Very local

Chose this place out of the 100s of restaurants in old town as it felt friendly and not too touristy. Staff were so friendly. Food was excellent! We had the seafood risotto and tagliatelle with tomatoes. Both were superb. Food was almost half the price of other places.Thoroughly recommend.

We had a really great time and lunch here on our last day in Split. The food was really fresh and tasty, portions were great. We also had a nice talk with the owner.

We were with six people, all adults. Its a little restaurant so you have to look if theres enough place. Even though its a small restaurant, the taste of the food, the quality of it and the hostess are very good! A little miner, and thats when youre really picky, you cant pay with card. Its only cash. Enjoy!

Vorige week hier drie avonden heerlijk gegeten. Een tongstrelende zeevruchten risotto, heerlijke gegrilde garnalen en de mosselen waren ook verrukkelijk. De gegrilde groenten erg lekker als bijgerecht. En niet te vergeten het heerlijke dessert. Vanille ijs met warme rode vruchten. Fijne prijzen. Zeker een aanrader. Ik hoop Split zeker nog eens te bezoeken en zal hier dan zeker weer gaan eten.

Sinceramente? Erano di qualità ma il cibo era privo di personalità. Un ingrediente serve per esaltare una pietanza, non confonderla...il tonno squisito ma la carota con il pomodoro e verdurine varie lo hanno ucciso...così come il burger di polpo troppo pane nellimpasto . ecco il mio personale consiglio : pesto di capperi e olive nere o meglio servitelo da solo con salsette di fianco. Nota positiva lo chef , simpatico e cordiale

Lunch stop in Split. We had the chicken salad (55 kunasand the chicken tortilla (65 kunas). Similar ingredients in both dishes, different presentation. Tasty, quick good service. Toilet is small but clean. I recommend it.

Great quiet location despite being in the busy centre. The service was brilliant and the owner was extremely helpful. He gave recommendations and suggested drinks to be paired with our food, which he got spot on! Food was delicious and well priced. Thoroughly enjoyed eating here and would definitely come back if in Split again!

Really friendly and funny service. It islocated in a small and quiet square which makes it perfect for a relaxing meal.Food is great and tasty and served very quick. Also lots of drinks and beers to choose from.

Best place Ive been in this far in Split. Owner is such a nice guy and the food was great. Would definitely recommend.

Part of our group stayed at the owners Airbnb-apartment, so we got invited to eat there. The owner, "Feta", was incredibly entertaining, and he had a lot of stories, insights and views to share with us. The menu was varied and affordably priced, and the Pledovi Mora with pasta was delicious, even though I had never eaten mussels before. Also, the locale was great, situated in the old Grad. I wanted to stay for longer, but I and many others in the group were very tired from the journey to Split, so we had to leave early.

The wait-staff were great, but maybe the chef had the night off the night we went (12 October), with our choice based on all the previous good reviews. Bolognese with no herbs, garlic, tomatoes or salt- just pasta and mince. Fried fish = over cooked shrimp. ‘Octopus burger’ with gnocchi was without flavour.

Good place service ok and funny people

The value for money was great! Enough food to feel full and absolutely delicious. Right in the centre of the old town in a really cute area. Can totally recommend that place.

Very nice place. Good food and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed the tuna steak and risotto. Very affordable too.

Nos atrajo el lugar y sus platos recomendados, muchos de ellos, tradicionales de Dalmacia, y esto fue lo que nos convenció para quedarnos. Probamos la hamburguesa de pulpo, que estaba extraordinaria, tortilla de pollo y una ensalada de verduras que estaba genial. Los precios bastante buenos teniendo en cuenta la localización del restaurante.

Eins der wenigen günstigen Restaurants. Hier wird traditionelle kroatische Küche angeboten. Ich hatte einen Octopus Burger mit Gnocchi und Kapern. Das Essen war gut abgeschmeckt. Der Service war freundlich und schnell.Man sitzt hier in einer der kleinen Seitenstraßen der Altstadt. Sehr nett gelegen und dadurch auch bei Hitze eher angenehm und schattig.

Seafood risotto was really good!

Das Essen ist gut, aber das Chicken beim Fajitas war zäh und hatte ein Knochenstück in sich, das Tuna mit Gnochi war sehr lecker aber für 95 Kuna viel zu wenig 15 Gnochi und ein kleines Stück Tuna sind für ein solches Restaurant viel zu wenig.Die Kellnerin war sehr nett aber im ganzen würde ich dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen.

We came near closing and our waiter told us what food from the menu they had left. He recommended a wine to go with our meal, and everything was perfect. Our waiter was great, he knew everything about the food and which wine goes best with which dish. Highly, highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Meat soup is without meet, while in the menu it is shown as beef meet, vegetables.

Good food, normal prices.

Great domestic dishes and amazing service. The cook made his recommendations directly to us and we did not regret following his advices. Prices are very OK. Go fo it!

Amazing traditional Dalmatian meals. I will always return here from now on when visiting Split!

The sarme (Croatian dishwas very tasty and the dessert gorgeous. The prices are very cheap compared to the other restaurants in Split. The cooker/waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Meat was partly raw, pasta had the texture of chewing gum, waiter was rude. Just terrible
