Beautiful hotel, with a somewhat posh feel, in the heart of downtown Helena. Very nice, modern rooms with a full wall of windows which was lovely. Comfortable bed with luscious bedding!Pool area was nice and clean. Pool was warm, a pleasant surprise since most are slightly cool. Very comfortable chairs in the pool area which made our pool experience relaxing for everyone. Hot tub had jets but not with enough force to create bubbles on top like most hot tubs.Breakfast was good with a huge variety!Something worth mentioning... Our room appeared very clean except the sides of the toilet, near the floor, which had urine splashes and dust that didnt appear to have been cleaned for at least the past 2-3 guests. Thats assuming they all splashed lots which isnt usually the case.If this review was helpful, give me a like.Name-Gilpin

Five stars plus. Top two hotels Ive ever been to. Great efficient staff, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was spacious and immaculate and clean beyond my expectations. Another thing is location, location, location, you cant beat it. A REAL KEEPER!!!!!!!!!! 👍😃

We had a fabulous experience during our stay. We reserved a mini-suite, and it was larger than I expected. There was excellent lighting, sometimes the rooms tend to be dark, but it was not the case at this hotel. The bathroom had a light over the shower, which is nice. I appreciated the ample supply of bath soaps in the dispensers as I have long hair and usually have to request extra conditioner. There was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, along with an iron and a full-sized board. There were two robes for us and the towels were ample size and soft.The mattress was extremely comfortable, and we both slept well. The breakfast was incredible. Fresh cracked eggs, cooked oatmeal, fresh yogurt parfait, also choices of chobani yogurt, muffins, etc. One day there were both smoked sausage and sausage links, and the next day was ham slices and sausage links. Rosemary potatoes (not soggy hash browns. Eggs were well-cooked, not runny. Pour your own waffles and pancakes, various types of toast, bananas, and three choices of fresh coffee, apple, and orange juice. Oh! and there was fresh salsa and cheese for the potatoes and eggs.The front desk was very polite and accommodating. There were several luggage carts for use. The place is a little challenging to find, but google maps led us right to the front entry. It is a bit tucked away, and you dont see it until you are right upon it. Its located in a shopping mall area, so you have to get a parking pass, but there is ample parking nearby on a holiday weekend. We arrived at 3 pm on a Saturday and had no issues.The hotel is about a 1/2-mile walk to the historic part of Last Chance Gulch. Walkable for many, but not for everyone. There is a carousel and ice cream very near the hotel, but it is not open on Sundays. There is also a brewpub a very short walk away, but we did not eat there.We will definitely stay here again when we return to Helena.

They got me in my room early, so I can cha ge for wedding ! Love that! Front desk person was awesome! I finally got some sleep! Room was 10plus. If I come back to Helena I will stay there for sure! Thank u!

Great place to stay. Staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Located near the Carousel.

This motel was one of above-average places of stay. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, loved the services they provided during my time here. The rooms were super clean, very homey with a very relaxed atmosphere. Their breakfast is top-notch. Only downside was the parking, I had a motor- coach bus so it wasnt easy to get in and out. I had to park my bus two blocks away. It would be so perfect if it wasnt for the big vehicle I was driving.

We spent three nights here back in June. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice and very helpful staff. What really stood out to us was during our stay they had a power outage and the front desk staff were inundated with some very unhappy patrons and managed the situation perfectly, maintaining their professionalism. They offered us a discount for the night we were there and ended up comping the night.They really managed an explosive situation very well. Well definitely be staying the next time we travel through Helena.

This Best Western in Helena is more upscale! The king bed was literally so comfortable I was sad I only had one night there :(! The very courteous and professional staff, along with the rooms, were top notch. Even the complimentary breakfast was of good quality and tasty. The location next to the gulch was helpful, just a short walk. I’d easily stay again—the attached steak restaurant nailed the medium rare in the baseball sirloin. With prices on chain hotels in Montana *easily* hitting the $200 mark as a baseline nowadays—this one at least felt worth it!

The hotel is worlds above what a normal Best Western is in my experience. Beautiful clean rooms, nice renovation, wonderful staff.I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here with 2 quick caveats. The mattress on one of the beds had a hole or valley to sink into and the breakfast could use a little help, very limited selection and the scrambled eggs are a hard pass. If you can look past those two things, its a great place to stay with great amenities.

I loved my stay in Helena. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. It is in a great location too. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby/lounge reading a book before bed. It was really quiet and cozy.

Best customer experience I have had in a long time, the bed alone has given me the best test in a long time, hands down. I have have felt at home and greatly appreciated every time I walk in the front door. I am greeted by the most friendly attitude by every staff member no matter the shift. A special thank you to the following for going above and beyond; Justin, Robert, James, Shanara, Arron, and especially Sarah she has made my stay feel welcome.

Extremely friendly staff. We assumed that the couch was a hide-a-bed it was not. The front door staff sent up a portable bed and assured us that it would be comfortable, and the bed was in the room before we made it up stairs. That bed was extremely comfortable, and the desk staff called up about 30 minutes later to ensure that everything was okay. The pool was a little creepy, kinda reminded me of The Shining, if twins popped out of a corner I swear I would have screamed.. The hotel is in the old part of town in an amazing location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Justin and Dan provided outstanding customer service. I recently had knee surgery and have a handicap placard but was unable to use the two spots behind the conference center as they were already filled. Dan was kind enough to find convenient parking for me. Justin was very helpful and accommodating as well. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and friendly.
