House keeping service was top notch.Also I was in love with their breakfast buffet.

Room quality: looks old & pale, but all things work perfectly.Hotel service: excellent.Location: close to the sea, but there are better locations at this price & quality.

Minimalist design room. Not a good place to stay for a sound sleep as it’s in front of the highway.

Its the best hotels in coxs. I felt absolutely secure not only that but also the service and the quality of the food is just awesome. ❤️ Placement of it is also very pleasant. Im very pleased with their behavior. I do prefer to stay in this hotel and feel the best atmosphere there .

it was really a wonderful hotel and One of the best hotels in Coxs Bazar in a cheap rate. Their buffet breakfast is just amazing! Variety of items and they are very tasty.

Rooms defiantly need dome TLC.Ideally located for the beach.

I selected the hotel over my usual place because it listed with a gym. Make no mistake, it NOT a gym. The room was okay, breakfast was good but I wouldnt do it again especially for the, so-called gym.

Best western hotel chain at Coxs bazaar. Overall my experience was not so bad, room service was beyond my expectations. Live music in lobby and round the clock food was awesome. But unfortunately their Airport pickup and drop service was unbelievable very poor because of they only offer shuttle service for their premium customer where discrimination is clearly visible if you compare to other same categorys hotels in Coxs Bazaar you will be welcome with free airport drop and pickup service. If you have their value added service for airport drop and pickup you may felt in hell because of poor maintenance car they assigned where Ac is not working.

Hotel is very nice . Neat and clean. Services were very good. Hotel staffs were very cordial. Location is very noisy and bad.

We made to check in after 2.00PM although it was a full booked and ppl were checking out.Requesting to take care this part except all are good to go.

Im really disappointed with their quality of services and maintaining cleanliness. Along with their buffet breakfast is frustrating! The food items were quite less. They have started compromising with their quality of food.

Giving 1star only because their kitchen and chef is good. Front desk was not helpful at all, we had booked a honeymoon surprise for a friend and they couldnt deliver. They were so clueless the front desk werent even aligned even after we had reminded them three times. The AC in one of the rooms wasnt working and even after repeatedly requesting them to fix it did not get any support. I have visited 2star hotels with better service than this place. They should be called only "Western Heritage" because nothing is even good about them let alone best.

The hotel has got good investment but unfortunately the craftsmanship while making was not good. There are lots of spots of bad craftsmanship in the furnitures and fittingsThe service is average Bangladeshi type and the comfort average too. Overall, value forMoney.

Good service, tasty food and a decent space to stay. Not worthy of spending a lot of money for a room as the beach view is not promising compared to other hotels. The hall rooms are great indeed. Their services are good too.

Overall their service was good. Rooms were accumulated with good facilities. Their air-conditioning system was incredible. Their rooms have adequate amount of space which is unlikely for many hotels. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Especially one should try their "sausage with cabbage" and the mixed fruit juice.

Lovely. Room space acceptable. Swimming Pool nice looking but boundary wall make a barrier to sea view. They have to think about it. And no service man available here. Food rate especially ground floor food shop need to reduce their Prices. Parking space reception area both are very good.Besides all thing, i really appreciate their buffet breakfast.Too many items and food quality is really really awesome. We much much enjoyed it.Overall i highly recommend this hotel for the high middle class tourist. Thank you

it was really a wonderful 5 star standard hotel in coxs bazar. stayed two nights there. got wonderful service from them. complementary breakfast was so good and the restaurant interior is also awesome. room condition is fresh and well decorated and big large size. air conditioning is also superb. the swimming pool is little bit small in size but overall oke with it. hotel lobby is really good and well decorated. outside look is also a beautiful architecture. view from the hotel room is wonderful both hill and sea side. also the garden area is very nice decorative and you can take picture or walk on the garden area of the hotel. comparing all its a great experience for me to stay there.

No airport pick up or drop off. The staff are nice, but a lot of waiting before check in. Lots of noise from road, pick north facing room. Pool is dirty. But the rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable.

- There were not toilet tissue in the toilet- Bad smelly room- Geyser was not working for both my room and my friends room. After complain they said it cant be fixed it will take about 1/2 hour to hot.- Some of the electric switch were broken and old.- The corridor were darkly- There is no swimming pool for kids

I would rate this hotel 9.5 Out of 10.And this is one of the Best hotels I Have stayed in so far. The Only thing they may have to improve is the training of staff on better cordial communication with guests. (Room Service Areaand (Lobby Area).

