Buttermilk Chicken is good! Fair warning, the creamy beef bacon spaghetti is really really creamy. I preferred the taste of the buttermilk chicken better.

Ordee butter chicken here for dinner. Butter chicken is really nice, love the crispiness of the chicken batter. However, I wish the rice served was cooked well. It is a bit overcooked that night. Maybe that time only. My friend ordered mi rebus, Moi Porridge and aglio olio. It tastes good. Will come back for its dessert.

Everyones been raving for their butter chicken, but me, nothing comforts you like a great bowl of bubow! Its called Moi on the menu and this is my favourite. Forget about Bubur Ayam McD and try this instead. Nyums~

Service was almost nonexistent, you have to order food yourself, get the menu yourself. The workers went out to smoke a lot but food was nice. Would come again solely for the food if im ever craving butter chicken and the garlic bread is sooo good!!

Not attentive in taking order hence the ordered drink had to be reordered. Table and chairs are mostly required repairs. Dirty fans (especially the wall fansat the outdoor section. Leaking roof during heavy rain. A waiter didnt stop smokers smoking at the outdoor section even after I pointed it out. I asked another waiter and only then he did. The sad part was, I think they (the smokersare working there. I hope Berts can take these feedbacks positively for their own good. As for me, Im not going back unless theres apparent improvement.

Come here for Creamy Butter Chicken, paired with Caramel Latte. My tongue say Yes! This is one of the best Butter Chicken I ever taste. But I think they should improve their services, smile more and greet customer would be nice.

bought my families includes my grandma and aunties, which are elderly people that use wheelchair and once enter the shop, the staff totally ignore them (one is playing phone and another is busy to eat(the shop was not so crowded at that time), not even show us the seating, doesn’t show any respect to elderly people. This attitude make us cancel our plan to eat there.We want to support the business but seeing this kind of attitude from the staff..hmm

Careful. Dont expect too much. I went to the shope twice already. An they dont have stock for milk so they cant make mocha or any chocolate drinks. This is bad. I hate them so much.

This eating outlet gives you comfort, provides satisfactory ambience but price is slightly expensive as there are no value meals provided to enable patrons to save a bit on beverages.

The foods is nice, especially the creamy butter chicken is delicious. The owner and the staff there also nice and being polite with the customers.

Lovely buttermilk dishes. Other food is just as good too. Service depends on how packed the restaurant is but wont take too long. Mid-range price and good, warm ambiance. Staff are helpful, but could be a tad bit friendlier. Other than that, great parking and very accesible by cars.

I went to Berts yesterday, it was okay. Ordered Bolognese spaghetti for dinner, the portion is quite small but the taste was okay. I wish they would try to put more lights in the restroom area and put more effort in cleaning the restroom. As well as, try to clean up the tables right after the customers left.

Neighbourhood cafe. Simple menu. Good quality coffee. Price affordable considering the quality of food. Similar to your mum home-cooked food. Only if your mum cooks for you.

Saw a review about this cafe, went there for takeaway one of their Creamy Butter Chicken and I was not disappointed by it. The dish was superb, the gravy was thick and yes, creamy. The chicken pieces portion was quite generous, although in my pictures I have eaten some. Rice was in good portion, not too much and not too little, just nice. I ordered takeaway although I would be loving to sit at their cafe and enjoy myself a cup of joe. Their cafe is air-conditioned and the staffs are nice to suggest meals and their specialties. The cafe ambience is quite calm, of the fact their location is quite secluded and hidden from the main street though. Recommended for a small meetings, or for coffee-sipping sessions with friends.

Definitely the best butter chicken you can get in Shah Alam. No plain/hot water even you can see obviously the coway machine behind the cashier. And some of the staff look on high of something. Yeah something.

Best.Prove me wrong.Also, dont overlook their other delights and must have like their milkshakes, Mogambo and Peach tea and the absolutely amazing Meringue Sunday.Their menu might not be as big as in other restaurants but the quality is definitely above standard.Be aware they dont accept card payment but do have fave pay and boost.

