Benoni Café ເບໂນ່ນີ່ ກາເຟ in Vientiane

I have been eating at Benoni since I arrived in Vientaine; almost daily. The food is great and my usual waiter (Mr. Sing tois very nice and respecful. Thank you.

Good food and helpful staff

The café has a wide variety of rice and pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, cakes and a variety of beverages. Everything I ate tasted very good. You sit there air-conditioned and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Mr. Singhto tries very hard and also responds to special requests. You can communicate well there with English.

Glad that Benoni is back open. Very good menu selections and helpful. Only one comment about sandwich with the bread appearing to be neither fresh or properly toasted. Either is fine but in-between not so much. Mushroom soup delicious.

Decent coffee (but I prefer Joma next door for bakery produce).

I went there 4 times during my stay in Vientiane. Ordered a latte each time.You can go straight to the counter and order a coffee to-go, or sit down and theyll hand you a very comprehensive menu. Also tried the pad thai once which was pretty good.Friendly servers. Free wifi (ask for the password)! Very clean dining area and washroom. Theres a wine shop attached to the dining area.On my last visit, I brought my aunt and uncle. We were disappointed when we asked for an iced americano to be fixed (made strongerthat they charged us double the price without letting us know it would cost extra. Oh well. Id still go back for the latte.

We ordered the Beetroot Burger with Avocado Salad and Pumpkin Soup. Both dishes were very tasty. Soup was a bit of a small portion, but very tasty. So much choice on the menu - something for everyone.

Good place but lack of parking space

Nice typical Loas cafe with air condition. Very friendly staff, English is difficult for the staff. 2x very nice breakfast eaten.we took breakfast for 2 people for 98000 KIP = € 9.95 🤗👍👌🏼

Lovely place to sit down and have a good quality coffee or lunch with warm baguettes or even crispy duck. Friendly personnel, good food and reasonable prices.

Nice place to rest and dine on a hot day. Food is decent. Strong wifi and AC.I got khao soi. Note that Laos khao soi is different than Thai one ("same same, but different" concept). I had better ones from Laos night market, but still quite decent. Good size.

Many of the dishes here are just awesome. Delicious indeed. Try for example their chicken salad or single rice dish of any kind. Good service with friendly staff. Very good prices too.

Nice place, good breakfast - we went with the porridge oats, chocolate croissant, and tuna baguette, washed down with an iced Thai tea, and we weren’t disappointed. It’s not the cheapest place, but the bread and others were all delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating (my son wanted a glass of cold milk - not on the menu, but we were able to make it understood, and we duly got said milk). We’d definitely recommend it.

Long selection of Asian and Western food to choose from. Their desserts are good. For a charge, you can ask for extra toppings of meat - an option I like every restaurant to have 🤭. A bit pricey for the food youre being served, but its a given with places that come with AC and situated in prime location. Look out for their weekly specials.

For a taste of Italian cuisine, this restaurant is the place to go. The dishes are excellent and not too pricey. Freindly staff and possibility to eat any time of the day indoor with cool air conditioning or simply outdoor on the terrace and watch the world go by.

Used to like Benoni but feel like everything somehow is worst. Higher prices for less food, food less tasty and barely any meat. Sadly, I now avoid going here.Probably their coffee is still good. But I used to like their food a lot.

Open at 7am. I came at 7:30 and order "American breakfast".When served, both butter and jam were not available.When I asked, the answer was out. Only 30 minutes after open, butter and jam ran out. Salad was also served without dressing.Unfortunately I cant feel any hospitality from this Cafe.There are many other Cafe next to this one, so I strongly recommended to go other Cafe.

We stumbled upon this place on our first night as it was close to our hostel and we needed a quick dinner. Then we kept coming back!Very modern and chic. It offers amazing coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner (both Lao and westernat reasonable prices. The toilets are perhaps the best in SEA. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and English speaking. Free, fast Wi-Fi. We couldnt recommend it more.