Good value for money. Not the best quality rooms, however the restaurant was very very good. Great food items at good prices. We also stayed at the Sayeman, and i preferred the a la carte restaurant at Best Western.

Experience was very good, one of the good side for me it was jus beside the bus stop, beach was only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we had a very clear sea view from our room. rooms ware big enough with comfortable beds, other related services was upto the mark, complementary buffet breakfast had lots of delicious items, and the restaurants ambiance was very beautiful, there is swimming pool along with a pool side juice bar, fitness center etc.Its surely a recommendable hotel

The hotel was overall decent. The room was big, reasonably clean. The staff were awesome and polite. The reception could be improved. The hotel has free wifi. The breakfast had a wide range of offering and the food was delicious. The pool area has a seating arrangement, however the sauna was closed for some reason. The reception lobby has live music in the evening and the ambience is great. I wasnt very happy with all the road noise coming into the guest room. I would have been given a higher rating for the hotel, had they installed some double glazed window to prevent loud bus horns coming inside the room throughout the day. It was difficult to sleep at night. Overall a pleasant stay, I would say!!

1. There are a few items in the menu, which are never available, for example Fish & Chips.2. They are not responsive even after multiple complaints. For example they put me in a room, and there were loud noise of repair work at night. Even after multiple requests to stop nothing happened till I wanted to leave the place.3 Apart from a few bad experiences the hotel is good to stay. The staff are warm.

A world class 5star Hotel. The role of this hotel is very much in the service of tourists in the tourist city of Coxs Bazar. The quality of service here is very good. Especially their food is very delicious. Their hospitality is better than many international standard hotels.

Stayed for couple of nights, must say their manager and staffs are really cordial and helpful. My 2 year old son got sick and i would never forget the kind of support i got from them. Stayed in a sea view room and one must surely like the view. You will have to walk for 3-5 mins to get to nearest Kolatoli point of the sea beach. They offer reasonable amount of options in the morning breakfast. There is a Swimming pool is on the top floor as well.

One of the best hotels in CoxBazar as 4 star rated. It’s situated just in front of Kalatali beach 🏖 . It’s a 14 story building hotel with a modern architectural design with large space. The room of the hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The room service is great. The reception area is big but not impressive, and even the reception counter is not impressive ( to me, could have been better).The breakfast lounge is so big and beautifully arranged. The breakfast 🍵 🍞 🍳 is enjoyable. The hotel is very close to the beach.

Room:Beds are very uncomfortable and extra soft. Looks like they need maintainance. Main room size is pretty small compared to the standard of the hotel and price.Food:Food is so far good. Buffet breakfast had good range of items.

On March 5th, 2022 my wife and I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. with our 3-year-old son. It was 4999 BDT package that I took. It was early in the morning and Id like to check in a little bit early if possible. But the front desk, on the other hand, was not very helpful. At 1:30 pm. I was able to check in. So it means, I had to wait for 6 long hours with a toddler. What a dreadful experience. Another concern was that they turned off the air conditioning at 3 a.m. in the morning for no apparent reason. When I phoned room service a few times, they stated it was just standard maintenance. Im not sure how a four-star hotel can pull this off.The worst part is yet to come. In this particular hotel, I have seen a lot of discrimination is visible. This hotel is only for rich people. If you have money and choose to stay upper category room in this hotel they will treat you like a king. But if you take their budget category rooms, you are about to experience discrimination against in every way. For example, when I requested for green tea bag, I was told that this service was only available to upper-class category rooms. What can I say? Ive stayed in a lot of hotels in Bangladesh, but Ive never encountered this kind of conduct in any of them. As a result, I checked out the next morning.Without a doubt, this is a hotel that I will never suggest to my friends and family.

Stayed here for 2 Days. Quite Corporate style & Staffs were really well mannered and helpful as well. Swimming pool on the roof top. No outsiders welcomed. 4 out of 5 for overall. Might check In soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check out time was 11am, too early. We were in a group, most of the rooms have Weird toilet smells. Some rooms don’t have balconies, has strong cigarette smells. Bit far from the beach.Lobby is quite good.

Great place to stay.Actually I was about to leave 5 *But thought about rooms for improving.-Pool need to be opened for at least 11-12PM-Pool need warm water too (in this weather)-Food need little improvement-Housekeeping need to be improvedOtherwise-Neat and clean-Doesnt feel overcrowded though hotel was full-Buffet BF was great though need more food options-Room was pretty good with balcony, has a slight view of beach from all balconies-Overall I loved the place-Location is also fantastic (at the heart of kolatoli).