Known for its chicken butter rice, totally worth it. coffees are great loving the ambience. suitable for small gatherings or reunions. lots of parking lots too!

A friend suggested the butter chicken dish here. The dish did not disappoint! Generous portions of chicken, crispy from the frying and bathed in the butter sauce. The on downside would be the time it took for the dish to arrive. It was pretty long, considering the fact that the restaurant was almost empty.

Slow service. Arrived first. Ordererd their signature dish. Then came 2 group of customers who happened to be ordered the same menu. I have to wait for 45 minutes!! When asked, the cashier gave a silly excuse, "we make it in one lump, easier.."..Go figure.Additional info: this comment is based on my visit on 4th January 2018, 3.10pm

Love the ambiance here. Their signature dish was creamy butter chicken rice. It was delicious but could be better if u add on some steamed broccoli to the dish and more cili padi. Haha. A sucker for spicy food. Typical of Malaysian. Pro: Though a bit small, they allocate a special sudut for children to play. I guess this is one of the charm of Berts . Cons:They could hv improved their service from order and pay at the counter to taking order at the table . Perhaps more staff in the next future. Looking forward to more menu in the future.

Berts is really known as one of the best cafe bcs of their chicken butter. Sedap sangat but a bit pricey. If Im not mistaken, harga for one plate chicken butter rice dia cost you RM15.90. Sekali sekala teringin boleh la bcs sedap!

A cozy cafe that serves delightful and delicious meals. The place is famous for its creamy butter chicken with rice and the recognition is well deserved. Had the Creamy Beef Pasta during my visit, and it was really good! Portion is also satisfying.

It would be worth eating over here if the price range is below RM 10 per dish. The food presentation (creamy chicken curry spaghetti and spicy squid spaghettiis quite bad, the vanilla milkshake (RM 13tasted like it was from RM 5 ice blended shop. I supposed the rating stated over here is so overrated that I need to review this restaurant--save your money and time or to lower down your expectations when you want to go here.

Berts is overrated. I dont understand the hype. Paid for a plate of spicy squid spaghetti but it would only make sense if the price was RM6-RM7 instead of RM15.90 because the food presentation was super lazy. Taste is 50-50, fortunately the squids were fresh. Vanilla milkshake was nothing special.The man at the counter seemed unfriendly, or maybe unhealthy, sort of. He spoke too slow, got me feeling quite irritated when ordering the food.One of the female staff bid goodbye when I was ready to leave, and thats the only reason why (besides fresh squidsI give 2-star instead of 1.If youre so picky with food like me, this cafe isnt a place for you. If youre easily satisfied, then maybe youll like it.I dont know if this cafes quality is really going down or theyre simply inconsistent on their food and customer service.

Food was good except for the Bolognese which had too much pepper. The ubi kayu generous. The roti jala good. The price for the drinks on the high side, RM8 for normal tasting ice lemon tea.

The food was 7-7.5/10. Will come again to try other food in the menu if Im in the vicinity. The ambience is ok... a small place. Should give this place a shot if you ran out of idea where to eat.

This place serves very good nasi lemak. Each comes with generous portion of sambal and 2 pieces of chicken fried to perfection. Other food are very nice as well, with reasonable pricing.

Cosy place with good vibes music at affordable price. Had the Cajun Prawn Fettuccine and it was really a hearty and creamy dish. The latte I had was well balanced and enjoyable.They serve local food and pasta dishes. No western dishes but hope they will expand their menu.

Deco is really nice but food is so-so. Butter chicken is good but the pasta was bland. Good place to hang due to the environment but dnt expect that much from the food.Ps : they gave 20% student discount

Went there for a buka puasa. The ambience of the restaurant is awesome, the price of the food are quite reasonable, and the butter chicken is to die for. Added with the freebies which are drinks, kurma, fruits, jelly and even bubur lambuk that are provided for us are great. Will definitely come here again soon. Keep up the good work 😁👍👍
