Very quiet hotel and affordable price

It is a large but also very empty hotel. Maybe because of I didnt visit during the season. Good location and many parking areas... The room, cleaning, breakfast are successful and the people at the reception are polite. Wifi is generally problematic, spa is expensive. In addition, they demanded all the money at the entrance even before settling in the hotel. This is the first time I had to make such a payment.

Good place to stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and good coffee shop. But the location is the main issue. Theres nothing near it or in walking sight. You will need to walk around 20 mins to reach anything.

Run down, poor service. Scary neighborhood, packs of dogs and packs of people at night. The gun fire was not a bonus, And the mosque next door is not sleep sensitive.

We booked the honeymoon suite for one night. The hotel was nice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the front staff were really nice and helpful.

This hotel has 5 stars but I cannot understand how they got these stars. The rooms, main and a la carte restaurant is very dirty. When I checked in to the room, there was a dead bug in the shower floor, there were stains in the side tables of the bed. The room was cleaned very badly. During breakfast, I saw a waiter pouring back the waste water to the tank of the tea machine. The tables of a la carte restaurant were nearly never cleaned. I was seeing the same dirty table cloth from the day before when I go there next day. And about covid precautions, even the manager of the hotel was walking in the lobby without wearing a mask, so dont expect them to ask guests to wear a mask. So, it was my worst hotel experience and I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness and covid every second I spent there.One last thing, please look at the photos I uploaded. I ordered the beef looking at the photo in the menu but a plate is served with 2 so small beef pieces with no sauce but with the liquid coming out of the meat and fries instead of baked potatoes. The price was also ridiculously high for these toooooo small pieces.

A very very bad experience, dishonest, disrespectful, and cheaters staff be aware. Rooms are not clean, very bad room service they won’t answer your order, I would never recommend this hotel and I will never come back. Also bringing food for outside is not allowed they will throw your food in the garbage.

I am reviewing the spa facilities as we came for a spa day. Firstly the hotel itself is very nicely built and in great shape as it is new. The spa facilities also make a great first impression, although we encountered some technical problems. Whereas the steam room and sauna on the mens side were working, my wife found they were switched off on the womens side. An employee came to correct this problem promptly, but in the meantime we tried using the mens sauna together. Compared to other saunas we have used in the past, this one was too hot to bear. In order to cool ourselves off, we tried to use the bucket of water with the ladle, but the ladle was so hot we scalded our hands. We used the mens steam room instead. However, something missing from this spa is water dispensers for guests. It wouldnt take much for them to put water dispensers next to the saunas.The pool and jacuzzi are very nice, with intimate lighting. Considering the reasonable price, we will probably return.
