Amazing little find! Had no idea they were new to Norwich and tried via Deliveroo on a whim! So glad I did as they were delicious 😋 Will 100% be going back 👏

Favourite vegan burger place in all of London! Wings are something else

Insane vegan wings and the loaded fries are delicious every time. I’ve tried the onion rings and corn before which was decent but personally not my first choice. The buffalo wings are delicious and the chilli cheese fries are unbeatable!

Hands down the best vegan burger and loaded fries Ive ever eaten in my life (and Ive tried a lot). Dont really know what else to say - you have to try it!

This was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had with a takeaway / delivery. I ordered at half 7 and it was cancelled with no explanation so I ordered again 5 minutes later. The food never arrived and the order was finally cancelled at 10 when the restaurant closed, I’m rly disappointed (and hungry 😂).

For the price, its just simply not what I expected. It would help if the plates perhaps were a bit smaller?? Its very Alice in Wonderland!!

My order was not accepted on Deliveroo, with no reason given as to why it was refused. I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, as the burgers/wings looked very good.

I tried this as it has great reviews but I think people are going for the novelty rather than everything else. Soggy mushrooms, wilted lettuce and the burger texture and taste was awful, the loaded fries were obviously made by someone who feels toppings are a precious commodity and should be used sparingly. Over priced and not good.

Not only delicious food but the customer service goes above and beyond. The Boyf and I ordered and all his food came but my (2wingz and corn were missing their loaded fries (and free drinkwhich without them was not much of a meal. Deliveroo useless as only offer refund or credit but I needed my dinner so I called Biffs and they said the food had defo been packed so looks like someone was naughty and hungry on the way... They sorted me out a replacement right away and even sent an extra drink so me and the boyf dont need to share. Absolute legends and my goodness Im so glad I got the loaded fries cos they were flipping divine.

It was my first time going out for vegan food. Its not really my thing but I gave it a try. The Brewdog bar itself was good and the staff were very nice, but the food wasnt really my thing. The onion rings and chips were nice enough. So fine for a little snack with your drink.

Would be 4.5 stars if the bbq korn was available via delivery again. You have to physically be in store to get this for done reason. Please fix this, some of us would rather not always have fries with our burgers. :)

Overpriced and too much bbq sauce.They put a generous amount of this thing all over everything. I don’t personally like it as it have too much sugar and salt on it and you can not taste the food anymore. I ordered their burger, fries with vegan beacon and wings. Not impressive for what I paid. The fries where good but that sauce messed up everything. The burger was bellow average for £9 and the wings where ok but then again, they came covered with bbq sauce which I gave up eaten them. In comparation the vegan whopper burger from BK is a much better choice.

Delivery arrived on time, food was piping hot & filling. The cajun chips & jackfruit burger was delicious 😋 & Im definitely gonna treat myself again. The only downside is I literally couldnt finish the huge burger! 😊

I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful.Half the food was missing from the order, the half that did arrive was room temperature and soggy. The wings were bland and the burger was horrible.

You must try the sweetcorn "ribs". Loved everything, flavoursome and unique.I loved jackfruit chicken, except teeny tiny detail that could be improved is the texture. It was a bit mushy, like overcooked so it didnt feel as "real" as it could. I had some jackfruit chicken wings in other places before so I know it is possible to do.

Food was ordered at 18:15 and we were told 1hr for delivery. The food eventually arrived at 20:30 and was completely room temperature, no hint of heat left in them at all. Throughout this we got no updates on expected delivery time and were stuck in limbo waiting for the food, completely delaying our other plans. The food itself was okay but we have had way better, and cheaper. Chips were the best part of the meal and neither of us enjoyed the wings. No updates, no apologies, no explanations.

Ordered the Father Jack burger, but accidentally got delivered the wrong one. The staff were so lovely, and sent me a new burger free of charge. Very sweet staff, and the food was brilliant! Definitely will order again :x

Wow the nicest dirty fries iv ever had !! Amazing. It took a while for delivery but they were super busy, the delivery driver had so many bags to deliver from these guys. Fresh food, a little note from the restaurant thanking me for the order. Iv now orderd for a second time tonight. Im not keen on burgers from any establishment but the burger was delicious.You definitely wont be disappointed.

