Very good burritos!

Was really delicious 😋 wish I wouldve paid attention tho to the fact he only has wraps... thats on me but non the less the meat was tender and juicy I see why ppl rave about them lol even the cop who gave me directions was telling me how much I was going to love it

Most delicious burritos Ive ever had, and thats saying something for Texas. I only get chicken so I can only assess that, but the chicken is always juicy and flavorful. When combined with the delicious barbecue sauce they have you have a super tasty burrito. Prices are a bit expensive, but with quality like this, Im more than happy buying two at a time.

Best BBQ in downtown Lubbock, and gotta say whats up to Big E everytime.

Extremely bad service, the lady cussed out my friend for a mistake she made when she skipped our order. Not worth the wait under clouds of smoke from the grill. Overall, do not recommend.

When I moved to Lubbock me and my now fiancé found this place. Nicest guys ever. They always remembered who I was and the BBQ is excellent. They’ll grill you up one of the hottest jalapeños you’ve ever had if you ask. 6/5.

You just drive up and order. The meat is tough and can be tenderize more. They need too add cheese and onions and peppers and taco sauce in a little cup.. It will be excellent. I want a free steak burrito tender. 😆

I recently visited Lubbock and ate at Big Es the brisket and jalapeno sausage with fresh pico was so delicious. When I go to Lubbock I will eat at Big Es . Fantastic!, Friendly! , And professional!

Some of the best barbeque in the entire panhandle region! The Friday lunch plate is a great deal that will fill you up and make you happy. Be sure to get BBQ sauce AND pico de gallo for best flavors. Seriously, this is one of the best things about Lubbock.

We were craving BBQ a little late one night and decided to give this place a try. It smelled wonderful from the street and we were excited to try it. There is no menu displayed so we had to ask what they had. We spent $25 on 4 wraps. There were no combo options, it was just a tortilla with some meat and sauce. It was good but REALLY over priced. Its in the middle of lots of bars, I could only imagine myself eating there again after a long night of partying.

Ive known E for over thirty years, hes always been cooking it up. The place is small, but big on flavor. The burning wood and steel grate are cool too. I got some E bbg a month ago, my wife said it was the best she ever had...weve gone back every Thursday for 4 weeks now.

Food was good, but whoever was the cook was completely overlooked my friends and I to serve his kind. Im not being racist but service goes you finish the order you are working on before going to the next order. They also ordered the same food that we had ordered. It will definitely be awhile before I decide to go there again.

Man it is the BEST thing when you get out of the bars in the depot, brisket sausage or steak burritos cooked over mesquite wood i think it was mesquite either way it so good and convenient. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Great food, but the service is terrible. No menu and the older lady looks at you like you’re the dumbest person ever for asking what’s on the menu. Food is amazing, but the women were terrible and drunk.

Loves mes some Big Es! Open Fridays at lunch. Thursday-Saturday nights 7pm till 4am. Beef, chicken or sausage wraps or plates with a choice of water or Dr. Pepper, sides vary.

For what it is Big Es bbq is good. No frills no crazy presentation..just meat on a tortilla. And its dang good meat. The owner is a super cool dude who likes to chit chat while dishimg up your order. Its just a good time all around. Best place to grab a brisket wrap while cruising the depot..well the only place really.

Love the beef tacos .. the best time to go there its before midnight because later its crowded with people leaving the club.

Ok they ok not all that you think they would have it together especially being dead center from all the bars but I guess drunk people really lose their taste buds oh and not to mention their beef got to much fat which will make you chew on one burrito for 45 minutes they literally suck ass no wonder they serve drunks LMFAO

It is the best bar be que I have ever eaten. It is just a little place that serves bar be que brisket, chicken and pork on tortilla with sauce. Everything is delicious and freshly made. There wasnt any place to sit.

pretty much all the burritos are $5 and one dollar for water or soda. the food is tasty, dont go crazy with the hot sauce. the staff are friendly and very respectful. great place to grab food after a night of drinking instead driving to ihop.

Ellis has been a favorite of mine since I was in school in the late 90s. This is street food at its best! Simple menu of great food (brisket or sausage on a tortilla with all the fixnsfor very little money. No menue, no flash or glam...just great food. If you are in the area, you should check it out!
