Loved this place.This place is really very very beautiful.On the way to this place you will find that the road splits into two ways if you follow the left one you will reach Bhimbandh,its a very big area where you can find swimming pool, children park,a house where you can stay but for that you need permission from the officials,you will also find a pond of boiling water.And if you follow the right one you will find a river which splits into two,from one part only cold water comes and from the other one very hot water comes,remember taking some clothes with you so that you can enjoy taking a bath there.You will love this place.

The famous picnic spot in munger district. During december and january month everyone is very excited to visit this place. The spot is surrounded by the forest and mountain. One of the best part of this place is hot water spring which is great and magical part the nature and it is rare in Bihar.

Bhimbandh wildlife sanctuaryis a tiger reserve which is situated at bhimbandh gangta & is also picnic spot.It is very famous for hot water sulphur spring (pond).During the winter you can get a natural hot water bath here. It is observed that the water can boil eggs & rice. So it will be a great pleasure of visiting here.There is a very well arrangement by tourism department. Good place to hangout with family. Hot water streamline and ponds can be enjoyed in winters.Only problem is no proper arrangement for washroom. And also check for weather in situation of rain no arrangement to save your head.

Bhimbandh Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the Wildlife Sanctuaries in Bihar and it is located in south west of Munger district. According to legend, Bhima one of the pandavas had constructed a dam (Bandhhere and therefore it is called Bhimbandh.

It was very fun to enjoy hot spring there..environment was clean and soothing..there was also tree house present..every flower and leaves there was fresh and provide magical experience..washrooms were clean..rest house was also present if you wanna stay..overall it is a great place to visit with family and friends.

It is located in the south west of Munger district. It is situated at a distance of 56 km from southern border of Munger, 20 km from Jamui Railway Station and 200 km from Patna Airport.It is situated south of the Ganges River, at the northern edge of Chota Nagpur Plateau and west of Santhal Pargana. it is surrounded on all sides by densely inhabited non-forestry areas. In the valley portions and at the foothills are several hot springs of which the finest are at Bhimbandh, Sita Kund and Rishi Kund. All the hot springs maintain nearly almost same temperature all year round. Of them, the Bhimbandh springs have the hottest temperature.There are number of places of tourist interest near the Sanctuary, including Rishi Kund, Sita Kund, Ha-Ha Punch Kumari, Rameshwar Kund, and Kharagpur Lake.

Bhimbandh springs have the hottest temperature (52 °C to 65 °C)The main animals found at Bhimbandh Wildlife Sanctuary are tigers, panthers, wild boars, sloth bear, sambar deer, chitals, four-horned antelope and nilgais. However, the sanctuary is more famous for its bird life rather than the land animals. It is home to more than 100 species of resident birds, which stay here all year around. The number increases in the winter migratory season when there is an influx of birds from the Central Asia region.Bhimbandh. Is not a safe place for Tourist (Nuxal) landmine and others activities reported there.

I have visited this place on 1 January 2018.It is very beautiful place for picnics purpose.It has 2 hot water ponds and 6 to 7 hot water stream . Schedul tribes who lives in here and some tourists have cooked rice and boiled eggs on the help of hot water stream.

I have visited this place on 16th Dec 2017. No, Wildlife Sanctuary is there means no wild animals like Leopard or Jackal or bla bla bla...Though, we have enjoyed a little in the stream of luke warm water which is actually present approx. 500 m away from that Hot Water Stream. Enjoyed there, but THIS PLACE IS FOR ONE TIME ONLY.