Amazing jackfruit burger (ordered on deliveroo). As a veggie who’s not a fan of the fake meat burgers, this is a game changer! Can’t wait to try the others. Also the hand written thank you note and fortune cookie were a nice touch!

This food isnt your average beyond burger, its extremely delicious fried chicken style jackfruit. The best jackfruit Ive ever eaten. The poutine fries are 10/10 too.

The burgers are great, even with deliveroo really fresh and tasty. The wings are tasty as well.Your Cajun fries are always a let down though. They are always dry and soggy. In the restaurant or deliveroo too. I really like your place but can you please make some decent fries. 🙋‍♂️✌️

Missed the review pop up on deliveroo and wanted to leave a review somewhere in response to the wicked customer service I received tonight. An item that was out of stock was mistakenly still on deliveroo so they called me straight up and we swapped the item. They sent me double the portion of the replacement and threw in some chocs. Really awesome. Also delicious festive burger as well as the usual items I regularly order. Cheers v much! Indie food joints FTW.

Absolutely fantastic vegan and veggie food at this place. The kind of guilty pleasure food you crave when you go vegetarian: burgers, wings, tons of sauce and fries with all the extras: vegan cheese, fake bacon, guac!! Plus the staff are so so so lovely.

I had a burger which was delicious, fresh and huge. Dirty fries were loaded with flavour and the wingz were absolutely lush.. crispy.. tasty.. and the sugarcane bone is a nice little addition. Nice to receive the food in cardboard containers which is great for the environment. We got a surprise little Coconut Collaborative chocolate pot with our delivery which are my favourite deserts and yoghurts! If you are looking for filling vegan food that doesnt scrimp on flavour then I would recommend Biffs.

Outstanding Vegan Food ExperienceReviewing the takeaway pop up experience currently available during lockdown in Glasgow, I was BLOWN AWAYI have reviewed many vegan experiences worldwide, and this off the cuff Deliveroo order turned out to be up there with the very best of them.Special mention has to go to the Vegan Jackfruit Wings, which feature a (surprisejackfruit spike running through the centre to create that ‘off the bone’ wings experience that make them worthy of the name.The Buff fries are also very well balanced in both flavour and sauce amount.Overall a real stunner!

So Ive had Biffs several times before at Boxpark and Vegan Nights etc and really loved it, and despite really enjoying it at Brewdog it wasnt necessarily what I was expecting.⁠⁠We went for brunch so no comment on the lunch menu but it was more heavily seitan dishes etc than jackfruit options. I find seitan etc really heavy so would have more inclusion of the namesake in the brunch specials. Overall v happy to munch, big portions and good value.⁠⁠🍗 JACK N WAFFLES⁠Classic biffs jack wings which are lush, nice crisp outside yummy textured jackfruit inside wrapped around a sugar cane stalk. Not enough of these per portion (2imo but yum with the waffles, maple syrup, hot sauce and bacun. Salty and sweet with a kick, SOLD.⁠🥦 8/10 💸 £10⁠⁠🥔 BACUN BLUE HASH BROWNS⁠The PINNACLE of the meal. Taking hash browns (every rational humans FAVOURITE potato form), add some oozy gooey vegan blue cheese and a big dollop of sticky sweet Bacun jam and tbh Ill have to change my knickers. The food that turned me vegan!!Absolutely LOVE Biff’s! The burgers are awesome, and even if you are a seasoned meat eater, you won’t be disappointed by any of them (although we had The Father Jack). No visit is complete without a round of jack wings!

The food is delicious and the meal deal is really good value for money. It was our first time there and the server was super helpful in telling us what was popular, what they recommended and what level of spice everything was. I cant wait to return on my next visit and try even more of their great food!

