Good food ,clean kitchen

Shop appears to be mid renovation with a temporary wall through the venue, the flooring up and equipment across the floor. The food was okay but nothing special and parts were quite dry. The staff were friendly and trying but part of the order was forgotten about and ultimately the experience in the venue was poor.

Ordered Deliveroo and never showed up

Disgusting!!! Ordered for my theatre team. Order taken on their website. Paid by card. 2 hours later no food. No one picking up the phone. £40 Plus pounds down the drain! Avoid Avoid avoid

Disgusting !! Just wasted my money. Tasteless food and not fresh as well, felt that it was made hours ago.will be Giving minus -5 rating if possible.

I remember this place being really nice around 8 years ago.I ordered a lot of options and found them all disgusting. I should have gone to Pepes!

Worst order I’ve ever had!! Ordered 2 burger meals with 2 portions of wings , only one burger meal came , one portion of fries and no wings , restaurant wouldn’t pick up the phone to sort out the problem, basically charged me £21 for a burger meal and a portion of fries , all food was barely even warm by the time it got here , never ordering again , definitely wouldn’t recommend , useless place , having to claim money back through Uber because staff/ managers are too incompetent to answer calls

My family was in there i asked for toilet roll I was given HOT SAUCE!! I asked to see manager got ignored so left I am reporting to home office as I don’t believe the staff have right to work in the uk . Staff rude food will kill you rats out back also lots of rubbish outside the bank of the place. I would advise you all to go to kabbab rush 5 star from me

Just do not waste time going there. Food was half cooked smelly and you do not know how long you are going to stay there. Just do not waste time there thats all.

DISGUSTING I ordered through just eat, rang them over 30 times when the food didnt arrive. No answer. Ill be waiting days to claim a refund now.Dont order from here.So scruffy and trampy.

It is a nice place to have quick yet tasty bites with very efficient staff who serve orders promptly and quickly.Burgers, pizzas and what not. The Garlic dips are very famous here. The staff is very nicely trained

Sanitary seems to be horrible, if you are from india or similar countries and are used to dirtiness, then place is for you, as prices are reasonable.Fries oil seems to be changed only once a day, as fries taste with an burned oil.

Service is really bad. Store doesnt pick up customer phone calls.Poor management by the owner.Not worth it.

No order arrives and phone number is dead. Don’t ever order anything from here and suffocate them economically until they go out of business.

Order is over 30 minutes late from the latest arrival time... 3 bottles of drink dont take 1 hour to bring ! Not happy.

I had a very bad experience in Bennys. Food was very poor quality, I ordered 12 wings and it taste like vinegar.

BASICALLY ORDERED FOOD FROM BENNYS AT 11.30PMWAITED FOR OVER 50 MINS. THEN STARTED CALLING THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL SOME FINALLY ANSWERED AT 01.00AMTHEN THEY SAID THE FOOD WOULD BE HERE IN 5 MINS SO I WAITED OUTSIDE IN THE COLD FOR THEM TO TURN UP.THIS NEVER HAPPENED.THEN THEY SAID THEY DELIVERED THE FOOD AND THIS WAS AN ONGOING SITUATION UNTIL 3AM AND THEY STILL NEVER GAVE ME THE FOOD.CHECK SCREENSHOTS FOR OVER 100 CALL ATTEMPTS MADE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH BENNYS.ABSOLUTELY PIECE OF RUBBISH COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL.

This isnt even worth one star. Preparing the order was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour and called the restaurant multiple times, they did not pick up once. After it got here, Im pretty sure the chicken was pigeon. Everything was really greasy and made us want to throw up. No sauces were provided. Embarrassing. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

They forgot to put the chicken in my supreme burger, I took it home so I didnt realise till i got back. I dont know how that happens but Im not going back.

Ordered yesterday 19 September via uber eats two meals, chicken burger and a kids meal at 3.20am, it was expected 3.45am-4.05am. It never arrived and no contact from the business. Appalling beyond belief. Disgusting behaviour.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Ordered at 6.20 after an hour I called. Was told 3 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes. Called again. Restaurant then refused to call the driver to find out how long, told 3 minutes again. After 2 hours my food arrived. But heres the best bit. A QUARTER of my pizza was missing! Utter little bin dipping scumbags. And my bottle of pop was missing. Spoke to the restaurant again. Questioned me like I was making it up. Then said driver would be out straight away to replace it, never came. Called up. Told 3 minutes again. After 3 hours I give up. Needless to say DO NOT USE THESE. Ill get my money back boys 😉

Ordered 9 chicken strips, only got 6. Was charged for 9 too I double checked.Not cool wont be going again.

