The only reason they get three stars is the customer service on the chefs part and the improvement is some aspects of the food quality. Management wise, they are doing horrible. I recommend you check online to see if they are running any promotions, because if they are, they are overcrowded and understaffed. This was a Tuesday night at 7 PM. They did not have enough staff to properly clear the tables or wait on them for that matter. The food has honestly improved since my last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Sadly they didnt have enough chefs to get to all the tables that they had. We ended up sitting and waiting over an hour for the chef to come cook (its the standard Benihana experiencebut the chef was very accommodating, almost even moreso that the waiter, but you could tell the waiter was being pulled thin with the amount of work he was given. They should be better prepared if they are running a promotion on a Tuesday. Overall they did the best they could. The food was great. The tomato on the salad was not the best in the world. But overall. An ok experience.

I actually went here a while ago (and by that, I mean 2017), but I honestly still remember it being one of the best Japanese restaurants in El Salvador for me. The food there was honestly amazing and the chefs were fantastic!

Food was great but was a pricing scam! We thought we were ordering hibachi for the table and waiter was asking what protein each person wanted. But when the bill came, they charged us individually for specialty plates. They said reason was because our friend who booked said it wasn’t banquet. But she had never been before. No one had any idea. We thought we were going off the menu. All manager could say was sorry. Didn’t offer to correct or discount anything. Our bill was $220 when it should have been one $120. Will not go back because of such a negative experience.

My family and I are here visiting family here in El Salvador. Were so happy that they opened different cultural restaurants especially Japanese food which we love. The food and show was amazing from the start till the end. Next time we come back to El Salvador we now have a must go to for sushi 🍣😋

Went to endless sushi promo, what can I say? It is clearly decaying little by little, rice was overcooked, soy sauce watered down, they got like 2-3 waiters for a full house, overall, not very satisfied...

Its an OK Asian food restaurant. Prices are fair and food quality could be better. They do offer sushi all you can eat but check their social media for when they announce it.

A typical version of this franchise. Only location in country and service is basic. Not much WOW here, you do get what is on the menu!

Food was delicious, we went with 2 more friends there and the food cooking on the table was really fun. This is not a cheap place, however there are specials that will result on a very reasonable price.On your birthday they will sing for you on Spanish and in Chinese and give you some dessert.

They server great food. Order Chicken and Shirmp it also came with a salad, woton soup and rice.The Blue Moon drink tastes fantastic.
