Bigelow Park in Bay City

Beautiful park 🥰 Fall colors are starting to pop out in the trees.

Quite, clean park. Great for relaxing by yourself or with family. Nice play ground for kids and space to run in grass. There’s also a bike repair station by the port-a-potties.

Nor bad a bit untidy.

Great spot to sit during the evening!

First time experiencing the river walk. Absolutely loved it. Didnt really hang in the park much but it seemed very nice. Im not super familiar with Bay City, this is just where my friend took me to show my part of the river walk...

Very clean park that offers a very nice playground for children and the Pavilion can be rented for parties. Lots of parking and a good place to do some fishing.

There is a boardwalk that takes you pretty far into the river. There is a park for the kids and also plenty of room for biking. Also there is usually a heard of ducks that are very friendly.

Great place to bike, fish or just take in the sites.The day we visited there were a bunch of different kinds of birds hanging out harmoniously.

The view is absolutely beautiful. The porta johns need better up to.

I rented out Bigelow park pavilion for my baby shower. We chose this park due to the kitchen you have access to and the indoor bathrooms. We were told just a couple days before the event that the kitchen and bathrooms wouldnt be working. Giving us no time to find a new venue. So we werent able to use any of those for my party. And on top of that none of the electricity would work for our food. We tried plugging in 3 crock pots and everytime you turned them on it tripped all the breakers. We werent able to keep any of our food hot.We were told that none of this effected the price of the rental because they "price according to pavilion size and not because of the other amenities." So we still had to pay full price.Would give zero stars but the park itself, right on the water, is pretty and has a nice playground for the kids.

Nice big park a lot of baseball feilds a few open field a riverwalk and a walking bridge on the water.... This is the walking place recreational spot for Bay City

I had kids ranging from 10-2 and all of them loved it. Lots of things to climb on and plenty of room to run around. Pavilions thru out to use for picnic/parties.

Great place for photography, fishing, exercise since its tied into the riverfront walk, playground for kids, and a pavilion for holding family events.

It was such a great place to take my son to play and for us to have a picnic lunch. Id recommend it for anyone. The water is beautiful ❤️

Nice area to walk, fish or have a picnic and relax. There is an area where you can park be really close to a picnic table and by the water. It makes it accessible for someone in a wheelchair or person who cant walk a long distance. It is also pet friendly.

Beautiful park! Walk along the river, play with your kiddos at the park, or just enjoy the breeze. Lots of wildlife and commotion. One star removed for bathrooms. Waste almost up to the seat, and no toilet paper in either stall... with how busy the park is, these should be serviced more regularly.

I was in Bay City on New Years Eve when I saw the sign for Bigelow Park. My friend back and I went shopping in Saginaw we wanted to go to cracker barrel and the closest one was Bay City so we shot over had some lunch and I had to take my best good friend Beth Bigelow to Bigelow Park. Minus the fact that there was Canadian geese and ducks everywhere it was a nice place.

The park was clean and the facilities were well maintained. My children love playing there on the playset, and it is a good spot to play Pokémon go. Small children should not be left unattended due to the park being right next to the saginaw River

Small but fun for the kids. The walk on the bridge is so relaxing, be sure to not miss it

Cool park been going here since I was a boy, awesome place to play pokemon go, also a nice place to fish or even have a b,day party at the pavilion, there is also a bike repair station with tools witch I think is very neat.

This park is so family orientated. The river is beautiful. Lots of fishing areas available with benches to sit on.

Wonderful place to come, relax a bit, and watch the waterfowl and boats and just chill. Beautiful walkways to manuever around the entire area and even get in some fishing. We love it.

Adorable park. I am so glad I found it. I am out of town and wanted a place for lunch and a playground for kiddo. I got so much more. Gorgeous views and lovely river walk.

Great spot to chill out. Many canadian geese and swans. I did my part to save the world a little bit longer by picking up glass and junk! I didnt get to all of it but i left with about 5 lbs of at least glass!

Lots of room, surrounded by water. Many benches and picnic tables, also has a pavilion for use with the option to rent out for parties.

Great play area for kids and adults alike but the one thing I have to say and not sure if it can be taken care is all goose and other bird droppings on all the walking paths at the park wishing it could be cleaned up.

Great Place to Watch the Fireworks in July. Lots of Parking and Entrance to the Riverwalk. Home of the Bay City Lions Club Pavillion.

This park is nice. Some good play equipment for children, mostly for younger kids, but my 10-year old enjoys it. Its clean, well maintain and by the river. Theres a covered picnic area. This is another place I like to play Pokemon go. There are two EX eligible gyms and a few pokestops.

Nice park on an island in the saginaw river in bay city . Connects by bridge to other parks and the river walk.

Wasnt at the park but was anchored on the river on the pontoon to watch the July 4th main event fireworks 2019! Park was full so was the river and it was windy. 16 mph wind with 19mph gusts. Still nice!

It was clean, and had a nice kitchen with a lot of refrigerators. It also had access to the bathrooms behind the kitchen area .they furnished the toilet paper and soap. It has a very nice view of the river.

Beautiful view in all directions, play equipment is newer, and no graffiti on everything. Recommended. Large parking. River walk is nice too. 3 different slides also.

Nice fishing spot do not keep any of the catfish good place for the kids to fish and awesome spot to watch fireworks

Totally ruined by the people that go here. I witnessed a child dangling from the top of a 15-20 foot slide by her brothers hands. Mother stood there and told the son that he better not drop her instead of going there to catch her kid if she were to fall and injure herself!! Not the place to be or be seen..

Very cozy and very clean...if I see paper on the ground , Ill pick it up . I love the trees for shade and also really appreciate the electric plugs available to charge your phone.. Absolutely my Favorite place

This is a good park for families. You can fish, there is a playground, and it connects to the Riverwalk. There is also a large, grassy field.

perfect spot for bay city firworks festival. bring your kids and a cooler and enjoy the 3 day spectacular with one of the biggest displays in northeast U.S.. on a little island surrounded by water.
