If your looking for great local fast food, this is the place to be. Ordered a beef rice meal after a long hike throughout the city, well done and kudos to the chef. Price is reasonable, service was quick enough. Food taste was great and better than the surrounding fast food restaurant. The resto ambiance is relaxing and reminds you of a 50s dinner out in CA. Yes, will definitely come back here as its one of the great local options. #RP

Dined here on Christmas day 2021. Was surprised to know that they offer 20% discount, just show your vax card!✅ Fried Chicken - yummy! Just like Pancake Houses. Buttermilky.✅ Spaghetti - borderline ❌ to my taste. Good thing it wasnt soggy. Pinoy-style spag.✅ baby back ribs - good for sharing. Fall-off-the-bone tender. Flavourful!✅ Crab and Corn soup - surprisingly good❌ Barbecue - not charcoal nor flme-grilled. Looks and tastes like fried or pan seared❌ drinks - expensive for a fastfood. ₱75 for a can or the dispenser soda. Food doesnt have a meal option.

Had dinner here with my colleagues last July 10, 2017. The ambiance exudes americana with lots of memorabilia from 60s and 70s. If you are in Naga, at least have one meal at Biggs. As always the pork kebab is a winner but my friends also liked the fried chicken and steak. Expect to spend P200 per person. The place is 24 hours so no need to rush.

Bigg’s used to be good. It was reasonably priced up until a few years ago. Now the food is terrible and overpriced. Two extra stars because their mango graham shake is still good

The diner has many branches in Bicol. Once inside you could feel the american diner atmosphere. I ordered American slam which includes rice, hashbrown, bacon strips and sausage. The dish is not that salty or oily, its best to eat at the start of the day.

Always seem to run out of chicken 😅

They serve Bicolano food. Excellent choice for Good Food, they will prepare the food and it will take some time, but what you receive is freshly cooked meals. If its your first time, try their Chicken and/or Bigg Deal to experience a variety of favorites.

OMG!!! where do I start??? cordon bleau? tenderloin tips, bicol special? any food you order, you will love!!! try the iced tea and chocolate cake too, they dont compare to any other 😊😊😊😊

If I can give this restaurant a 10 Star rating I will. Highly recommended for first timers and visitors of Naga city. The burger, fries & fried chicken is a must try here.

This is one of the best diner in bicol. Their menu consist of american dish which you can enjoy in a affordable price. The place is very american style having all those signs that can be found when you are road tripping in the US. they also have an old jukebox machine (i am not sure it is working). This place is a need to visit place because it can be only found on Southern Luzon (I remember that there is a branch in SM San Pablo.)

Cajun chicken, cordon bleu, baby back ribs, fries, nenas harvest, carbonara..oh! and pizza they are just so perfect to fill your tummy. Theres a parking space and the wifi is fast.. 😊

Loved the sweet mango shake. The tuna sandwich has eggs on it and dry. The fries were cold but still better than McDonalds. The only reason I eat here is for the Wi-Fi and nostalgia. They do have other better looking meals in the menu and its something Ill try on a later date but for now, this place is a solid 3/5 for me. Its not bad, but it could be better.

Really great food! Biggs has one of the best chicken in town. Biggs branches can only be found here in the Bicol region and one in Lipa, Batangas. I suggest you dedicate one meal in this diner when you come here in Naga. They have great mango shake, baby back ribs, and a lot more. Just be reminded that Biggs is not a fastfood chain so you may have to wait for your food but they ensure that your food will be so good and steaming with aroma.

This place is a classic - an institution if you will - diner in downtown Naga. This new location is spacious with great ambiance, and of course, great food. A must-visit when you are in Maogmang Lugar.

The restaurant itself is cozy. It serves good food.But if youre on a budget, this diner is not for you. They have a comparatively pricier dishes in small to mediumservings.

I love this place. My kid eat for free.Ask the cashier.Foods are great and the place is clean. Price are a bit higher but, its worth it.

The place is somewhat awesome. I know that this isnt a fine dining restaurant to exceed anyones high expectations. The food was great. The service crew are nice. Overall, the service was great! Would definitely return.

Dirty floor and tables-ordered chefs salad but was 8 pieces of lettuce plus 5 croutons and 3 tiny strips of processed cheese. 120 pesos for that?????Had fries but was charged over half the price of the fries for tiny bowl of sauce.Toilets also dirty.Dont recommend this if you are keen on good value food --wont visit any Biggs again.

Great food, cozy ambiance, good service. What bothers me the most is their menus price, which makes me think whether Im getting the most bang for my buck. Their burgers are one of the best tasting in Naga!
