Was from out of town. My Dad told me about that place. Was so good 😋. Service was excellent also...🤓👍

They had great standard breakfast food options like toast, eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffles. They say that they make food like what America was like before fast foods became a big deal, but despite saying that they still made our food pretty fast for 4 people which was about a 15 minute wait. Overall 4/5

The food was great as always. My taco salad was delicious and more then enough to fill me up.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but the food was horrible. I ordered the steak and eggs; the steak was sliced in 3 different places making it terribly dry, the potatoes were thinly sliced with the consistency of chips, but were swimming in oil. I mean I forked some potatoes and oil dripped on to the table. The steak was of the cheapest quality; that being said the staff was nice, courteous and attentive, but the kitchen staff clearly are inexperienced or dont have the basic culinary skills.

The eggs and potatoes were delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are huge and very sweet.

Excellent food, reasonable prices. Large portions, if youre not a hearty eater share an order. Wait staff is very attentive and friendly.

Great experience here today! Food and service top notch. Took home one of the last of 40 homemade sweet rolls.

The food was delicious! And the coffee was pretty good too! And I love that they have a couple tables outside. I just got a la carte bacon and eggs but they were cooked perfectly. My husband got some protein items and also some fruit and the fruit was fresh and flavorful. Service was awesome- the woman who helped us saw us outside and came out- we didnt have to go in to announce our presence. She was thorough and attentive. Their house-made salsa is also excellent.

We’re big fans of locally owned diners and try to find one in every town we visit.One of our favorite dishes is Hamburger Steak and Betty’s so far is the Best!Excellent meal, just like Mom’s!

We are from out of state and had stayed overnight in Vernal to visit Dinosaur National Monument. Betty’s is a sweet and small restaurant with country decor and wonderful service. Erin kept our coffee mugs full and brought out the most delicious food. I ordered the breakfast skillet and it was fantastic. The pork chop, eggs, and fried potatoes were cooked perfectly and everything tasted homemade. You will not be disappointed!

My favorite is the potatoes, biscuits and gravy!! I’ve known this family my whole life and they are wonderful people!!

Home cooking! This food is so good(and the servings were so largethey need a warning label! Get the biscuits… get the ham steak( a real steak!. Oh and the sausage patty was some of the best I’ve ever had. Amazing. Great service, great hometown diner.

We ate breakfast there July 19, & the waitress was awesome, food very good! Lacy was so friendly & very attentive & we enjoyed her conversation The absolutely best thing was their cinnamon buns, which are hand made We shared part of it this morning for breakfast & I can say it’s the best cinnamon bun I’ve had since I left PA 42 years ago & moved to Texas

The service was good and the food was just ok. I ordered the two eggs breakfast and the potatoes were cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. However, the cinnamon roll was really good. Its a cute cafe and Id give it another try if I were in the area.

Unless youre local you wont get served right away they tend to take care of them first thats why they got one star from me but to be honest the food was good but definitely good old boys and good old girls get served first

Great service, good quality food (large portionsin a timely manner. Drove through and stopped here would come again. They also have a small patio you can sit with your dog.

I think I would have given it 5 stars except for my eggs and fried potatoes were swimming in oil! Not very healthy. Lots of eye candy here LOL. All the waitresses were friendly, professional, and very pretty.

My wife and I were in Vernal in mid-May 2022 because it was the closest town to Dinosaur National Monument and Flaming Gorge. We had breakfast here two times and the food and service were excellent. We especially loved the ham steaks!

First time there. It was very crowded but we got a seat as soon as we walked in. Food was great and the service was very good. The wait for the food was a little longer than normal but it was understandable.Well be back for sure

Even after the remodel they are serving the same quality breakfast that they have been providing for years. Best breakfast in town.

Ryan and crew you impressed my parents which is very hard to do. Thank you for making there day, they loved the mushroom burger and fries. They was still telling everyone this morning about how great the food was.

Terrific breakfast! Biscuits and gravy with the added sausage was awesome. Probably some of the best sausage Ive ever had. Fried potatoes are excellent. Really nice staff. Highly recommended eating here. Next time through vernal we would come back. Really good.

Is great place to eat nice portions shins theres 2 girls at work there I work there nice 1st time here time here. Small and cozy not fast food not fast food but not a Dennys definitely a lot better. I would highly recommend

Had a great breakfast!Super friendly atmosphere.Huge portions!!My chicken fried steak came on its own plate!!Also had a 56 Chevy wagon in the parking lot. A dog was chilling on top of its owners truck...classic.

This place has great service, great food, and huge servings for the price. My chicken fried steak breakfast was HUGE.Highly recommend!

The biscuits and gravy were great! They were out of blueberry pie so I was bummed. But I love Wheres Waldo so they won me over with their menu.

This is a little gem. It’s very small inside and does get busy, but it’s worth the wait. The serve a classic breakfast with delicious pancakes, and perfect breakfast potatoes. Highly recommend!

Such a cute place for breakfast and lunch! Super friendly staff, the cinnamon rolls are huge, and biscuits are nice and buttery. My veggie omelet was delicious and my son enjoyed his chicken fried steak. Great service!

Good food and the staff and owner were absolute Angels!! Bathroom was at the back of the building and didnt have locks but were still usable. Would suggest bringing a buddy to watch the door for you.

Exceptional have to go.Owners of the place are the cooks greeters waiters and find time to mingle with the customers. Very pleasant place with great atmosphere good homecooked food

This is THE place to go for a delicious, hearty breakfast! Really enjoyed our meal here. Our kids loved it, the portions were plenty big. Seemed like real food made in a real kitchen, which we loved. Our family of 5 ate breakfast here for around $40. Definitely recommend breakfast here. I assume the rest of their food would be pretty good too, but I havent tried it... yet!

Breakfast and lunch was good, very fluffy pancakes. The short stack is more than enough. The service was friendly and quick.

We are travelling through Vernal and looking for a hearty breakfast. Had breakfast here based on the google reviews and it was fantastic, the chicken fried steak was so huge the leftovers will make another meal. The omelet was also great. Id recommend stopping in for a bite.
