Bra läge och trevlig personal. Tyvärr saknas gym i byggnaden. Hotellet har avtal med friskis och svettis. Ok frukost. Mycket vänlig personal.

Toppenhotell med fantastisk personal. Bra läge mitt I Enköping.Lite trång parkering, men det finns betalplatser i kvarteren runt om.

Låg väldigt bra till i vackra Enköping, bra frukost. Parktåget var suveränt. Mycket god mat. Jättetrevlig räkkryssning med otroligt bra underhållning. Ett stort tack från quiz -vinnarna.

Trots att receptionen är bemannad dygnet runt går det tydligen inte att checka in efter kl 00? Trots lediga rum och möjlighet att boka via booking. Många mil och mycket tid helt i onödan.

De nya rummen är rymliga och bekväma.Central AC-system, tyvärr kan man inte reglera själv. Önskade tvn hade netflix/youtube eller möjlighet att "casta" från mobilen till Tv. År 2022!Frukosten var varierande och väldigt god. Gott med riktigt bryggkaffe!

Mycket trevligt hotell. Smakfullt stort rum med skön dubbelsäng. Svalt och skönt på rummet. Trevlig personal och en bra frukostbuffé med allt man önskar. Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaks 👍

Quiet hotel with nice restaurant. Rooms were a decent size and very clean. Staff were great...friendly and helpful. Wish there was a gym onsite or that the pool was operational. Only complaint was the shower was very small and the sliding door broke. Other than that, a nice spot to stay the night!

Nja. Väldigt trevlig personal och bra läge i stan och så, men inte direkt inspirerande rum, mitt var tveksamt städat men hyfsad frukost. Tyst och sköna sängar

Dåligt mottagande av personalen. Hotellet var fullbokat och restaurangen abonnerad, inga parkeringsmöjligheter. Svårt att ens höra vad de sade pga hög volym från gästerna. Samma sak på frukost, ett fruktansvärt väsen från samma sällskap. Inget av detta motsvarar det jag förväntar mig av en hotellvistelse. I övrigt ganska slitet men trots allt rent.

Vi var 22st som hade vårat Årsmöte där. Och hon i receptionen säger att baren är stängd!!!!!! Men sen visade det sig att de fick sälja öl från kl.11. Så där satt vi 22st törstiga hojåkare som fick nöja sig med vatten o kaffe. I övrigt var det helt ok, både rum och middag. Och baren var öppen på kvällen.

Helt ok bemötande, städning och frukost. Lyxigt bäddad säng. Saknade dock det lilla extra. De bäddade inte till/om inför natt två, vardagsrumsdelen av rummet hade kunnat varit mer bekväm.

Great hotel, arrived in the middle of the night and got great friendly service! I only was here for couple of hours for just sleeping and breakfast, but very good and friendly.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good location. If you are coming for the pool though dont, as they have not had one for 3 years approx. So I had to break the news to a disappointed 11 year old!... information needs updating, one of the main reasons we booked this over others!

Reception, the lobby bar and breakfast where the best things in this hotel. Room was terrible. No air condition, when i took a shower before going to bed the whole room was humid as hell. I had to open the window to get the humidity out even the temp was zero outside. My coworker said that she had a flirting toilet, everytime when she flushed the toilet it made a whistling sound. Sadly this is the only hotel in the town.

Outdated, loud & overpriced. The good thing was all the employees; very friendly and helpful.But this is definitely a hotel that I am going to skip next time.

Not prepared for summer. Doesnt have air conditioning or room service. All you get is the good will and attention of the wonderful and little staff. If you have a migraine, just count with the staff personal medicine, because the hotel will not help you. Terribly hot on summer. An oven.

This hotel is ancient and some parts have only been refurbished. Sadly they left the most important refurbishment required - the rooms. It must be said that the hotel has great potential being situated within the town centre and having a lot of rooms, I understand historically it was built to serve the Swedish armed forces then.Rooms are sufficiently clean but you do notice some old stains and in the room I was in, slight sewage smell lingers in the toilet. Bed was OK, but they had no blackout curtains so it was quite hard to sleep in the summer when its bright outside. No air-conditioning too, but theres a small heater near the window for winters. Most rooms (or maybe all roomsare situated with a window which might explain why no AC. But since the hotel is located right at a busy intersection, you can expect traffic noises which might be annoying to light sleepers. No toiletries provided and no laundry service but theres a washing machine and dryer which you can pay to use. Theres a bastu but I did not check that out. I heard theres a gym around the corner which guests may use but I didnt verify that with staff. Breakfast was standard European offering.Ultimately this is a no frills hotel where its unlikely to get many tourists venturing the area, and more likely for a night stopover for a clean bed and rest. If you have been staying in a comfortable hotel prior, you might be disappointed so dont bring any expectations along.I would have given the place 2 stars but the saving grace was the service from the staff. One lady (Ebbain particular stood out and she really went out of her way to assist me and other guests even though she was the only one at front desk. Service from breakfast was also nice.Finally I understand that they will likely improve the quality of rooms and interiors soon but until then, youve been warned.

The rooms are nice but nothing extra. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Also no fridge on room. The service is great and the breakfast is fantastic. It is by far the best place to stay in Enköping. Also the restaurant right behind the hotel called Cafe Samt is amazing.
