one gave attention to our needs.
Had a lovely time today, served excellently by Nadine. Thank you to the team. There was a bit of a wait between drinks and food, but the lovely atmosphere (no blaring music!made it a peaceful and pleasant moment.
My boyfriend hasnt ever been to a Bills so even our usual burger place had 1 member of staff for a whole restaurant i took him to Bills we had the best burgers weve had in a while! Staff attentive and pleasant too.
The best place to dine in BluewaterS. Quality fresh food always bursting with flavours. Very attentive and friendly staff who have attention to detail and the manager is very lovely young lady, who is always around, making sure everyone is happy and the place runs smoothly. Ohhh, and its also kids friendly!!! Our favourite place to relax after shopping.
Just had a traditional breakfast at bills .the fried plum tomatoes were very hard and not cooked and I found uncooked egg white in fried egg .they refused to give a partial refund so I wont be having breakfast there again
Really lovely food but what got me was the staff. They were VERY kind and cheerful! Always checking in on me making sure everything was okay. Making jokes with nice conversation and just in general so upbeat!
Im a regular customer at Bills, the food and customer service is always excellent. Tonight our order did not get sent through to the kitchen. So after 45 minutes I checked with the manager. However she was very efficient and sorry. We was given excellent customer service, and was not charged for our meals.
Experience was OK, menu more limited & more basic than it used to be. Burgers were good, but chicken was overcooked, tough & wasnt hot when it arrived. Service was a bit slow. But I guess thats to be expected at busy Bluewater. Wont be rushing back as lots of other food options there.
Awful meal. Pancakes was very rubbish and rubbery. Service was good. Beans tastes really off. It’s not worth the money.
Looks great from my first visit.. Restaurant nicely designed menu looking good and staff smartly dressedFood was good I would say on this visit would take another couple of visits to give it a good appraisalBe careful of the waiter/waitresses discretionary tip slipped in at the bottom - You can remove this!Put me off a bit...
First time Ive been here and will definitely return the staff are friendly and helpful the food is really nice and tasty a great experience
Lovely breakfast. Was busy when we arrived but only took about 5 mins to get a seat. Food took a bit of time to come our, but nothing outrageous, just nice to know its freshly cooked.
Had really high hopes for Bills, but left disappointed. One meal was wrong (it differed from the menu), but service staff seemed eager to make out like it was our fault. It was busy which may explain the lower standard of service, but overall was a bit of a let down.
Sadly the quality is not as I remember. We came for brunch and had the Mediterranean breakfast and avocado on toast. The flatbread was not fresh, and tasted like it came from a packet from the supermarket, as did the “sourdough” toast. The chilli oil had no flavour at all, and the promised cherry tomatoes just got substituted with normal chopped tomatoes. The service was friendly but inattentive - we waited for 15 min after we finished eating and no one came to clear the plates, until I finally flagged someone down. Will not be coming back.
Our starter, the fondue with truffle and sourdough bread was amazing. My wife had the sea bass dish and adored it, the egg was perfect as was the fish. I had the steak that if it hit the floor it would bounce it was so tough and chewy, which was a shame
Popped in for early evening meal whilst out shopping and chose from the fixed price menu. Annoyingly so many dishes on this and the à la carte menu contained chilli, chipotle etc, which I cant eat, so this limited my options. My pink lemonade came with a garnish of raspberries which was a nice touch. My main course was quite filling so asked if I could take my dessert away. I was told that they dont have any containers - unusual nowadays as most places are only too happy for customers to take home leftovers etc - so I slowly made my way thru it. Marked down due to this and the abundance of dishes containing chilli.
The food and drinks were tasty and came quick! I got a burger and that was standardly good but my partner got some duck watermelon meal. It was strange but tasty.
Very nice breakfast, the only thing that lets it down a bit was the long waits and busy dining area.
