I booked a lunch buffet here in the past. I hurried and arrived on time just to hear that they cancelled the lunch that day ! They said they tried to call but they lie. Very unprofessional restaurant staff. I will never get even close to this hotel/restaurant ever again.

Spent our birthday celebration at Benihana and it was totally memorable! We had the 2,150thb course with A4 Wagyu as main dish and everything in the course tasted amazing. The chef was also very experienced and entertaining, he has been with the restaurant for more than 8 years. The restaurant even prepared a birthday surprise with drums and singing.

We had our final lunch here before heading to Hua Hin. We ordered the Sendai Gyu A5, Australian Oyster Blade and the Hokkaido Scallops teppanyaki. Staff was attentive and Chef really put on a show. Everything was delicious and well worth the price. A must try in the area.

A first timer, having heard the hype of what Benihana is. Precovid Im sure the vibe was different. Our Teppan chef was entertaining and the food was good. Good to see some vegetarian options. Hokkaido cheese cake dessert was delicious

Booked via eatigo with a 20% discount. Restaurant inside avani hotel. Avani hotel from doorman to restaurant was really good.We really enjoyed the Benihana experience. Chef Yuuu and the Restau at manager and staff did an excellent job to make us happy and give us experience. Funny chef and whole time we were laughing and entertained. U must try this place.

Wide selection of beef for every price point. We went with 200g of the Sendai striploin (phototo start! Makes sense to order 2 orders for 4 people and share! Portions are sufficient! Chef and service staff totally awesome! Friendly and smiley during tough times! Highly recommended for families.

Ask for Chef Jazz, he is the real entertainer. He can read what customer wants/like/dislike very fast. A sharp guy that likes a laugh. He can make any serious atmosphere go away. The food is alright / their beef isnt melty level. You go there for the entertainment of the chef solely- not so much for the wowness of the food.

Chef Amnat was quite a great chef. Benihana is highly recommended as a place for celebrations. However, food portions are quite small considering the price to portion ratio. Staff are professional, plenty of parking.

A jolly occasion to be here. Food is reasonable and we have the brunch buffet booked via app. So price wise is not too expensive. We have Chef Benz at the table and he is quite entertaining. Good time overall

Visited this restaurant for dinner. Amazing staff with great service. But most of the food was average tasting and VERY VERY OVERPRICED. We practically had 2 pieces of chicken thigh fillet, 3 lamb cutlets, 2 steaks, a serving of fried rice, a dessert to share and a bottle of wine and paid roughly $400 aud.... and that was with a 50% discount we found online. I don’t mind spending money at a good restaurant on good food... but this was well overpriced. I work in restaurants and I roughly priced the cost of our dinner and it about $60-70 and to think I was meant to be charged $700....this is kind of ridiculous, especially for a restaurant in Thailand where everything is generally very affordable. Unfortunately I have to say I won’t be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. It’s a shame really.

This is an amazing culinary experience - I highly recommend it!! We received our own private dining room with our own teppanyaki chef. Our chef, Jazzy, was amazing. He was funny, had some fun tricks, and even let us try some thing ourselves, all while keeping the atmosphere fun. Ask for him when you go! The food was phenomenal, as were the drinks. Everything about this place is 5 stars, I would change nothing!

My husband surprised me for a dinner at this restaurant and the staff has gone above and beyond to make my birthday memorable! They had prepared a bouquet of flowers made of balloons and a birthday banner on our wall. On top of that, the staff came to sing happy birthday to me with a cute cake that I enjoyed having.Overall, the food is amazing and our chef Jaturong is a funny entertainer. The service by Tuck and the rest of the team is definitely a 5+.Thank you team Benihana (and husband)!!

The History of Benihana was over half a century. In Bangkok, was over 20 years.I like the shop across the river and Avani Atrium is my first visit for its convenience location.Avani Atrium hotel is a group tour hotel but Benihana has absolutely maintained her integrity.The restaurant is not as attractive as the one across the river, but has still inherited the traditional cheerful atmosphere.The staffs are professional and pleasant as standard. I forgot the name of my chef but he was great giving me a birthday surprise on his hot plate. The other staffs service us are Beau, Tuuk, Jeab (hope my memory still works after the Sakewere most helpful.Food, needless to say, always top notch.This restaurant is absolutely the best for special occasions and sure satisfaction guaranteed.

Always a lot of fun. Havent been here in probably 30 years. I rember it as a kid. The restaurant is really nice and pretty. I dont know if the quality has gone down servicewise or what or maybe its just Thailand, but it isnt quite as professional as I remember. The chef did his opening routine, went for the behind the head catch, BROKE A Bowl!!!!! When he missed it!! 😭😭He didnt speak very clearly so we couldnt understand him half the time. He seemed to just be saying things like a pat response, not actually talking to us or listening to anything we said, wth??? It was kind of annoying but we were just two and a baby so maybe we got a less experienced chef which I wouldnt expect from benihanas. You know, if Im gonna drop $200 bucks on dinner then..... You feel me?The food was pretty good. Hakata beef and Hokkaido scallops!!Anyway, its a place for big groups and we had fun

Great spectacle, awesome meat, small desserts the best staff.This type of Teppanyaki is nothing you can find (to my knowledgein Japan were this type of dining is considered high class and an elegant affair.Here on the other hand entertainment is in the center; get your Benihana Chef (ours was Jazz), lean back and enjoy. Or in other case, become part of the show!Many tricks and showpieces for each course that you order including a very attentive staff. They did sometimes mix up or forget our beverage orders but it did not reduce any of the fun we had while eating there. Prepare for a hefty price tag, but worth the experience. Thanks to Chef Jazz and everyone for a great birthday event :)

Happy and funny dinner. Steak was great. Scallop was so sweet. Chef showed the funny cooking. It was very exciting. He made the fire. Price is very reasonable.

Loved this restaurant. Fabulous chef with a particular skill for entertaining. We ordered way too much food. Would recommend one main between two, particularly if you also opt for the fried rice entree. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

4.5 actually. Nice service, entertaining chef, delicious and always one of my fav teppanyaki restaurant. Latest visit, we were hosted by Chef Watchara, fun and good cooking. Yummy and enjoy. Staffs are nice. A bit pricey actually. Whats always disappoint me is that every time I dine here, many menus always sold out no matter on weekday or weekend, early evening or late night especially snow fish and some beef options.Fusion sushi roll is okay but not recommend for normal sashimi or sushi nigiri.

700 baht for the spicey "grilled" scallop appetizer. Small pieces of scallop with a creamy sauce. Would never get it again. The chef recommendation for the sushi roll with beef on top is a real miss. No flavor and just not interesting or delicious. The crab salad was very basic and simple as most food is here I guess.

Enjoyable experience with talented and entertaining chefs! The price is on the high side but the quality of meat met my expectation. If you want to try something more exciting than just sitting at the dining table then this is the place to come!

Service is nice as well as the quality of beef, pork & prawn. Try the meat with garlic rice and end the course with cheese cake & ice cream. Rocky Mountain sushi is good for Fusion menu.