Avoid this place the food never arrived but they took our money. We phoned them they didnt answer and when eventually answering they hung up the phone. They Rob you be careful friends

Terrible place, avoid at all costs, ordered on uber eats, food never came, waited for 2 hours and all I was told was they had given it to the driver and told me to contact uber eats. Awful customer service, had to call multiple times before they answered. Would give 0 stars if possible

The pizza was absolutely horrendous! It tasted like Spanish omelette with the onions not being cooked m. The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I even feel sick writing about it right now. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Miiisttakeee

Fantastic tasting pizza really fresh & great value for the money , customer service very good , delivery times have been spot on , I’m happy to order again no problem . Open until early hours .

Didnt like the whole chicken to be honest!! By that price, other restaurants do way better job of grilling the chicken. The skin wasnt crispy at all. The fries portion was so little! Finally, all the spices are just on the outer skin of the chicken and you cant taste anything inside and some chunks of spices on the plate which was gross. Never ordering from them again

Prices, portion, and taste are about what youd expect.Some say that their food doesnt always agree with the stomach so hv some charcoal tablets on hand if you are used to sterile environments and rarely eat carnival or street food.

Yoooo, Bennys chicken have the best pizza in town hands down! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a pizza. I love their pizzas since 2016! always have, always will. 5 stars! also very friendly people in the store and fantastic service. I love Bennys!!!!!! xx

Really bland food, almost tasteless. The burgers are completely different from what they present on the menu. Also, the chips had a weird smell and taste. I wouldnt recommend it, there are multiple places around town that you can get food for the same price but much better quality

The lights are so bright in this shop, its as if you have come to heaven.Food is not so heavenly, but still good nonetheless. Customer service can be a bit cold sometimes, but bossman is always friendly enough; gets the job done without the waffle. Plenty of seating for me and my buddies.

This is the kind of takeout you go to only if your drunk because you wont know any better. Had the wing once and I can honestly say that is definitely not chicken, must be abused pigeon. Pizza has so much oil Im surprised America hasnt invaded it, not the best of food in general. Should be closed for lack of hygiene.

We are from out of town and I must say the food was excellent. Service was good and fast. Hygiene not the worst I have been in, including KFC. Would have put 5 stars but toilet was out of use x 24.11.2019 6pm x

Extremely poor hygiene. I got food poisoning after eating a chicken burger from here and was ill for days. Please avoid eating here at all costs for your own safety. If you have also contracted food poisoning from here (seems to have happened to plenty of peopleplease please file a complaint with the food standards agency as well as leaving bad reviews so that this place is actually shut down!!!! Cant believe its still open!

great place to go if you like hair in your burger and especially a RAW BURGER. the owner said no refunds as he said that I should understand him because he is too busy. THERE IS LITERALLY NO ONE IN STORE apart from me and my friend. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

First time ordering here my parent wanted to order I hadn’t had it before so just thought yeah why not. Delivery service on time and great, nice amount of portion by far. We ordered a bucket of chicken good size the chicken was a bit cold but still tasty and the chips were quite soggy probably because been in car for delivery bu still nice! We ordered a Pepsi aswell and I didn’t really like the Pepsi it was ok to drink but it was just flat. Then for pudding we ordered donoughts nice but really dry I probably will be ordering again because it was decent but not occasionally

Firstly, the delivery took way too long. Was told to wait 40 minutes and rang them after an hour, after ringing many times before they picked up they said its on its way and its going to be 2-3 minutes. These 2-3 minutes turned into another 30 min. The food was freezing and wet, the pizza tasted disguisting. The wings were all bones, the fries tasted like paper, the wings came partly in a plastic bag used to hold the box. Payed £18 and ate less than 1/8 of the Deal 1. Overall, the food was disguisting, the service was awful and the only good thing was a bottle of coke as its not made by them.Will never buy there again. Pretty sure I will die.

Visited here lastnight as part of a takeaway review.The service and staff here were absolutely terrible!!!!I ordered a margarita pizza to which was given to me as a Hawaiian .I informed the staff member who then called me a liar in front of everyone and told me I ordered it and refused to take it back.A few minutes later told me she messed up and threw the correct pizza at me without any apology.I spoke a member of staff Ahmed and highlighted what had happened only to be laughed ignoring me and continued serving customers.The food was disgusting the pizza tasted like curry?I have been violently sick all night after eating only one slice. The place is filfy they reuse old sauce bottles which are crawling with god knows what and would say the place is very very unhygienic.I really have no idea how this place continues to run I would like to see it shut down. Im almost sure the place is crawling with rats as i passed two on the way out to my taxi.Please do not eat here!!!
