Best Western Aspen & Apartments in Sale

Terrible experience! Best Western continues to take the review down somehow. A/C was separated from the wall exposing the outside. The carpet was soaking wet from the unit leaking. The room wasn’t properly cleaned with soiled bed skirts. The side entrance wouldn’t lock- allowing anybody to walk right on in. The bathroom had a blood stain on the framing. The tub was filthy and are view was stacks of old mattress looking out from Room 227. Do better Best Western!

Giving 2 stars since the front desk clerks were nice, the breakfast was decent and the room was quiet. Our room was not clean. It looks like someone just came in, changed the sheets and put new towels. We had to take the bed skirts off of both beds because something nasty looking was spilled down the sides of both of them. Our toilet seat was cracked/broken and there was a vape pod left on the floor. Disgusting!

A/C doesnt work properly. Was told if we leave due to we will be charged full price, also they are full and we are SOL. Ive had better rooms for 1/2 the price. Also the "free" laundry, cost $1.50 / machine/ load.

The main coffee maker in the breakfast area was out of coffee and the woman working behind the desk acted like she couldnt care less. She told me that the guy who comes in in an hour probably knows how to make more coffee, but she doesnt. Really? A continental breakfast with no coffee? I can find some coffee somewhere, but I sure dont need a front desk employee giving me attitude at 7am.

I travel sometimes as many as 5 days a week for work. For the longest time Best Western was my choice of hotels. Prior to this day all the Best Westerns Ive stayed at have been pleasant, clean, quiet and have treated me well. Now I will admit this hotel was pleasant clean and quiet. We have a business account that we use for our hotel stays but we are often asked to use a personal card for incidentals. After I checked out of the hotel I noticed that I had pending charges on my personal card for every day that I stayed there so I called the hotel and inquired and was met with a rude front desk employee who told me to call back when my charges post to dispute them since they were just pending. I advised her that I wanted to prevent them from pending even though the pending charges being held from my bank. I was trying to inquire as to why my personal account was being charged as well as my business account the lady at the front desk could not provide me answers but instead referred me to a manager who she stated was not working that day. I never got a call from the manager I had to go through corporate who advised that all the Best Westerns are independently owned. Corporate contact at the hotel and advised that they needed to get in contact with me and the hotel manager left a message with corporate stating that they tried but they got a voicemail that was not set up. I asked corporate to confirm with the hotel what number they had and the hotel admitted that the number that they called was my business account customer service not my actual phone to this day I have not had a phone call an apology or an explanation from the hotel. They did finally reverse the charges but only after my money was held hostage for a week. My call originally was just simply to inquire why my personal card was being charged to which nobody could offer an explanation or even have the decency to call me back with an explanation. I get that mistakes happen, but when nobody will call you back you begin to think that this was done nefariously instead of accidentally. At any rate this Best Western has now made me a la Quinta fan as to now thats my new hotel choice. A simple phone call with an explanation and an apology could have resolved this whole issue but instead of the hotel chose to not own up to their mistake and either try and cover it up or just simply avoid the problem altogether and for that reason I cannot trust Best Western hotels anymore even though I know they are all independently owned this Best Western hardworking Best Westerns.

Had no issues with my visit. We checked in late due to travel times. Our check in went quickly. Room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. They offer eggs, sausage, buscuits and gravy, toast, yogurt, a pancake machine and of course juice and coffee. Location is close to multiple restaurants, Chilis is in the parking lot and many other options are near by. Quiet location. Would stay again.

I was in the presidential suite and the ac was out so the lady at the desk moved me to a new suite, both rooms were clean and very comfortably set up.Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Clean hotel. Was pleasantly surprised with this location. Only downfall is there is very limited parking and the neighboring parking lots have signs that state "No truck parking, Violators will be towed". We were told by a door dash driver waiting to pickup food next door that he has seen multiple times where large trucks have been towed from these lots.Large box trucks and trucks with trailers are not recommended to stay here just due to parking. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location is great, within walking distance to several restaurants and several stores are close by. The airport and water park are only minutes away.