Nice concept and certainly gives any non-meat eaters a chance to flavour the textures of what wings and meat burgers would be like. We ordered 2 PC wings (jack fruitand the burger lunch box. Food looks great. Texture of the wings were similar to chicken and it even had a "bone" in them. As for taste really couldnt taste anything other than the crunchy bread crumbs. Just a bit bland if there wasnt any sauces and for £6 for 2 pc. I expected better. As for the burgers. Very sizeable and nicely put together. Overall I just found this a bit too pricey for what it was. £10 for burger and fries. What did they think they are serving here - meat burgers!. Its worth a visit but would I go again.. probably not

Amazing! The food is delicious and the kids loved it too. It’s great to enjoy dirty vegan food when you’re out and about and i never knew how tasty jackfruit really was until I tried the wings. Loaded fries are amazing also. Well done guys. We will be back. Please open up in Birmingham. We have a huge vegan/veggie community.P.S Boxpark is not particularly great for kids in the evening. So I would suggest getting there early if you have kids.

My daughter and I planned our vegan food tour of London, after following Biff’s Jack Shack on IG! We loved everything about it! Located in the trendy Shoreditch neighborhood, it’s on the upper level at Boxpark. We ordered our food and found seating at an outdoor table...there’s a bar & a DJ!! Our food came out, and we dug in! Yum!! The burgers were full of sloppy goodness (extra napkins please), the fries were perfect and the wingz were delicious! Just writing this is making me hungry! Keep cooking up fantastic vegan dirty comfort food! We will definitely see you again, the next time we are in London! Well done!

this stuff is soooo good guys!! The wings were so tasty and everything is super flavoured. My sister and I shared the Father Jack burger, a try of 4 different flavoured wings and the chilli cheeze fries. I’ve never tried jackfruit cooked like this and the way they’ve used jackfruit here is so impressive. Love love love 💚PLUS the Walthamstow location is in an eat17 store which has so many good vegan products there. Highly recommend a visit to everyone

Fairly average "chicken" burger. Wasnt expensive, although it didnt include chips.

Okay Place. Unfortunately super oversalted/spiced only warm (not hot nor crispyfries. Burger without a highlight. Buns was the best part (great bunof it, fill-Ingredients were without taste, the patty like a fatty „veggies-burger“ ...Wings we’re really good though.Would go back for the wings, but not for the rest.BUT I honestly believe and hope, that they’re working hard on Standards etc and are willing to improve/grow 😊. If it is as it is, it’s also okay. But I will not come back then.

Service was nice and the food was amazing. Chips could be a bit fresher and crisper but the burgers were delicious. Definitely one to take your non veggie friends to in order to show what vegan food should taste like. Will update once I try the wings, which are also apparently brilliant.

If I could give no stars, then I would have done so. Got the £10 tower burger which fell apart after one bite, with a very thin over cooked stiff round bit of jackfruit in the middle that I had to remove, just so tasteless and ridiculously over loaded in mayonnaise! Very disappointed. I also noticed the hygiene in the kitchen as its an open plan and looked messy/untidy.

Good vegan food. Love jackfruit. However, Tower Burger at £10. Tastes good but overpriced. Too much in it, structural integrity of the burger comprised. Breaks apart relatively easily to make an almighty mess. Hashbrown unnecessary. Go for regular burger, or spicy SamHell Jackson.

Vegan wings are so good, better than others I’ve tried elsewhere. Loaded fries are also a must. Prices are ok for the area, soft drinks are a little expensive though, maybe bring your own water.

My experience with this place was very disappointing- food was boring and extremely greasy. Wings were tasteless and so overpriced (£6 for 2 wings?!and the burger was dripping with oil. Being prepared for vegan junk food I were still shocked how junky it was. There are so many nice places in Boxpark that I could kick myself for trying something new.

Im giving BJ a five star rating because as a meat eater I really enjoyed the Jackfruit wings. But I loved the regular chips that is served on the side. My only critic is that the chips was hotter when served. But thanks nonetheless.

A M A Z I N G !!Insane burger, had the triple decker with fried cheeze, potato rosti, fried jack fruit, bacun etc. And it’s up there with the best burgers of all time.

Have been serving fun vegan food around London for a while and finally have a fixed location to review! Jackfruit is an amazing ingredient for vegan food, especially as an alternative to seitan, and Biffs Jack Shack shows it off better than anybody! Also ordered Deliveroo from here and it was just as good as eat in.
