Only had a very basic meal for our stopover as the towns alternative coffee shop was not able to serve us.Place seems nice and the owner seems to be genionly interested in providing a good service.

This little oasis in the middle of nowhere is worth a visit. The hosts are great and have a lot of information about the surrounding area. The accomodation is fantastic. While Bethanie is "off the beaten track" its a stunning place with very little around.

On our way from Grunau to Namib Naukluft Reserve we got hungry and found this little hotel in Bethanie. We arrived unannounced in the middle of the day. Dorette greeted us wit a smile and prepared the most amazing breakfast which we enjoyed in the serene dinning area overlooking a beautiful garden in the middle of nowhere. Thank you Dorette for your hospitality and friendliness. All the best to you and Lambert.

What a surprise! We stayed over for 2 days in December 2019 and was treated like royalty. Pieter the host was excellent and went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. The food prepared on site in their kitchen was amazing. The guesthouse has AC rooms, very good beds and excellent bar/lapa area. The surrounding landscape is a site to be seen. Well worth the stay.

Very nice place with lovely owners. Dont miss out on dinner, its really tasty!Rooms are nice as well and theres even a pool table. Would come back in a heartbeat if I need accommodation there again.

The atmosphere and quality of services was good ..the establishment have a home away of home vibe and with the relaxing atmosphere and quality service from management and staff that catered all our needs was good. I sugest the place for anyone wishing to travel that side.. will sure advise a return trip...
