Best Western Plus Moncton in Moncton

Hotel inside is outdated and looks run down. Entire place needs a deep clean. Places in our room had dust and have not been wiped down before. Bathroom sink and tub were not draining properly, the water would pool near the drain and take awhile to drain. Shower curtain had mould growing.Breakfast 4/5. Eggs, sausage, French toast, yogurt, coffee, fruit.Friendly staff at hotel.

Its sad to say but Best Western Moncton is no more like it used to be, its starting to be rundown like most of the chain hotels in the maritimes. The staff is very friendly and kind. But the main turn offs is that id not maintained like it used to be. The shower curtain is mouldy, the carpet is sticky, you can see hand prints on the bed headboard, habd prints on the desk, dusty. Second we went up the stairs to go to our room, the stairs is completely filthy. Went to the pool, the filtration is definitely not working because there is no circulation of the water and the water is very cold. Never had breakfast this morning here but i cant wait to see what will be my experience tomorow morning. Ive been coming here here for more than 15 years every summer, since i was a teenager, every summer, but this was my worse experience here. It is not very covid friendly. It was never this bad, it used to be very clean, but seriously i dont know if i am ever coming back again next year and even in the future.

A good place to stay when on a budget.Situated centrally in Moncton and close to everything.The rooms were nice and clean with a good bathroom.Parking is free as is expected and it was ample.They have a very good warm breakfast served in house - the staff were great and constantly refilling.Our children enjoyed the pool though the water was a bit cold.Lot of families with kids were there - so if you have kids this is a good place

For a three star hotel, I thought it was really good. It had a decent breakfast, workout room and pool. The rooms were well laid out and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed here on two separate nights and have no complaints. Defiantly will be keeping this hotel in mind for future visits to Moncton.

Room is clean, however the tub is clogged. The location is very good. Outside in the common area it is a typical greasy Best Western property. The price is also good so not a bad choice on the road trip but maybe should not expect anything more from the property.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights here and it was great! The room we stayed in was slightly outdated but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom space was perfect as it was divided between the bedroom and living room space and the sink was separate from the shower and toilet and the living room space was ideal as we were traveling with a newborn. The service was great. The location was great. They had several options for room styles and the overall experience was great. Would highly recommend and visit again.

This was an excellent hotel that was extremely clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a great stay! There is a pool, fitness center, and a snack bar. The breakfast there was also amazing, it is from 6-10 I believe, there is yogurt, cereal, eggs, fruit, bacon, French toast, and much more. Overall it was an amazing stay, and I definitely will come back.

Our stay over this long may weekend wasnt as great as previous stays, their was loud people adult and kids running and talking in halls all hours of the night, tried to reach front desk for 15min before they picked up to notify them. The carpet was old looking, room had musty smell. On the plus side the breakfast was decent. But the room to eat in was so full of people.

Hotel was clean and the room was basic but fine. The room did have one annoying feature...it had a fire alarm over the bed with an extremely bright green light that light the whole bed up at night. Not sure I understood that.Finally I called down to alert front desk that my partner and I were both vegan and wondering if they would have anything for breakfast and was offered nothing but fruit. Its odd that hotels try to be environmentally friendly but cant put out plant based milk (soy or oatfor cereal or even have warm food like potatoes we could have eaten something. Disappointing.