Had a lovely time! Had the best burger in London that ive tried recently. Really enjoyed their hot sauce and the management was so nice they gave me a bottle. Definetly will recommend and come back!
Tried it for the first time but never again. The service was slow and food wasnt all that for what we paid. There was a dish where I didnt want clams, the manager came over and explained they were all pre-portioned and therefore couldnt remove clams and add something in its place. I thought fair enough and agreed to order something else from the menu. He said he would bring the menu, waited for about 20 mins before I finally asked the staff for a menu. So instead of the menu the staff sent him over to my table again. He came over and asked me if he could help me... Lol ... I thought oh dear. I replied, could I have the menu please to order, by this time food for others had arrived, and it was a mixed bags of comments for food quality. So I ended up ordering a side order instead of a main course so I could catch up with the rest of the table. Even the side of macaroni cheese was late in coming. Anyho, there were other things like dried food stuck on cutlery, drink served in a chipped glass, etc. But they did take off the side of my bill but the damage was done by that point and impression well and truly set not to return. I feel perhaps we were one of the unlucky ones where customer service seriously failed us. I will certainly say if you want a quick meal and go and continue with your shopping this place is not for you.
Food was really tasty all around but service was so chaotic and slow. Lots of staff all duplicating jobs, so we got asked if we wanted desserts twice, asked for the order for them twice, same thing happened with the bill, but when we needed to get their attention, they were too busy and all doubling up elsewhere!
The food was good and most of the staff were really nice. The woman who took our order was a bit stand offish and forgot my wifes order. The manger, who was very nice, sorted it out and comped us for her meal. I would recommend and return.
I have experienced really good customer service at Bills Bluewater today. The restaurant manager and waiter Sam went an extra mile to organise an empty food box so that I could take the rest of my food back home instead of wasting it.The food was really tasty too. The 3 of us had the set menu and all dishes were lovely, particularly calamari, dumplings and schnitzel. Will be returning very soon.
Enjoyable eating here. Had lunch which was pleasant. Didnt wait to get in, food was hot and fresh. Not bad for prices and service okay.
First time I have visited for breakfastQueued for 30mins and got this1x Traditional breakfast1x 5 stack of pancakes (didnt taste fresh)1x kids beans on toast (not enough beans to cover a slice of toast, plate hot enough to fry an egg on)Not impressed, maybe the other meals are better
Unfortunately wasn’t as good as our local Tunbridge Wells. Starter , calamari was nice .My broccoli was overcooked , steak came as well done inside of medium.Service was nice.
Loved the breakfast here, delicious pancakes. There is plenty of other options for breakfast or brunch.
Tasty food... great service, love . The wait staff were very attentive.
First time having breakfast here, had little wait to get seated due to staff shortage. Once seated it was served very quickly and food and drinks came out in good time. The pancakes and bacon were very nice.
Fantastic meal great portions with good service
We that is my husband and I went for my birthday. He had to go to the Apple store!!The whole experience was absolutely excellent. We had starters, mains and I had a pudding, tiramasu which could have done with more coffee in it but it was still lovely. Waiting staff were brilliant and all together had a great time.
Did a great job to accommodate us as there was close to 20 people and hadnt booked. Waitress was very attentive, just a shame 3 of the childrens meals were incorrect. But did make up for it by wiping their meals off the bill. Calamari was top notch and quite frankly filled me up. I had the black and gold burger which was nice though nothing special. Someone else had steak and eggs, the steak was over cooked. A few others had the eggs benedict. Apparently was very nice but hardly any hollandaise sauce.
Delicious food, friendly staff. One of my favourite restaurants.
We had an excellent family get together at Bills Bluewater. We needed a big table and had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated. The food as always was very tasty and service excellent.
The food was just okay. Our burger was way overcooked. However the dessert and coffee was delightful! checkout this flower pot cheesecake!
