Has high potential for becoming "The Boutique Hotel of Choice".Significant investment has gone in to put in the infrastructure.Opportunities exist in the area of service delivery. Very enthusiastic staff, however organizational framework necessary to translate to excellent service delivery is lacking.The hotel can easily become a 5* if management can partner with an experienced service provider that can bring in necessary organizational framework and business traffic