One of the better restaurants / coffee shop around here with very reasonable prices. Great food and service, centric, clean restrooms and AC. You can hardly ask for more.

A decent place to have a meal in Vientiane. Free WiFi and no credit card surcharge. Staff speak some English. Prices are market average for restaurants popular among foreigners and tourists.

Staff polite and attentive. They serve the best Latte coffee in town. They offer good food and very tasty cakes. A little more expensive but if you want very good then it is worth it.

A VIENTIENE MUST!Fantastically located on one of Vientiane’s boulevards with a lovely outdoor seating area on the street and in the shade it’s one of the best places to relax and enjoy a decent coffee.The food is very good with a vast mixture of southeast Asian and European at a reasonable price. Inside the decor is basic but clean and they have a fantastic in shop bakery with great cakes and tarts. I have been here many times over the past 2 years and will continue to visit for many more to come.

Lovely cafe with excellent selection of Western and local dishes. Staff are very friendly and it very clean with great atmosphere. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for.

Always great service. Food quality has been consistent ever since they opened so I know I can always find my favorites. Cakes and coffee are to die for!

I really recommand you this place if you look for good quality food at not too expensive prices. We enjoyed there delicious French beef with baguette sandwich, with apple crumble and super good choco/caramel cake its not easy to find a good and not everpriced place in this area, so you will enjoy to be there :)

Benoli Café looked as if it would be quite expensive and in general it was a great experience (see later note).The food selection was high quality and highly variable offering local, Indian, fusion, and other options. We tried the beef steak (5*), salmon pasta with aubergine (4.5), and an excellent homemade beef burger served with fries and mayonnaise (5**). All dishes were excellent, with the burger and steak being awesome.There is plenty of seating for both small and large groups.The only negative was the bill, the conversion rate for Thai baht payment was very low (2*). Our bill was over charged by about 90 TBH when compared to the Lao Kip price. So pay in Kip...Overall the environment was comfortable, with excellent food options and quality, and good pricing too (4*).

Theres outdoor for your selecting an option! But for me i preferred to have a seat inside because weather here in Lao too hot.Coffee is fine with various of popular menu from espresso to latte, from hot to ice and yes the price is little high compare to other shop.Food is good few menu for selecting mixing Asian and European popular dishes and taste is OK.Free WIFI is available but hardly to find parking as this area is prime area for tourist unless you park your car somewhere and walk to.

Another location of Benoni Cafe with the same high-quality food and drink. Both the western and eastern food was good. Good views of the passing streetlife from the upstairs balcony.

Another favorite cafe of mine. 9/10 coffee! The foods are pretty tasty but a bit on pricy side. Still recommended for you to try once in a while.

Nice place for work quick meals, such as lunch breaks. Their menu has good Asian and foreign dishes, and their cheese cake tastes quite good. Recommended.

Good quality food, big variety and right balance between quality/quantity/price. The coffee is good! Cozy ambient, very clean and nice staff. We went 3 times also because we could pay by card.

Best Cappuccino Ive ever had - the foam reminded me of a creamy meringue.Fruit (banana, papaya, dragonfruit, melon of some sort, and if I remember correctly, applewith muesli and yogurt was a good size, but I do wish there was pineapple, especially with all the good looking piñas Ive seen available at the local markets.Had three Lao breakfast offerings which I though was a nice addition to the European/Western menu.

Have wifi. The price ia reasonable. Bthe food is good. You can use card here. The toilet is clean. The cake is good but of you dislike a sweet thing, i highly recommend not order the cake.

Cool coffee shop at center Vientiane. Price for drink average 20,000 LAK and Lunch 25,000-40,000 LAK.

Set in a French bakery, it offers a wide choice of baguette sandwiches, pasta dishes and noodles. A mouth watering choice of patisserie on display.I was highly tempted to go for a baguette sandwich but reminded myself I can get that at home so I went for the Pad Thai with prawns, which was perfectly cooked and presented.The lime bay drink was unusual and refreshing.You order and pay at the counter. Staff polite and prompt.Perfect lunch stop.