Good food, and service but had to wait over 30 mins to be seated even though we had booked. So would probably try another food place next time
Very nice experience. Been already twice and second time were my birthday. I enjoy it a lot pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. My dessert was a piece of art.One of my favourite place to go. Cant wait to go again...
Came here during weekdays as walk in guest. Glad we still get table and we’ve got discount. The food are delicious as the picture. We had 3 courses meal which is wonderful.I love the fish and sweet potatoes fries. My husband happy with his steak. And I was soo happy knowing I can get dougnut mini for my dessert.Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant look clean and during covid we sit with social distance. We did came back during weekend, however the restaurant always full. So its really need to book the table if you wantbto come on weekend.
A good place to eat and drink if you don’t want to wait in a queue at Nandos or Wagamama. We ordered the halloumi, hummus and focaccia sharing plate which was lovely! I order the steak and my wife ordered the beetroot risotto. The steak was lovely and cooked as requested. The beetroot risotto was unfortunately a bit too sweet and heavy. Waitress insisted to keep asking my wife if she wanted a drink (alcoholicwhen she ordered water - I’d recommend they tone that down a bit as there may be many reasons why someone has ordered water.
Very nice burgers + free Boris cocktails! Whats not to like! Fries are freshly cooked - not oily! Nice;)
Went from work for a Christmas meal and was surprised with the quality of food and service. Excellent choice on daily and special Xmas menu, all came out quickly and stuff was very profesionall. Best place for modern European food in Bluewater without a question.
You cant go wrong with Bills.Food is always great, they are chain, so you will get the same quality and portions in any Bills restaurant.Went there many times for breakfast. They are very focus on their customers.
went for Christmas shopping but first stop breakfast. Had to wait just 10mins or so but got in.service was fast and very freiendly.food arrived slightly cold and had to wait for coffees.,paying the bill was slow.
Short wait to get in but staff let us know how long. When we got to the door, we were told theyd run out of beef burgers which took a few items off the menu. Attentive and friendly staff, very nice food and quick service.
From the moment we arrived, we were looked after so well. As my wife is in a wheelchair, they accommodated us in a convenient and cosy corner. We spent some two hours, as all the staff were so friendly and attentive.
Lovely staff, and nice food. We stopped off for breakfast before hitting the shops. The portion size were quite big, and I was unable to finish my meal. The coffee was great, but again I was unable to finish it. All in all a good breakfast menu that was good value for money.
Lovely atmosphere and Amazing staff. Andrea attended to us and she was just amazing. Nice, friendly and loveky sense of humor - thanks for making our afternoon a lovely one. Once we arrived we got seated right away, ordering process was smooth and food came very quickly. Would definitely recommend a trip to Bills. And if you love spicy food, dont forget to try out their chilli sauce, it packs a punch
Wonderful staff, especially the waitress. Helped me decide on the drinks I should have. Good banter. Went of peach iced tea and watermelon cooler. Please check my pictures. However, the food was very average. For starters went for calamari, which really lacked flavour and salt. Cooked too well the squid was very chewy. The chicken dumplings were better than the calamari, and came with a nice tasty sauce. For mains had the steak, chips and salad. I had asked for steak to cooked medium. It came out medium well done. Chips were too crispy. Peppercorn sauce was not so good, cold and not nice. DisappointedChicken steak and mash with veg was alright. Mash was better the chips. Chicken was better than steak however still lacked flavour.
Lovely new summer menu with fresh vibrant options. Everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly.Staff were attentive and helpful at all moments through the meal.Definitely recommend the chicken with wild mushroom and spiced mash.
The first visit to this Bills and really I couldnt fault the visit. We were greeted by a cheerful lady and seated quickly. They took our drinks order and the latte is one of the best I have tested (even better than Costadare I say. Tea comes in a large teapot and stays hot which is a bonus when your eating a full English. The food was gorgeous, sour dour toast was so yummy. You can add extras of beans and rosti if you have a large appetite. I would go back without a doubt and the staff were uber friendly.
