There is some kind of backwardness compared to my lats lodging. The room was not treated so mosquitoes made a mince meat of me. The tv in my room didnt work. The window net is certainly dusty. Bedsheet not quite white and body cover had stains quite suggestive.

Bad experience, the the room was fitted with an AC but when it got to shower I didnt find a water heater and had to take my bath with cold water I cant imagine paying 7K and not get a water heater in my bedroom its outrageous

If there was room for no star at all...I would have given that...the place needs a complete overhaul...from bad customer service to bad maintenance..the bathroom was literally dripping water...acs not working...I was switched through 3rooms to actually get one with a functional ac..on the 25/01/2021 we had to wait for more than 4hours just to get water in the hotel

Staying at this hotel is like playing a video game. The more you play the more you discover absolute beautiful levels that are hidden. Its a decent place that just ABOUT checks all the boxes.

The classic room is so so dirty. Hotel services are very poor. A/C drips water like menses. The experience ranked 20 times worse than an ordinary guest house. I even asked that the room be swept, but I was absolutely on my own. I forgot to snap!

Mosquito infestedI left there after two nights to Compact suite where I paid same amount for a better service n comfort.Benidon needs thorough fumigation else they loose their customers with high taste.

Its clearly better than the rest within the same zone. Steady electricity and nice environment. But some of the staff are so disrespectful. I made a request several times and they simply ignored me.
