There is a play area for kids which is always a plus. Parking can be an issue if there are too many people at the mall. Food is great and service is ok.

It was a slow day but overall its a chilled vibe. Has a small kids play area as well, which is cool.

The Margarita Pizza from Pizza Mojo is not good because of the large raw slices of tomato placed all over the pizza!…i have complained over and over even physically but all i get are excuses!…I choose Lavington coz it’s closer to me than Adlife who make excellent Magarita…i’ve mentioned this to the manager at Lavington but to no avail….so upsetting!!

I had a really terrible experience with Big Square Lavington. I placed an order which arrived after two long hours. I was starving and just eager to dig in. Unfortunately, the burger was completely RAW. Worst meal experience and last time I am ordering from Big Square. I had sworn off after previous bad experiences and this just reminded me why.

Had the most surprising bad experience which is unfortunate because am a regular.Our waiting staff stood by while my friend and I dusted our table and seats. She couldnt be bothered to clear that out either. She brought us our menus thereafter, then left us to our own devices. We waited over half an hour while she stood staring and nobody took our order or cleared the table.We eventually had to walk out to be followed by loud laughter from two members of the staff, our waitress included, so I suppose I should be glad our frustration and displeasure was some entertainment at least.Unfortunate deterioration.

Your portions are too tiny. Honestly it’s pike we ordered a kids meal. Was not happy AT ALL. And this was my first time trying you guys.Highly disappointed, kindly do something about that.

Great meals worth every penny

I’m a lover of food and loved Big Square. They rebranded but i feel like their quality of food dwindled. I can’t say I’m excited to eat there but if I have no choice I would. The mustard looking square sauce is the one timeless thing they have that has literally kept me going.

The breakfast is what started my day with, coffee to die for. I can do this again.

Ordered some soda as we decided what to eat just to be told later that when you order meals the soda is included but that as we add ordered them already it could not be considered as the meals ones... So they make customers pay a lot more... Stupid and dishonest... Never coming back again. And the food was actually bad : cheese cold and raw in burger, meat overcooked, one plate not ordered at all... This place is going down...

I was there this evening with my family. We were treated with so much courtesy and I enjoyed the experience. Together with the service offered by the waiters and one waitress by the name of Lucy who was exceptional in the way she engaged my children and us too.

The spare ribs were extremely burnt. When we complained, the waiter took them back only to bring the same ones few minutes later. Terrible.

Good service, nice music from the band orders arrived faster than we anticipated. choice for warm or cold sitting area.

The service was awesome. The ladies kept on checking on us which was very good. Havent seen a service like that in a long time. They are very friendly, food was delicious and affordable, great offers every week.

Very often, it is the staff that makes the difference in a restaurant, especially when this is part of a branded chain. So, in this case, thumbs up to the very competent and polite personnel of BigSquare on James Gichuru Road.

Best fast food in Nairobi. Nicely blackened fish fillet in the burger and everything from the fries to fried chicken is always cooked hot and fresh.

A really good choice for fast food. Loove their chicken! They also have a nice outdoor space over looking the road that can be pleasantly distracting as you enjoy your meal

Spent a few hours here to escape traffic and was pleasantly surprised. They have a good and affordable breakfast menu and good ribs (should lunch time find you there). The ambiance is good with wi-fi access and charging ports all over the place so you can get some work done without worrying about the battery. I enjoyed it and I will visit it again ... for the ribs!

I used to love Big Square, their burgers and services has moved from amazing to fine. Considering its a fast food joint, its still awesome.

Only the beef ribs twice were not ok. One time they came cold. Burgers and other stuff excellent just the beef ribs
