Good place, nice discounts.

One of the nice mall around the city area. Its accessible for it has a service bus near train station or you can walk for 20 minutes. There are lots of things to in this mall. From all kinds of varieties of food to choose all tge way to expensive things like phones, watches, and jewelries.

Great shopping place. Good architecture, looks amazing on photos. Amazing decors for every holiday occasions!

This is one of the most incredible malls I have ever been to. By far the biggest around. 8 floors of shopping and eating. I suggest that if you are in the Hsinchu area, that you take a day and go visit this place. Absolutely amazing to say the least.

Everything you need under one roof. Prices a little higher than in city centre. Beware - long queues if visiting by car at the weekend.

Wonderful place,family friendly. Lots of event.. 11am to 2pm is rush hour in foodcourt be patient to wait for other to finish their meal or go there before or after the rush hour

Its a HUGE mall full of choices for anyone living in Taiwan. It is a good way to spend a steaming summer afternoon as it has a very good cooling system and there are a lot of places to sit and walk around. The places to eat and drink are endless too.

I highly recommend very affordable and theres a lot of sale products , very nice experience.

There is a free bus ride near the hsinchu station all the way to the mall, Also going back to the station.

I play at hsinchu big city, and I got 1631 points.. I really like the whale stuff, I go to the counter and ask the prize of my points... The staff said, mei yo la means no more stocks,,, then I say aaa its okey,,, I will earn more points to get 1800,,,,then I play again... When I go back again at the counter,,, there is one more,,,, oh my gosh!!! A liar staff! So disgusting!!! I feel a little annoying and angry!!!!and they are all laughing at me for no reason.... Really bad day.. I thought I will enjoy my day!!!!!!

Good for walking, taking some photos, hanging out with friends and for window shopping 😁theres also a live band last Sunday .took only 15 minutes walking from Hsinchu train station.

A nice place to stroll around a busy city. The foods are good especially the Korean restaurant in the 4th floor in front of the Cinema ticket outlet

I went to the burger restaurant at the upper levels 2 years ago, and I had been craving a burger ever since I landed in Taiwan. After I had finished, I was satiated and was happy with it. When I went back to the mall, I coincidentally wore shorts. Turns out they have a deal where if a customer wears shorts they can receive free fries. Again, this was 2 years ago so I dont know if it is still open.

Good mall to hangout in weekends with your friends. Clean and well organized stores with variety of options to entertain.

Good food courts, fantastic sushi restaurant, nice book shop, good cinema. I recommend it.

Very big department with almost all the shops you can think of, even the movie theater. There are also lots of restaurants. Hope it can provide free WiFi. Also, hope there is more entrance to parking for motorcycles

Its really big. Parking was confusing, the open spot indicators were not helpful, took a good 10 minutes to find a spot. Food court was large, and the food was about average. Better off finding a recommended place to eat elsewhere. A lot of stores and some are larger with more selection than other locations.

One of the biggest mall with 8 floors. Lot of luxurious brands and quality product shops. I preferred window shopping because everything was expensive for me. Interiors and decorations are worth photography. It has a departmental store as well for convenience shopping. For shopping mall lovers, it is a must go.

This is very large mall due to the combination of SOGO and Big City, You can see a lot of brand for clothes and japanese restaurant and supermarket on the basement.

Great selection of international brands, lots of options and variety. The layout of the mall isnt logical but also isnt confusing. Nice place to go shopping.

Plenty of food options here. Can be very crowded and usually not cheap, Id recommend to go out in local restaurants, but I recognize here is easier and you can find English menus

Great food court (quick access via the outdoor escalator). Bowling and other indoor sports on the top floor (against a mural and cable car made to look like SF -- haha). Easy walking distance from the Ambassador Hotel, if youre a visitor to the area.

Big city is the place to go for big fun, big food and big... Other things. Its a pretty inclusive all you can find stop for your needs, from luxury brands to everyday brands. You can get groceries and you can get a new outfit. I went here to hang out with friends who were helping me get over some stressful times in my life. The atmosphere was hectic, yet it was relaxing. The grandmas chatting away at their daily gossip, the teenagers passing glancing looks, the friendly staffers promoting samples and good eats. Another thing Big city has is a big heart.

You can easily go here by free shuttle bus from Sogo Mall (just across Hsinchu Train Station).There is usually an exhibition every month here. There is Doraemon Exhibition when I visit here.

Bit City mall has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cinema and cafés. The movie theater is spacious and clean. The ambience is great and has something for everyone in the family. At the entrance, there are ubike available. Which makes travel to and forth the mall a breeze. Right below the entrance lower ground, gathering of street performer light up the environment.

It is a popular shopping mall, label one has renovation, so making the outside hall quite crowded. SOGO the staff selling asics shoes is young but polite to take to, his explanation on the basics shoes (different modelis quite clear and easy to understand.

Lots of people on the weekend and expected car park to be full.Not too sure why Minions are involved though but good for photo opportunities
